Clinical La Prairie

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother to share our experience. We have found this health centre to be the best in providing comprehensive and personalised care. The environment is warm and welcoming, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation from the moment you walk in. The professionals at this center are highly skilled and dedicated to promoting holistic well-being. They take the time to understand individual needs and create tailored treatment plans that address both physical and emotional health. This level of personalised care sets them apart from other health centre's.

I have stayed in the Clinique La Prairie a few months ago and ended up being disappointed with the experience. I expected thorough examination of my issues and above average medical help for the prices that they charge. However, it turned out to be more of a wellness resort with limited medical intervention. I was enrolled in a sleep program which had in the end a very poor content. The examination was very basic. The sleep specialist was very good but one didn't need the whole package to see a single doctor, the rest of the program was all about marketing the services which would help in the future, for which of course you had to pay extra. No spa services or any relaxation treatments were included in the program. However, I was offered a free massage in recognition of the swimming pool being closed. I heard from the staff that aesthetic medicine is very good in the resort, but I specifically asked before booking whether I will get a detailed medical examination of which I was reassured many times. In the end I did not feel that my issue was given due attention. I believe that the hotel is suitable (be it overpriced) for a nice wellness experience in the Swiss riviera with beautiful surroundings. The staff are very friendly and attentive, spa treatments are one of the best in the world and they do their utmost to make the stay very comfortable. The hotel is located in a busy suburb so one needs to check that there are no works happening in the area. In my case major jetty expansion works were underway in front of the hotel and dredging started at 7.30 am

It is a very beautiful place, but unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the quality of services. The gastroenterologist Dr. Felix prescribed a procedure that was impossible to carry out, since the body was not properly prepared. I have repeatedly warned about this. I had to undergo anesthesia, after which my heart hurts. And the procedure was unsuccessful, as I warned. When the examination was over and Dr. Felix told me that it was not possible to conduct it fully, since the body is not ready (as I warned in a letter, then called, then at a meeting before the procedure), I was very sorry that I trusted this indifferent person. For her, the main thing is the number of procedures to earn as much as possible, and the fact that the procedure itself is accompanied by anesthesia and harms my health, she does not care. During the day of the three types of examination, two were useless, which was clear in advance. I am very sorry that I did not read the reviews in advance. They have already written about this doctor in a negative way. I believe that the main goal of the doctor is not to harm. But here the procedures are done for the amount of money earned, not for the benefit of the patient.

I want anti-age program with collagen from La Prarie from within but my English language is very bad I am a regular customer at La Prarie but those products do work but could be a little better I love La Prairie I am a skin specialist with the greatest experience. I have done various treatments on my face and I will continue to do so few opinions from me Using La Prairie correctly cream does work, but it is also important that you have the right recipe for your skin make lift massage drink collagen sleep enough good, be positive laugh more this is your anti age

I would like to share my experience with this clinic !!! Me and my friend was come for a day spa in reception was amazing russian lady who show as around and book as a massage!!! The lady Panipha who done me massage was amazing Best massage I ever had she was friendly and gave me loads recommendations!!! On the end of experience I had problem with my card but stuff was so nice and they even said u can call as back and pay but I didn’t want them think we was scam and never pay or comeback !!! For some reason my hard keep declining!!! When I call bank they said it’s 5 payments done to clinic so when we back to talk!!! Lady said I will let u to speak with my manager Eric Falcucci !!!! The way he talk to as I never feel so disrespectful in my life he look at my card and said to me I not even have a proper credit gold card and he will not pay money back as he not have on clinic account and walk away !!!! So if u not have a gold card u shouldn’t be treat the same as you still a customer at clinic!!!!! So if u want spent a day spa and clinic and u don’t have Gold card and u have to talk to manager be prepared to be talked like you peace of Sh….!!! Thanks for lovely lessons clinic next time I should get my boyfriend Gold card and be treated like a Queen!!

Dr. Felix is my biggest nightmare. I have never met a more indifferent and money-focused doctor. I read several negative real comments and immediately after them false comments in which the clinic is trying to rehabilitate this monstrous money-making specialist. If you don't want to harm your health, go to another gastroenterologist.

I stayed there several times and discovered that it is nothing more than a money making machine conducting routine tests. I stopped going after they missed my prostate cancer, in spite of the fact they told me that I was 'all clear'. I would NOT recommend going there unless you just want to stay in a beautiful resort with great food, fantastic views and like being pampered, spending time with a lot of other very rich people because it is so very expensive. I have received far better treatment since then in Austria, India and Thailand. They also have an awful dentist who butchered me (and several other people I knew).

One of th best private hospital. The got the most new medical devices. Their stuff is very professional, welcoming and very helpful. Whether you are a resident ou just walk in patient, you will find them always helping you. Directors are so friendly and understanding. My last expensive with Dr J-M Hostettler was really good. Very patient and gave me enough details , reassured me enough to go through my analysis. Thank you again and wish you all the best. Siham
