I had the pleasure of visiting this clinic in July of this year. For anyone who has seen the clinic will agree that this clinic is out of this world not just visually but also from a medical lens they are next level, for those of us who work in this space it’s very important to ensure that clinicians are aware of facilities that do things the right way and in the right order and this clinic is certainly one of those. I met their medical director, head of nursing, head of after-care, The team meets twice daily for MDT meetings, clients are incredibly happy and it’s very much patient first centred. I would’ve absolutely no hesitation in recommending this clinic to my family. Highly recommend .

I spent four weeks at the Clinic des Alpes, and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt held; not just medically, but emotionally and humanly. The clinic offers far more than world-class therapeutic care; it provides a rare kind of safety, warmth, and dignity. Every detail from the immaculate and extensive facilities to the exceptional staff is designed not only to support healing, but to honour the individual. And it shows. What struck me most wasn’t just the quality of the clinical work (which is extraordinary), but the quiet integrity behind it. You are never treated as a diagnosis. You are seen, heard, and engaged with as a person with intelligence, respect, and nuance. The environment itself, surrounded by mountains, nature, silence, became part of the therapy. The rhythm of the days, the blend of structured support and gentle autonomy, allowed me to reconnect with parts of myself I had long shut down. But the true alchemy came from the people: the therapists, the medical team, the support staff, and the other patients. I arrived feeling fractured, disconnected, doubtful of myself. I left not “cured”, that’s never the promise, but more whole, more present, and with a clearer sense of how I might move forward with grace and self-respect. This is not a hotel. It’s not a “retreat.” It’s a place of real work, real care, and real possibility. I’m immensely grateful to have been given the chance to be part of it, and will return in the future not out of desperation, but as a way of continuing to grow. Thank you, Clinic des Alpes. I’ve been here twice already and it’s been such a beautiful experience . Once on my own and once with a patient of mine . In my line of integrative and lifestyle medicine , it is imperative to see and experience a holistic approach to any from of health, be in physical, emotional, addiction , whatever , and each time the staff and the team of experts have been phenomenal . From the physical training to the therapies, the food , the service team that genuinely cares and makes real conversation rather than conversation for the sake off . I’ve loved the views , my early morning walk deep into the alps , the day break in the city . The team has been so kind and helpful with everything . I enjoyed the art therapy and the sessions i had with therapists to learn so much more about myself and my life . The location itself had a healing of its own . Charles was kind enough to join me one morning and we took a long walk down by the Montraux water , and enjoyed a healthy lunch . The clinic was more than open to having me join one of my patients who needed to be at this clinic and that allowed for such a holistic and combined learning experience for my patient who had an absolute transformational journey with the clinic . I look forward to more trips and more programs that the clinic can run to reach out to more people in need and use all their skills, experience and knowledge to help people live better. Is it expensive ? Yes it is , but i see health as an investment and not a cost and we all have choices we can make according to our budgets . This remains one of my favourite destinations in the world , and i tell my friends and clients, you don’t have to have a problem to go there, you can go there to unwind, learn and even just heal .
