Large apartment with spacious and bright living room and bedrooms. We arrived earlier and after app contact we were able to get insight without having to wait until 4 p.m. Fantastic service if you've just had quite a trip behind the carpet! Nice and helpful employees. Hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel provided. As well as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and dishwasher tablets. Great location wise. Metro within walking distance. Supermarket, restaurants and nice coffee shops around the corner On the last day our plane didn't take off until 9:30 in the evening. We can leave our suitcases safely in the reception below the apartment free of charge so that we can still go out on the last day of our city trip. Bathroom a bit outdated, shower rod was lame. Also very noisy... but what do you want in the middle of Barcelona ;)

We stayed in the Seneca Suites and it was perfect for my husband, three children and I. Daniel was super helpful giving recommendations of places to eat as well as getting us a pre-booked taxi for our early trip to the airport. Will definitely stay here again when returning.

The property advertises itself as luxury but it was far from it, and the customer service is even worse. -The room was meant to be non-smoking yet we arrived and it stunk so badly of smoke and weed. The customer service apologized about this but didn’t offer any remediation apart from opening a window. This is not what we paid for. -Check-in was horrific: you just have to turn up at the property and hope for the best. They didn’t answer the phone on numerous occasions. There was no leniency around check-in time. It was only 4 pm. Despite us being there at 4pm, and having this time agreed, the check-in agent kept us waiting on the street for 20-30 mins and was very late -The room itself isn’t luxury and is tired with bashes on the walls, and grubby mats -The bed is two twin beds that has a massive gap/divide in between. Again this is not what we paid for -The mattress topper was filthy, with disgusting marks all over it. It also didn’t fit the bed correctly. -The hallway is dark and tight, with an entrance that is very unwelcoming -The carbon monoxide alarm had the batteries pulled out and wasn’t functioning. -The bedroom was very loud with a proximal club underneath and with general traffic noise. It required ear plugs. The window’s seal was also broken which certainly didn’t help block out the noise

Seneca Yellow: Well-located, spacious 2BR apartment, but bathroom needs better cleaning and new towels We had a 9 night stay at the Seneca Yellow 2BR apartment, which generally worked well for us, given it meant we could be close to our grandchildren. The second bedroom enabled us to have them stay over with us on some nights, too. The apartment is well laid out, with plenty of space, a good kitchen and two toilets. Being on the 3rd floor, having a lift was great, too. However, it soon became apparent it had some faults. First and most serious, it is not well-cleaned — especially the shower space where there is mould and quite a dreadful drain smell. It needs a thorough and regular steam clean and drain treatment. Secondly, the linen is quite tired especially the towels, which are thin and now grey where once they were white. The bed quilts are acrylic and not comfortable; the large sofa has a cold vinyl cover; and we found it hard to use the oven. There is no toaster. The apartment can be noisy, especially if windows are open, and also between walls and above/below apartments

What a lovely rooftop flat! Nice, bright and calm, even if it is very centrally located, just 50 m away from the upper end of Passeig de Grácia. I love it!
