This experience was awesome! We had Missy and Jenna as our guides for the combo Mountain Bike + Kayaking tour. They were so nice, well-prepared, and knowledgeable about the desert, wildlife, ecosystem, etc. They were very responsive on giving us options to fit our comfort level (especially since it was my first time mountain biking). They had snacks for us, lunch was included in the tour, and they did all the work of setting up the bikes, gear, kayaks, etc. We were happy to hear how excited Missy got when she gets to lead the Bike + Kayak tour, it's her fave one. It was an extremely fun day and I would recommend to anyone!

Bike rental was serviced well and handled the local trails perfectly.. bike came with all necessary trail essentials like a tube, multi tool, pump and desired pedal type. Rep was extremely helpful making sure I was up to speed on the bike. Also located very close to some awesome chunky singletrack for testing before heading out anywhere more demanding. The gateway loop clockwise (intermediate) back down to paradise trail then either quarry /tali (all beginner) down would be my go to for party laps in Scottsdale. Watch for cacti!

Took exceptional care of us. Every bike was set up according to each rider’s weight and pedals and the bikes were labeled on the top tube to make identifying them for our group super easy after we left. Tire and drivetrain perfectly aired up and lubed. Installed bike rack for us and helped load the and unload the bikes when we got back. All around just a great group of people working there. You can tell they really cared about us having a good time.

My mom and I had an absolute blast on our guided hike in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve (booked through Viator) with our wonderful guide, Jim. He thoughtfully tailored the hike to our abilities, checking in with us throughout, and shared his extensive knowledge of desert flora/fauna and indigenous and Arizona history. He provided and carried multiple bottles of water and snacks for us and answered all our questions with stories and fun facts. I can’t recommend this company highly enough for a family-friendly experience introducing you to views, stories, and history of the gorgeous Sonora Desert and McDowell Mountains.

We had so much fun taking a mountain bike tour with Charles! It was my first time trying mountain biking and Charles made me feel safe and confident. He gave me some key things to focus on and made it simple. His encouragement and positive outlook was helpful as I conquered some fears and a few obstacles! He took us on routes that were appropriate for my skill level but still fun and challenging! Along the way, he pointed out the interesting plants and shared some facts about them. We had a blast and learned a lot!

Best tour I have taken, so relaxing! The guides were so informational and professional. We did the kayak tour down the lower salt river. The weather was great, water smooth, and we saw a wild horse and river otter.

Friends were visiting from Chicago and we tried to find a variety of different experiences while they were here to understand Arizona. Missy and Jenna were our guides for the day and were amazing. We rafted the lower Salt River and had an incredible experience. We stopped midway through and had a quick water and snack. They also older kayaking and paddle boarding. When we have guests in the future, we will bring them for a magical morning! Highly recommend their services.

Can't recommend these guys enough - everything was as advertised and in great shape. They gave us all the accessories we needed and recommended great routes. They even fashioned a carrier for our equipment when our rental car did not have the proper hitch. Will definitely rent from them again.
