CLOSED - Red Roof Inn Kingman

I really liked staying here. It’s quiet and relaxed, enjoyed a very cozy little room for 4 days of our vacation out here. I’ll definitely want to stay here again in the future. The only thing that I really don’t like is the chargers in our room sucked, our phones take a very long time to charge up and there was only one outlet close to our bed. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (we never used ours).

Just stayed her for a second time a few days ago and its a great value. Renee at the front desk is super welcoming. They were happy to accommodate my request for a ground floor room and there is no extra charge for my dog. Nice clean rooms just what you'd expect, it's close to eateries, fuel and easy on/off I 40. Thanks I'll stop again on my next trip through.

Check in was a breeze! The young lady working in the office was very efficient and professional. The rooms are up to date compared to many other hotels. There of course are things you can find to nit pick about the room, but anything I could point out in no way affected our stay, so I won't bother talking about them. There are plenty of dining options in walking distance as well as a Pilot travel center across the street. I-40 is 200 yards from the hotel, but you don't hear any of the traffic passing by. There are beautiful mountains on both sides of the hotel, so the scenery is definitely covered. The area feels really safe. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our fantastic experience started with Shy at the front desk. She was kind and efficient. We requested an upstairs room and she went out of her way to accommodate us. The room was just perfect with two very comfortable double beds, a fridge, a nice tv, and a clean bathroom. Our room faced a relatively busy road but we couldn’t really hear anything inside the room. Coffee maker worked great. Plenty of soap and shampoo and towels. We were about 15 minutes late checking out but Shy said no problem and enjoy your trip. When we checked in at our next location my wife realized she left her bathrobe at the hotel. I called and Shy answered. Yes, they had it. Yes, they’ll hold it for us. Just overall an awesome place to stay.

Room was clean, quiet, good air conditioner! Recently remodeled, and looks very nice. Very friendly staff. Could have used a couple of extra towels, but our only real complaint was the bed-perfect, if you like sleeping on a rock, but we like at least a little give in our bed. Overall, we were satisfied, but will probably opt for a different hotel next time due to the bed.

We stayed one night and last minute with a dog, and they accommodated us quickly, all the amenities were accessible. If we were handicapped, they'd give us a bottom floor, the dog area is just enough for my dog to wanna pee. No free breakfast that we could see of, so maybe ask if you're interested. Laundry on-site was a blessing. Would definitely love to come again!

The rooms look put together. Old bed had a huge sag in the middle. Pillows were flat. The tub had hair in the drain that wouldn't let the water drain properly. Floors were disgustingly dirty. All reviews say this. Upon checkout at 7AM, none of the 3 ladies cared to give me or my friend their attention. This location has lots of road noise from the highway.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven in the room. The worker who checked me in was friendly. I only have 2 (very minor) complaints A) the heater in the room didn't operate as most do in motels. I had to walk back down to the lobby to ask how it works. A quick explanation solved that for me. B) The soda machine was out of order and I had to walk down the street to find a convenience store. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through Kingman.

I was stopping through and I needed a place to lay my head. The parking lot was full which was a good sign. The room was very clean and the staff was kind. Because I got in about 1am, I slept through the breakfast and the only negative thing was my tv was broken. The front desk tried to fix it but at that time, I just wanted to get some sleep. I would stop here again.

For some reason. I got the idea that Wyndham was a quality chain. On this trip, we tried 3 different hotels/motels. And all were disappointing. This one? Let's see. Filthy floors. No coffee cups. No extra roll of TP. One washcloth. And a disgusting microwave. The breakfast was the best of the 3 with freshly made eggs, sausage and the usual assortment of cereals, breads & juices.

Definitely a good value for the money. Room was clean, newly renovated, bed was comfy, new linens, overall this was a great hotel that is dog friendly. breakfast was decent, we will stay here again!

Ok, to start with our room was under $90 total so, 4 star considering. Check in super easy, newer room with mostly new stuff. Wash cloth had stains, everything else was pretty on par with a $90 room. Smelled pretty clean, no bad odors. Check out.....no outdoor lights at 6:15 it's use a flashlight dark on the stairway, little scary but probably won't happen to anyone else. Back to check out, very fast, friendly. Continental breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast, waffles, cold cereals, yogurt, orange and apple juices.

You get what you pay for. It seems to be have been renovated. Bed was typical. This was nothing spectacular. It was a great place to stay after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was great for kids if you like heavy carbs. They had cereal and muffins!

