ClickBenidorm Vistamar Apartments

€200 straight up for deposit. Lifts were a joke the whole time we were there (the whole first week one was out of order), they were big enough for four people at most. Our room was spacious and balcony was huge which was great, our friends apartment was smaller in the front room and their balcony too. Pool was great, €1-1:50 a day for a sun bed. Shop next door was handy, basement had a couple washing machines but wasn’t clear if they were for staff or paying customers which would have been helpful. Bed was okay but not the sofa bed, it was hard and killed my back every morning, doesn’t have slats instead with a hard base board. Sheets change every other day and I think towels every three days (may be other way around.) Free WiFi was great until it boots you off every four days. Drinks in the bar were fair in price. Front terrace was a great feature especially with the umbrellas too. There’s a lounge in the back by the bar which had books, tables and chairs and a pool table but nothing else, it needs more. €7:50 a day for air con in your room but if you pop to the shop on your left few minutes down they’ll rent you a big fan for €18 Always wear shoes when going to the pool as the floor is quite hot and the hard floor around the pool hurts your feet when you walk barefoot.

Been loads of times to Benidorm and stayed in a lot of different Apartments but these are the best we've found. They are ideally situated between the old and new town, clean, comfortable, well equipped and priced very competitively. Same as I say you can't beat them for the money. Already booked again.

I was double booked on arrival but they put me up somewhere else for the night which is fair enough. The room I was put in then was ok but even after asking the air con wasn’t activated. They don’t clean the beds or rooms for you which I didn’t like, customer service from the lady at reception was very blunt and non welcoming. Good location. Swimming pool was rubbish. Very average as overall

Fantastic apartment, large clean rooms . Staff lovely and helpful , good location although a bit of a trek. Only criticism is that your have to pay for the sunbeds at the pool and are very uncomfortable with no pads on them .

Amazingly clean. All staff helpful. Excellent apartment with fitted kitchen. Good beds. Linen and towels changed frequently. Great location, 15 min walk to the beach and action, but quiet pleasant area. Heating and air conditioning. Reasonable rates. Really large sunny balcony. Liked it so much, already booked for an extended stay.

Just spent a week here,apartment very clean,very secure with key card entry to main door and lifts,location perfect easy access to centre without the noise from crowds,didn't use the air con (extra) as left windows open for through draft,kitchen had everything we could have needed but didn't use as ate out ,pool area has sunbeds for 1.50 euros a day,but no sun shades,still very reasonable as beach charged 6euros per sun bed and umbrella each, would definitely recommend for an easy going break

First time in Benibrom the hotel is only a 10 min walk to the beach and everything else first class service we were in the premium apartment and the room was cleaned every 2nd day and towels changed also top marks to the reception

Amazing apartments Staff are excellent, They go above and beyond for you. So friendly and genuine. Made life long friends. Excellent location, rooms are spacious and perfect if sharing with someone. Views from high floors are great. Kitchen facilities are great for self catering, bathroom is nice, shower is lovely and hot! Very reasonable prices for drinks.
