Cloud 22 Dubai

It was the highlight of our Dubai trip. Everything was beautiful and the vibe was amazing. The bar makes excellent cocktails, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. In the evening, during sunset, the atmosphere was simply wow. The music was great, the crowd was pleasant, and we were genuinely impressed by how clean and tasteful everything was. Thank you for this experience, it was definitely not our last visit. As a small side note, it is quite expensive, even for Swiss standards I was a bit shocked by the prices. That said, in the end it was worth it. I also heard that even hotel guests have to pay to access the rooftop, which honestly surprised me.

I recently visited Cloud 22 and had a great experience overall. The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the stunning infinity pool and the breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline. The setting itself makes the visit feel quite special. The staff were very polite, attentive, and respectful, which added to the relaxed and premium atmosphere. The food was good and nicely presented, and the overall quality matched the upscale vibe of the venue. While the views and ambiance are definitely the main attraction, the food and service complemented the experience well. Overall, Cloud 22 is a fantastic place to unwind, enjoy beautiful views from the infinity pool, and spend a relaxing afternoon or evening in a luxurious setting.

Disappointing service, hygiene issues, and misleading booking” Beautiful views and a stunning setting, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were constantly flies landing on and around our food and drinks, even when I tried to keep everything covered. It honestly felt like a race to eat before flies landed on it. I’ve been to much cheaper beach clubs where food was left uncovered and never had this issue. I didn’t even finish the food because I saw a fly land in it, which was very upsetting considering the price and setting. What made the situation worse was that my own bottle of water was taken at the entrance, and they mentioned that water is regularly given and topped up, when I later needed water to take a tablet After around 45 mins, Despite trying to make eye contact with staff, no one acknowledged us. In the end, I had to use the buzzer from the sunbed next to us just to get someone’s attention. They also claim water is regularly topped up, but this was not the case. Another disappointing factor was the seating. When booking, it is not made clear that some tickets place you in a section near the bar, away from any view with very limited views. With each subbed close to £100pp and were essentially placed in a crowded area with no real view, which felt misleading, an area that is like to herd cattle. The reception staff were very kind and informed me of changing room and by offering access to a hairdryer’s on entry, but when I went to use it, there wasn’t anyone available to give me one . Even small things like this were poorly organized, no towel was offered upon leaving to the changing room, there was another gentleman in a white top Caucasian who was also polite and took my food order but considering how many staff was around this was poor service. For a place that charges premium prices and promotes itself as high-end, this level of service, hygiene, and organisation is unacceptable. The views are amazing, but the overall experience did not match the cost.” It would be ideal to provide more transparency around the sun loungers as perhaps I would have been willing to pay more for a better view but that was not evidently clear. For the amount you spend and the experience you might be better off going for to other experiences.

My recent visit to Cloud 22 was absolutely incredible! The panoramic views are breathtaking, and the infinity pool makes you feel like you’re floating above the city such a surreal experience. The ambience is chic and vibrant. A special thank you to Alexis, Melissa and Vassilios for the exceptional service they were attentive, friendly, and truly made our visit unforgettable. Cloud 22 is a beautifully curated place with a special energy and breathtaking views. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for enjoying the moment without rushing. What really makes the difference is the service: Melisa, Vasilis, and Alexis were impeccable, warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell when people love what they do and know how to make you feel truly welcome. Thanks to them, we had a truly memorable day. We will definitely be back ♥️

Everything was perfect! We went for a bachelorette party we were 6 ladies and they treated us lovely. They had us in a private suite without the view of the palm Jumeirah (We didn’t pay for this view) and once they had one suite available with the view of the palm Jumeirah they changed us. All of the staff were very kind, helpful and the service was perfect! The name of the server was Mausam and he was very kind and made our day even better.

The hotel offers a variety of scenic views, numerous beautiful areas, different lounge chair areas, and rest villas, providing a rich experience. However, two years later, the cleaning feels inadequate; many hard-to-reach areas are not clean, fabrics have faded, and the transparent pool doesn't look very clean. In crowded areas, the poolside is littered with slippers, affecting the view. Despite this, the location is excellent, and I hope management can be improved. The number of restrooms is somewhat limited for the current foot traffic. Personally, I feel the selection of alcoholic beverages is a bit limited.

Great amenities of Atlantis The Royal. Stunning view of the Palm. Pool was amazing, the ambiance and service was good. Deep took care of us, order 2 bottle of Ruinart Rose,food was delicious we had Wagyu Slider, truffles pizza, Truffled fried potatoes, had a complimentary fruit platter included with Day bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
