Clock Inn - Kandy

For a hostel is quite good. There was no toilet paper, soap or shampoo though in the bathrooms. It's clean, the hangout are is nice. Very good place if you want to hang out with other travelers or stay somewhere cheap.

Great location and very friendly staff. They have filtered water, definitely important. I had a private room with a shared terrace. The bed was very comfortable and nice hot water. There’s a living room and I felt at home there, as that’s where we gathered for movie nights. The hostel is beautiful.

Best value for money.. A calm small inn in the middle of the city of Kandy. Conveniently located and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The place has a very comfortable TV lobby you can play games read books or watch movies. Tea and coffee are free anytime as long as you take care washing the cups. The rooms are clean, small but good enough to unwind tiring travel days. Hot water and AC are well functional. I loved the first stay and came back for the second.

Cool European design. The best bed I`ve slept on in Sri-Lanka, white, wide, comfy! Nice chill out zone and good atmosphere. A lot of cafes around. Will gladly come back again. Bad smell from the bathroom. The water in the dispenser seems to come from the tap. We were not offered to clean the room in three days.

Private room was clean and modern however small and a bit noisy from the hallway. There was WiFi troubles which were eventually fixed and good common areas to sit and chat. Breakfast was okay with fresh eggs on request. Location was near the tooth temple but not the train and bus stations. Fine for 1 night, might need more space if staying longer.

One of the nicest hostels of Sri Lanka. Dorms are airconditioned with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff are so friendly as well they let me park my motorbike at their parking and helped me with so many details regarding my trip. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Nice building, clean and organized. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple, could have more fruits due to the price of the stay. I recommend, is well located, walking distance to restaurants, parks, bus stops, many stores and others tourist attractions.

Rooms: The private rooms are above and beyond wat you expect, very clean & cozy, well organized and equipped rooms. Worth every single cent. Overall: friendly staff, the front desk guys are very helpful its very close to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic And is located smack middle in the city and the overall layout of the place you will love it.
