I would give this place 10 stars if I could. It's a beautiful manor house, comfortable, clean, with sweeping views, located in a quiet area with no bothersome noises. The staff is wonderful, warm, welcoming, and eager to go out of their way to please guests. But the most INCREDIBLE experience was the food. I have never eaten anywhere better, not even close, and this lasted for a full week, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as I was there for a writer's retreat. Every single meal was creative, substantial, and absolutely delicious. Better than any 5-star restaurant I've been to. On top of that, I eat a whole food plant-based diet, and have food intolerances. While some places have said "no problem, we can accommodate" I'm usually bored and disappointed. The chefs at Clos Mirabel blew all expectations out of the water. I was so depressed to leave and not have those gorgeous meals anymore! Everyone at the retreat equally raved about the dining experiences. Fresh, healthy, made from scratch - every menu was a treat. The wines were of high quality and generously supplied. I would eagerly return to this place. I can't relate how grateful I am for such an extraordinary experience.

Just ended my second 'art week' at Clos Mirabel - the last one was July 2023. Such a gorgeous, comfortable, welcoming place. Rachel, Xavier and their staff are wonderful hosts with a superb location (the view!). The meals are incredible and the rooms very comfortable. Both times, I have left feeling nourished, inspired and relaxed. Highly recommend Clos Mirabel!

My wife and I just returned from a week at Clos Mirabel where my wife was attending a fiber arts retreat. Clos Mirabel is run by a family team. They are warm, welcoming, and work hard to ensure all your needs are met. The food is fantastic, much of it straight from their gardens. The rooms are beautiful. The views and grounds are spectacular. The team was particularly helpful advising people on finding suitable hikes, day trips, etc.

This is a gorgeous place for Botanical Art holidays and Nature lovers. Amazing view of the Pyrenees and the vineyards. Rachel & Xavier and their staff are truly great, professional. The property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. WiFi was working very well everywhere. During our stay I and my friends tasted so delicious dishes, chefs are so talented. Definitely I will return back for another Botanical Art holiday. Thank you so much for making our Botanical Art week unforgettable.

Lovely, serene, great owners and staff, fabulous food, light-filled room, superb hospitality! I was here for an art at Tellier, and I learned a lot about painting, landscapes, using light and shadow, mixing colors, and trying to capture the gloriousness of this special enclave.

Clos Mirabel is pure magic! I experienced the most amazing week, enjoying a painting workshop with Mary Dillon, an exceptional art teacher, and other enthusiastic artists. The facilities are pristinely maintained and managed, and the meals were all 5-star. I knew it would be a treat to attend a workshop in the Pyrenees; however, I had no idea that it would be one of the most memorable weeks of my life. Thank you, Clos Mirabel, for your attention to every detail and for providing such a luxurious experience. I will be back!

Spent a week here on a painting holiday. Absolutely stunning location; it was just fabulous to wake up to a beautiful view of the Pyrenees every day and watch the mountains change in colour as the day progressed. The food was out of this world, all freshly cooked and baked and much of it just picked that day from the kitchen garden. My room was really comfortable, very quiet at night and the staff were all delightful - friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Rachel, Xavier, Tess and Graham - I'll definitely be back one day!
