One of the most breathtaking places I've ever been! The trains to the Cliffs are paved and well maintained, and the visitor centre is modern and co tains free brochures/maps, a museum, a café, and a gift shop. If you take a right out of the visitor center you'll come to a y-junction at the edge of the Cliffs. If you go left there you'll get an amazing view of O'Brian's tower, and if you head right you'll get the more iconic view of the Cliffs as well as a view of the Napoleonic tower and the Aran Islands if it's clear enough.

Naturally and as expected, it's one of the busiest attractions in all of Ireland. Even though it was flooded with people, it was absolutely worth the visit. The views are unmatched on a coastline! We spent several hours just soaking in all the scenery and exploring the grounds. The only disappointment was that the trails beyond the marked path was closed. That would've been lovely to explore as well.

Beautiful location with amazing scenic views. We were lucky to have good weather when we went! It's a short hike to the vistas and buggies with volunteers are available to drive you up if you are not able to do so yourself. Worth doing at least once in your life.

The Cliffs of Moher are one of those places that truly live up to the hype. The views are absolutely stunning — dramatic cliffs, endless ocean, and a sense of calm that’s hard to describe. It’s one of Ireland’s must-see landmarks for a reason. The visitor centre is well-organized with helpful staff and plenty of information about the area’s history and wildlife. There are also good facilities, including a café and restrooms. Be sure to dress for the weather — it can get windy and misty even on sunny days — and wear comfortable shoes if you plan to walk the trails. Whether you’re visiting for photos, fresh air, or just to take in the natural beauty, the Cliffs of Moher are unforgettable. A truly iconic Irish experience.

We booked before arrival and got it cheaper than they charge at the car park entrance. My second time here and friends first. We loved it. It's beautiful with any kind of weather! Worth it for the views and even more so if you go for a walk too. The on site amenities with cafes, toilets, shops and big gift shop are very good. Great car park that is well managed. A definite highlight

Today I went to the cliffs of Moher, I got there at 1130. It was crazy busy with hundreds of people, the parking lot was already filling up. The parking lot is across the street from the visitor centre, entry and parking was €15. Luckily it was a nice day light cloud. I walked the north side of the cliffs from the visitor centre to O’Brien‘s Tower and beyond that quite a ways to a high cliff view, that part of the walk was a very narrow dirt path, very hilly up and down, barely wide enough for two people, a rock wall on the Cliff side and an electrified fence on the other side to keep people out of the farmers field, It should’ve been a much wider path for all the people walking back-and-forth on it. That was enough for me. There was still much further one could walk if they wanted to on the north side. There is another long walk if you want to walk on the south side from the visitor centre to a distant viewpoint, too far for me. The cliffs are very high with some fantastic views of the cliffs from different angles and different viewpoints and the sea is far below. The visitor centre was quite busy with people. There is a restaurant, coffee shops and several souvenir shops, all very busy, I stayed there almost 3 hours, that was enough for me! There must’ve been 20 tourist buses there. A steady flow of new people arriving.

We went today at 09:30am and there was just a light breeze along the cliffs edge with plenty of sunshine. The views are wonderful along the entire walk, you will be taking lots of photos to remember your visit. Note that parking fills up very early as we left at 11:00am and the line was down the road blocking traffic. Be sure to buy tickets ahead of time to guarantee entry!

Yelp
We stopped at the Cliffs of Moher on our adventurous drive from Killarney to Galway. You have to park in the lot across the street. There is a per person fee at the parking lot. It's a short walk to the cliffs. We did not go inside the shops or visitor center, based on online advise. There are very safe walkways in both directions where you can see the cliffs. The day we were there was grey and drizzly. As soon as we parked, the rain stopped and the clouds lessoned. I'm very grateful for that. That wind though, there were moments, I was almost afraid of the wind. I hadn't walked in wind that intense since a tornado when I was 5 years old. The views were breathtaking. The overall experience was exciting.

Yelp
This is beautiful landscape at 700 feet. If you're not into landscapes and beautiful nature hikes, go for the birds. There is an entire community of birds. It was like a complete symphony of chirping. The Cliffs take their name from a ruined promontory fort 'Mothar' - which was demolished during the Napoleonic Wars in the early 1800s, to make room for a signal tower at Hag's Head. The word 'Mothar'in old Gaelic means 'the ruin of a fort'.

Yelp
A wonderful experience on a recent trip to Ireland The cliffs are legendary for good reason. Big props to the parks system for it's upkep and keeping this spot pristine for future generations. The stroll along the length of the cliffs is highly reccomended.

Yelp
This is an absolute must when you come to Ireland. We came via a tour with this being the main stop. We had plenty of time to explore but could have used more if you wanted to do the entire hike. We went on a rainy and windy day so it took quite a long time. The views and just being there was amazing. You can't help but take photos and videos to capture its beauty. The main shopping area has plenty of items. The bathrooms were clean as well. Review #63 of 100 in 2023.

Yelp
This is nice! You don't really expect such a nice, well thought out, and entertaining visitor center. It is set up with background and historical information about the Cliffs of Moher, but with an expansive gift shop, and an amazing eatery - that actually feeds you above average fare... not common at tourist traps (no I didn't mean it in a bad way). The center was entertaining, clean, accommodating and convenient. Great restrooms, plenty of walking area, spacious and conducive to you wanting to be there! By the way, the gift shop really has some good stuff! Visit after your hike and touring, as you'll appreciate even more... and they're great people working there. Go hiontach!

Yelp
Great views if you catch it on a good day. We actually had bad luck with weather- too foggy- on our first attempt. The views on our second attempt a few days later did not disappoint. We went during shoulder season and traffic was very light.

Yelp
Not long back I did a tour of Ireland starting our visit in Dublin the Cliffs of moher was one of the destinations that we stopped at. The cliffs of moher has great sea and cliff views but l found it too touristy where l counted at least twenty coach tour busses full of Holliday makers and that's the last thing that both of us wanted. Tips There is a cafe / tea room and visitor centre with public toilets there Like all visitor centres they are expensive, buy juice before you leave in the mornings if you are on a tour and save €€€. My best memory of here is seeing parents let their kids dangle of the cliff edges l will try and find some of the photos and put them up later.

Yelp
They say the highest cliffs of Europe, while the French said it is Cap Canaille near Cassis. Anyway. These cliffs drop off in the Atlantic. You can see a huge swell rolling in and on the right days you see dudes surfing below in the sea. From visitor centre you can go north or south, first on pavements and stairs and plenty of tourists. But if you want to see more, make a hike along the coast on top of the cliffs. Visitor centre is hid away into the hill, you almost miss it. In this way it is neatly integrated into the landscape, not disturbing the surrounding with rows of flags and other fancy stuff. Good cafe/restaurant with view on the cliffs. Some gift shops inside the hill and a educational centre with bits of everything about the cliffs. Tip: just find a place along the hiking-trails, sit down and let the cliffs, sea and waves make you dream away.

Yelp
The Cliff of Moher visiter experience is located in the centre of the undeground building, were it contains images, exhibits and and experience that will thrill everyone who goes there. When you visit there you will enter a ramp which gives you access to the main dome. The dome has four main themed areas to it, which give you an insight to elements of te Cliffs of Moher, which are Man, Nature, Rock and Ocean. The tour takes you to the ledge which is a virtual real cliff face adventure, which gives an experience of how life at the cliff is like above and below sea level. The Cliff has amzing views to look at.

Yelp
Great, stunning views! Note that the actual park covers a very limited area, and that one can easily go beyond the marked boundaries to continue to walk--though you will be outside the response range if there's an incident. Bring sneakers, and prepare to walk through some muddy spots.
