We were in bologna and were trying to find a place with Emilian dishes we had not had yet, and a way from the crowds. Man did we find it when we dined at Clavature! We had the mussels as aperitif (they were AMAZING), the tagliatelle al ragu and spaghetti a la bolognese for primi and (drum roll) the show stopper of the night, never mind from our trip so far…cotoletta a la bolognese…… is the best dish we have had so far, to die for! Servers were really friendly, and th service was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and walk a couple steps further from the crowd for this jewel!
