Cloud 22 Dubai

The pool itself is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous. One thing to be aware of is that it can get very windy — I’d recommend bringing a hair tie for women, as the wind can be quite strong. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, especially the pizza, which I would not recommend. It’s better to order something else. Cocktails were fine but fairly average. Service was okay overall, but inconsistent. My server forgot twice to bring cocktails I had ordered. At one point, I waited about 42 minutes (and I am not exaggerating the time here!) before seeing her again, only to be told the order had been forgotten. This happened again with another cocktail, which was not very pleasant. Considering the price, we expected a heated pool, but the water was extremely cold. I would normally give this place 3 stars; however, I’m giving 4 stars purely for the stunning view and for allowing photos and cameras throughout the venue.

Great amenities of Atlantis The Royal. Stunning view of the Palm. Pool was amazing, the ambiance and service was good. Deep took care of us, order 2 bottle of Ruinart Rose,food was delicious we had Wagyu Slider, truffles pizza, Truffled fried potatoes, had a complimentary fruit platter included with Day bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

For a long time I wanted to experience the cloud 22, yesterday was finally the occasion. I must remark that me and my partner were under the care of two amazing staff Vassilis and Melissa and all I can say is that they made our experience memorable, their hospitality how much attention to detail they had specially with my partner’s food allergies. For whoever that goes to cloud 22 please ask for Vassilis and Melissa they will make your experience unforgettable and we are definitely looking forward to go back soon

What a beautiful place. All the pools are amazing, I really enjoyed my day here. Food overall was good; the prices are understandable due to the view. Amira was super helpful and the staff upstairs too. Will definitely be back as soon as possible.

The young ladies at Cloud 22 appear to suffer from a rather remarkable excess of arrogance. Before anything else, they seemed intent on scrutinising my small bag as if it contained contraband of national importance. My modest water bottle — which may still have contained a few innocent drops of water — was promptly confiscated, accompanied by the assurance that I might retrieve it upon leaving. The tone used was one you would expect from law enforcement intercepting an attempted knife smuggling operation, not from staff at a so-called luxury venue.

Sunset experience here was incredible! Hands down the best activity we’ve done in Dubai, great food and drinks! Our day was made extra special thanks to Zia Schwartz - she looked after us from entry all the way through to the end of her shift, came to chat to us briefly too! Thanks a lot! We will definitely be coming back just for Zia’s hospitality!

I decided to come and visit the new Atlantis Royal, and was immediately struck by the amazing view at Cloud 22. So I decided to go for a light pre-dinner meal and dip in the pool, before continuing to dinner at Ling-Ling (a chain restaurant also now at Atlantis Royal, that I already know from Marrakech - which is very good btw). I had the Ceasar Salad, followed by the Lamb Colettes (medium rare), and completed with a fruit plate, lemon sorbet and mineral water (as I don’t drink alcohol). Although the presentation was up to standard, the actual food was not good. The lamb tasted like it came from the 3rd rate kebab shop in a bad area of Paris. The “mineral water” was a glass filled with bubbled water. No bottle, could have been filtered water from the tap for all I know - and tasted accordingly. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and borderline rude. The bill came in at around AED 840.- (~EUR 200). While the view and venue are quite impressive, I am decidedly unimpressed with the food quality and especially the unprofessionalism and low quality of the staff, especially considering the “high level” that this venue is trying to impress upon its unsuspecting guests. I do not hesitate to give this venue a well-deserved 1 star rating. While I was sure that I would come back again and again just for the view, I am now reconsidering this decision - as this place just gives me a bad vibe.

This pool venue is absolutely stunning! Located on a high floor, it offers a breathtaking view overlooking the entire Palm of Dubai — a sight you just can’t get enough of. The place is beautifully designed, stylish, and has an amazing, relaxing vibe. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and everything feels upscale and enjoyable. A must-visit spot for anyone looking for a high-quality, unique pool experience in Dubai.
