I have visited Clinic Les Alpes several times, and each experience has reinforced my appreciation for their exceptional standards of care. I’ve been here twice already and it’s been such a beautiful experience . Once on my own and once with a patient of mine . In my line of integrative and lifestyle medicine , it is imperative to see and experience a holistic approach to any from of health, be in physical, emotional, addiction , whatever , and each time the staff and the team of experts have been phenomenal . From the physical training to the therapies, the food , the service team that genuinely cares and makes real conversation rather than conversation for the sake off . I’ve loved the views , my early morning walk deep into the alps , the day break in the city . The team has been so kind and helpful with everything . I enjoyed the art therapy and the sessions i had with therapists to learn so much more about myself and my life . The location itself had a healing of its own . Charles was kind enough to join me one morning and we took a long walk down by the Montraux water , and enjoyed a healthy lunch . The clinic was more than open to having me join one of my patients who needed to be at this clinic and that allowed for such a holistic and combined learning experience for my patient who had an absolute transformational journey with the clinic . I look forward to more trips and more programs that the clinic can run to reach out to more people in need and use all their skills, experience and knowledge to help people live better. Is it expensive ? Yes it is , but i see health as an investment and not a cost and we all have choices we can make according to our budgets . This remains one of my favourite destinations in the world , and i tell my friends and clients, you don’t have to have a problem to go there, you can go there to unwind, learn and even just heal . The staff and service are what truly make this clinic exceptional and memorable as well as the idylic setting. The clinic is a peaceful, warm and healing space and I am grateful for the transformation I felt on a personal level.

Clinic Les Alpes exceeded all expectations. The clinic’s location is absolutely stunning, offering a tranquil and inspiring atmosphere that truly enhances the recovery process. Not to mention the food was some of the best I’ve had in Switzerland!

I originally checked in for a 2 week retreat and extended to 4. I found their whole multi-disciplinary program and approach very interesting and helpful. I learned so much during the program and am enjoying putting the learnings into practise. The staff are first-class and the program tailor-made for each individual.
