The Caliph Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at The Caliph during my sister’s wedding. Our guests were very happy with their rooms — clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout their stay. The food was consistently excellent, and many of our guests appreciated the quality and taste. A big thank-you to Abdur for his outstanding support. His timely communication and helpful nature made the entire coordination process smooth and stress-free. Overall, The Caliph made our wedding experience even better. We had an excellent experience at The Caliph. We had booked them for 2 nights for my sister’s wedding guests. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and the feedback across the board was incredibly positive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making everyone feel welcome and relaxed. The food was another highlight — every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Many of our guests specifically mentioned how much they loved the dining experience. A special mention to **Abdur** for his exceptional hospitality. His communication was smooth, prompt, and extremely professional, which made coordinating everything effortless. It was a pleasure interacting with him throughout. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Caliph Hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! 😍 The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. But the real highlight was the food. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Lunch was also very good. Overall, I had an amazing time at The Caliph hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was impressed with the services provided by the staff. The food services, led by Head Chef Amar, were excellent, with prompt service and delicious dishes. The hotel was spotlessly clean, thanks to FMB Service Boys Rashid and Rakesh. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with Supervisor Akash ensuring everything was in order. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, making my stay pleasant. I'd recommend this hotel.

We stayed with family, the front desk and other staff are courteous and supportive. The rooms are specious , clean, with required toiletries. restaurant food quality was tasty, Over all our stay was comfortable and memorable. Specially Thanks to Ms Gouri, Mr Adnan for taking personal care.

The hotel stay was fine. As compared to the fee charged for the stay it was not up to mark. The entrance is confusing, you go through an alley to find out the reception area. Breakfast was good no doubt. Cleanliness issues in the room. No slippers available.

Stayed here for 4 night. This was a perfect hotel for my likings. The staffs are nice, well behaved and have helping tendency. The food is also good enough if not top class. From my room’s window the view was full green and it was good to see every morning before work. I would like to mention few staffs who made my stay comfy, Mr. Sudharshan, Mr. Akash, Mr. Nagesh, Ms. Gauri, the gate keeper, and a room boy whose names I didn’t ask. I would like to thank them for their hoops service. On the whole I’d recommend for a stay and for surely if I visit Mumbai then I’d try to stay at The Caliph Hotel.

If you like hygiene, this hotel is not for you. I booked suite room. Rooms are dirty, furniture is old, clearly see repair works on doors etc. No AC in the Living room of Suite. After complaining at reception they said that Living room has no AC, use only fans. Coffee mugs were not washed properly and were dirty, same with kettle. Dry milk packets were expired and they spoiled my cup of tea. They provide only 1 set of towel, soap, brush for 2 people until you ask them to provide. One receptionist provided wrong information about checkout in the night, and next morning other receptionist created issues while checkout. So they clearly misguide you that is a totally unprofessional behaviour. The locality around hotel is a crowded market. My suggestion is spend some 1000 rs extra and get a good brand hotel near airport than this hotel if you are coming this side of Mumbai.
