I’ve stayed here three times in the past month, hoping things would improve, but I honestly don’t understand the 4-star rating.
We requested one of the renovated rooms, but what we got felt more like a tired facelift: modern on the surface, but underneath… not so much. The mattress was uncomfortable, the wallpaper was peeling with holes behind it, the chair had mold growing inside, and the A/C filters? Black with dust and mold, clearly untouched.
It’s not a place I’d choose to stay again.
Now, with that said… Mr. Vassos, you are the heart of this hotel. 🌟
Your energy, kindness, and humor truly made our stay better. Massive kudos to you .People like you are rare and unforgettable.
The room service ladies were absolutely lovely, polite, fast, and genuinely kind.
Also, the poolside food? Delicious. And the coffee? Honestly, one of the best surprises of our visit.
So yes! Amazing staff, lovely service, tasty food.
But everything else… needs serious attention.
A hotel is not its lobby, it’s the room you sleep in.