This place is exceptionally clean inside and out! Restroom and bathroom has own shampoo, conditioner, soaps & moisturizers. Pool outside is not heated but Beautiful & Clean like new! It was very quiet also. We will be back

Do NOT stay here at Baymont Wyndham. Stay at Motel 6 instead. It's clean and they don't charge for dogs. I checked in on Aug. 11, 2024, after driving straight for 6 hours at Baymont by Wyndham. I was already tired and it was 108° outside so I left my truck running with the A/C on for my 2 dogs. I waited 30 minutes in line to check in because they only had one agent checking people in. They charged me $50 for two dogs, I paid, received my key and drove to my room. The key didn't work. I walked back to the front desk and the agent went to the computer to reprogram the key. I walked back to my room (my truck still running with my dogs inside), and the key still didn't work. The agent stopped the maintenence woman out in the parking lot before she left for the day and the woman followed me to my room and used her master key over and over but it did not work. The maintenence woman and I walked back to the front desk and she talked to the agent and she programmed a key for the 4th time. An hour had gone by and I still had my truck running for my dogs. This time the key worked. I spoke to a neighbor and she said the same thing happened to them. This should NOT have happened. Then my nightmare really began! I unpacked my truck, luggage, two coolers, dog food, toiletries, etc. and laid on the bed to distress and cool down. All of a sudden the person above me was taking a shower. It sounded like that person was in my shower it was so loud. I listened thinking how the walls must be pretty thin to hear the shower from above that loud so I got up and water was pouring out of the ceiling above flooding my bathroom and bedroom. I went to the front desk and told the agent. She said not to worry they would get it fixed. I told her I didn't think she understood the severity of the problem. I would have to move because if the person above showered again it would flood my room again. I couldn't even use my toilet because water was still dripping down. I asked to be moved and she told me they didn't have any more rooms available. I couldn't believe what was happening. So I asked for a refund to move to a different hotel and she told me she wasn't authorized to give me a refund. She was rude to me like I was the problem. I asked her to call the owners and she said they lived out-of-state. So I asked her to call someone who could authorize to give me a refund. She called a maintenence man which took an hour for him to get there. The maintenence man told me I had to move because it was unsafe to stay there. Just like I told the front desk agent three times! At that time she should have started to call and look for a room for me but she never did. It's 8:00 p.m. now and I called about 8 hotels while waiting on hold every time. No hotels had rooms. I had no other choice but to drive home but it was 3.5 hours away. I told my neighbor in the room beside me what was happening and her husband told me I shouldn't drive after dark plus being so tired and stressed. My neighbor's were so kind and finally helped me find a room at Motel 6. I packed my truck again and drove to Motel 6 and unpacked. It was clean and nice and they also don't charge for dogs. I was so exhausted from that whole ordeal. The Baymont by Windham is a horrible place with rude people that don't listen, don't care, and overcharge you for pets! Save yourself the grief and stay somewhere else.

Would stay again, decent quality for the price. Needed a quick one night stay to view a potential real estate purchase. Room was clean, looked remodeled. tiny micro, fridge missing a foot so it was not stable (but still cold). Bathroom and shower had 6 different, attached, Dove liquid soap and shampoo dispensers. Night clerk Chrystal was top notch, very personable and professional. Morning check out clerk was also extra bubbly. Maid service was very professional. Pool looked a bit small but still refreshing. Biggest negative would have to be the condition of the parking lot.

Don't stay at this Hotel it's the worst place in Kingman! Mold in bathroom the toilet was dirty and the trash was still full from the last customer plus the water was turned off during the daytime!

We checked in on Monday planning a two day stay first morning everything was nice decent bk coffee. No maid service. Second morning no coffee bk even though everything was the same the bk was not good. We had to ask for maid service so we could get our trash emptied went to get ice guess what no ice our room rate is $160.00 a night because they charge for dogs 2 dogs $50 a night. The staff was friendly enough but for $160.00 a night at least we should have coffee and ice. We are making arrangements to get another motel

Inexpensive basic hotel. Breakfast was better a few months back when they had regular sausages not the flat overcooked poor quality sausages. Waffles are mush. I'd give 5 stars if you would improve your breakfast.

I booked this room through Hot Wire and it's one of the few times I felt I needed to write a review First the staff have been extremely helpful and kind and this review is for the condition of the room and Amenities. The first day I had to change rooms because the person above me was extremely noisy Also the night stand had a short in the base I was shocked when I touched it The new room has mold in the bathtub area and the heater fan is broken. I let the main desk know about it but the repair man is not available today. Also the desk chair is broken. I almost fell backwards when I sat back in the chair. The person at the desk was kind enough to replace the chair I went to take a shower and found there are no wash clothes in the room. I went to the main desk later and they told me they were out of wash clothes I will be leaving earlier than expected because of conditions Also you can easily hear the motor traffic and trains. The staff did the best job possible, but management failed to give them the resources necessary to keep their customers happy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
