Cliffside Hotel

The hotel has a really cute and friendly vibe! Our room was so adorable and the 24 hr coffee and tea/juices are a great addition. The front desk lady Joy is super sweet and helpful with a hint of sarcastic humor.

Title says it all. Staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Good wifi. Decent breakfast. All rooms are upstairs, all walk-up (no lifts on Palau). Only negative is checkout is normal AM time, but most flights are not until late at night.

This hotel is so adorable and has a great vibe! A great, affordable, trendy and clean option! There’s 24 hour coffee and tea making the lobby a great hang spot!

A nice hotel on the Main Street of Koror. Though it looks rough and tired on the outside, the inside is recently renovated and very pleasant. The staff are the true treasure of this place, their ability to help, book tours and arrange things was impeccable. They also remember your name. The hotel was very clean.

Stayed four nights. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.|My room was clean, spacious and fairly quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located power sockets. Well lit desk area. Amenities included mini-fridge (which was overcooling even at the lowest setting) and electric kettle. Water bottles were provided every day.|Bathroom with everything in working order. Good water pressure in the shower. Towels changed daily.|Very friendly, helpful staff.|Reasonable price by Palau standards.||As for the negatives:|- No elevator|- Weak A/C located in a corner of the room and insufficient to cool the room. Moreover, it gets turned off every time the guest leaves the room and removes the key. Eventually they gave me a plug to keep it on at all times|- Poor Wifi: only near the door, didn't reach the desk area|- Mediocre breakfast with limited vegetarian options|Overall a solid choice for the price.|

Great place to stay - excellent value for money. The wifi isn’t the best but the ladies at the reception are extremely friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast is a decent spread. Toiletries can be better managed and that’s the one thing I would like to point as negative. AC location isn’t the best so the room takes forever to cool. But overall, decent place to stay for a short trip - and it’s in the centre of the city

A very charming hotel. Very comfortable. Was here for 2 nights and staff was amazing. Helped us book our tours and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ok and offered daily. WiFi worked great in lobby and in room.

Nice staff, convenient location with restaurants and a supermarket near by. Room is simple and clean. LOTS of stairs, no elevator. WiFi in room is VERY UNRELIABLE, even if they reboot the multiple routers. I couldn't connect for hours during my stay or the connection lasted only a few minutes at a time. I was told I could hang out in the lobby for better WiFi, but the point of booking a room is to be in the room!! An extremely frustrating situation. I won't book here again specifically because of lack of consistent internet.
