This place was perfect, I walked in without a reservation and they had me outfitted in about 15 minutes. They put me on a Specialized Crux with GRX with the perfect tubeless tire set up for the area. The pleasant young woman showed me the map as I am not from the area. She gave me the time and attention so I could have an epic ride. Thank you! The check in was even easier. We'll worth the $80.00, I would rent from here again.

This place is awesome. I really like the Trek Madone I got for a week-plus rental and they set me up with a super sweet Specialized Epic Evo for my MTB adventures. But on top of that they are friendly, cool, responsive and super easy to work with. If you need to rent something they have (or do a tour) - they will have you covered.

Had a great experience! Walked in on a Saturday morning and we were helped immediately. Everyone was friendly and the whole process was streamlined and efficient. We rented an inflatable double kayak and an inflatable SUP, and they help you load your car and give you very detailed instructions on how everything works. The rental for 24 hours was $60/rental and included a life vest, air pump, paddles and a dry bag. They make everything super easy and we’ll definitely use them again if we’re in the area and need a rental!

Wonderful kayak tour of lower salt lake. Definitely got our money’s worth with a 2 hour ride. Our tour guide Linsey was a great guy and very knowledgable of the area and history. Our driver Steve also so friendly and knowledgeable as well. Saw wild horses, an otter, and many birds. Would recommend!

Incredible people and service at this location. Helped me find a bike, trails and when I came back gave me water and electrolytes after the 110 degree heat 🙃. Rented a trek fuel xl which was perfect for the cross trails nearby.

Great service! All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about cycling and the best routes for the area. I visited Phoenix from out of state. I rented a Trek Checkpoint SL5 from them, beautiful bike. If I ever visit Phoenix again I’ll definitely return to REI for a rental! They had such a wide variety of bikes and other outdoor equipment.

I rented an e-bike from these guys and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and informative and the gear was in great condition and performed well. They had good maps and resources for biking in the area, and I found a lot of fun and helpful bike routes I would not have known about.

A truly awesome kayak adventure of the Lower Salt River. Linsey is an expert in Arizona history and local biology. We not only enjoyed his wit, the beautiful views from the river, but learned so much about the history and ecosystem of the area that our 2+ hr kayak trip flew buy. This trip was the highlight of our vacation.
