The Caliph Hotel

This was a perfect hotel for me and my likings. The staffs are nice, well behaved and have helping tendency. The food is also good enough if not top class. From my room’s window the view was full green and it was good to see every morning before work. On the whole I’d recommend for a stay and for surely if I visit Mumbai then I’d try to stay at The Caliph Hotel.

The bathroom is not clean. Bathroom curtain seems to be not cleaned for months The condition of hotel is slightly to be improved, as it has now got old. Repairs and cleaning is required thoroughly. Some staff if very ignorant. Reception team is fantastic, the watchman Bahadur is very polite and humble person I gave 33 star for location as it is towards inside and surrounding is not very pleasant

Incredible comfort and warmth here at The Caliph. Special mention of the courteous staff, the complimentary breakfast with reasonable timings and the distinct variants. Smooth experience in terms of booking, extent of the stay and a favourable location.

The Caliph Hotel is a decent option if you’re looking for something under ₹6,000 in Powai. The room was fairly spacious and clean, though the interiors could use an update. Service was a bit slow, especially during check-in, but the staff was polite. Breakfast was included and had limited but decent options. The best part about this hotel is its proximity to commercial areas like SEEPZ and L&T. It's okay for a short business trip, but don’t expect luxury—this is a functional, no-frills stay.

I went there as a seafarer.. breakfast and dinner was arranged by our company but luch is own expance.. at dinner I asked for Menu, but one of staff initially denied. After argue reday to provide. Other staff is/was good.. Bathroom is not upto the mark, there is no partition between comod and bath. Cleaning is not proper.. room is good...

Enjoyed the stay with family, Staffs are very co-operative and polite. Mr Adnan was really helpful. Would like to highly recommend if you are looking for a good hotel to stay in powai.

Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms. The window locks, door locks are all broken. The chairs are dirty as if it was not cleaned for ages. The service was decent but otherwise don't recommend.

Javed Bhai, who is owner of the hotel, is managing it very professionally and goes out of his way to accomodate the needs to the customers. His team of Abdul (reservations ) and Junaid carry on the same traits in terms of customer sensitivity. Abdul helped me end to end in managing all my guest's stay related requirements and went beyond his call of duty to make guests feel comfortable. Upon special request he also arranged a Jain buffet dinner for all the guests.
