Rooms were clean & very good to stay. Only thing I missed in room that there was only 1 dustbin which was in wash room, I recommend 1 dustbin should be in room also so that every time guests don't have to go to washroom to throw garbage. Food quality was also good but I expect a better taste in North Indian food. Breakfast was excellent with varieties

We visited Click Hotel Caliph at Powai for Corporate Purpose and had an overall good experience. Their service and hospitality was good. Food served was really amazing. Each day was served with unique delicacies along with a mandatory dessert. Tea/Coffee was served time to time. Staff were very kind and helpful. Their washroom could have been better for a 3 star hotel. Everything else was very comfortable and smoothly taken care of. Anyone needing a stay or a conference or business meet or training nearby definitely try out their services.

Excellent place to host an event nearby and settle your guests in this place. With 60 comfortable rooms with 1 suite room each floor (8 rooms) have spacious delux rooms with modern amenities and excellent support staff. we blocked 20 rooms for marraige function palned within 1 km distance and was very convinient and reasonable in Powai/Chandivali area. 2/3 Banquet halls are within 2 kms from here. The Manager & F&B Manager to name Mr Raj & Mr Sameer were very helpful in personally taking care of the Marraige party for full 2 days morning to late night. They have a small Banquet hall for small group function accomodating 100 people. They were very meticulous in planning and had served excellent food in our eve-party. The room par se I personnaly felt is quite big and spacious compared to other hotels near by like Fern/Bettle/Rodas... Food was execellent for normal buffet and our party. They support for any thing you want as they dont have a bar. We were fully satisfied with hospitality comfort and freness in utilizing this property . Even the security guards help in any way they can.

Review: Cons: - When I checked in, there were stains of urine on the toilet seat, which I had to clean myself. - The breakfast was below average. - One of my colleague's room got locked from the outside due to a battery failure in the electronic lock. It took more than an hour for the staff to get the door open, and we had to wait. Pros: - The only positive aspect was that the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Stayed at this hotel during the corporate stay with my husband. Please choose this hotel only if there are no other options left at all. Pros: Closer to Powai Cons: Not clean - rooms and the breakfast area Staff is unprofessional - especially the managers at the reception

Convenient -Location is near airport Atmosphere - Awesome as it's walking distance to Powai lake Service - Our room AC wasn't working, so they transferred to a much better and well maintained room immediately. Ambience- No problem, service is good Food - Breakfast buffet was great

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. They charge a very hefty amount and deliver peanuts. They have very limited options for Breakfast and this hotel is full of mosquitoes and on top of that they do not have repellent. They gave a bat to kill mosquito as I have travelled their just to sit idle and kill mosquitoes. Moreover, to my surprise, room service has kept the door wide open after cleaning the room. This is absolutely negligence of the hotel's staff. Do not ever go to this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is good. Complimentary breakfast was nice and had good options of North Indian and South Indian mix. Wifi connection was good. The location is OK but is hard to find when you are coming via ola or uber. Need to be very specific. Overall experience was great at this hotel and would definitely recommend anyone coming to Mumbai on a short stay
