The view, AC, and the atmosphere were probably the best things about this place, but the food was lackluster. The view is good here as it is indoors where there is AC and you won't feel or hear the wind like you normally would on the outdoor observation deck. The atmosphere is good, they have some really modern design and lighting on the walls of the cafe itself. As for the cafe food, I would say the prices are on cloud 9, except the quality of the food does not match the price; the prices reflect the view and location, rather. The Chocolate Skydome was pleasing to the eye, but glaringly sweet and I would not try it again. Overall, it was just okay.

Great atmosphere and scenery! However, the food was not very appetizing. The only thing I like was the chips and salsa and I think it was because I was starving. I ordered the chicken tenders and their dessert. The presentation of both were pleasing, but the tenders didn't taste seasoned, and the dessert was way to sweet. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the scenery and would go again but not for the food.

Didn't know it was a cafe. Probably because it was reserved for an event. However, the atmosphere and views from the cafe are amazing.

A nice, clean, revolving cafe at the top of reunion tower. Prices are average. It's not upscale like Five Sixty. But the food is tasty. Reservations aren't needed but you do need geodeck passes to come here. But they only seem to be open on weekends.

The customer service was superv and their employees super nice. The Dallas skyline view fabulous. Unfortunately, the menu is very limited. I had the chips and salsa; the salsa was too watery and the chips were stale. My husband had the burger and waffle fries; the fries were over fried and too greasy and made him sick.

It wasn't great. The food was a box lunch that was like a school sack lunch on a field trip. Sandwich, chips, and an apple😞. The other food wasnt worth the price. They only have 2 cocktails to choose from that are both gross 👎. On the upside, the scenery out the window is nice and they give a free digital picture!

Took them 50 min to make a Caesar salad and a Hamburger. The cafe had other 4 tables. Not busy at all. They charge 11$ for cheap wine that doesn’t even come in a glass but in a plastic cup. The view is great though. Very disappointed with the food though. We didn’t realize the real restaurant opens at 5

Don't come here if you expect any kind of service or a Timely and decent meal! Waited 45 minutes on the Small cold burger and fries here. Can soda 2.75. It does rotate and the view is nice but you can see all that in that geo deck

Gotta see the reunion tower when in Dallas. It's pretty high and you'll see all of downtown Dallas and beyond. Texas is pretty flat. Located in the hotel, kids under 4 are free. Cost about $18 per adult. The wind on the deck is really nice. There's a little dining area. Take the elevator, which has part glass so you can see yourself going up. View is probably the best view of downtown Dallas.

PROS: This tower reminds me of the Times Square New Years Eve ball. The building is in the shape of a lollipop and you have the ability to either go up to the observation deck or eat at their restaurant CONS: The observation deck and the restaurant are both overpriced, there's minimal signs leading you to the tower entrance, and it takes a while for the line to the elevator to go down OVERALL: If you have the money and patience than I do recommend you to go up to this tower

Purchase your tickets online. I went on the Sunday before Memorial Day, and it was PACKED. When you get there, you're essentially walking through a giant hotel. They have time slots for the elevator ride up so you get in line and wait. You go through security and there's a pop up photographer (which you can skip) The elevator ride is probably 30 seconds with maybe 10 people in the elevator with you. Once you're up, it's a bunch of historical plaques and photos inside. And the outside perimeter gives you a great 360 view. Restrooms are also up top.

As a tourist attraction in Dallas, it's a cool experience to see much of the city. The staff is friendly, and the restrooms are clean. I recommend it!

I headed up to Reunion Tower in Dallas, and from the moment I stepped inside, the view stole the show. That iconic geodesic dome lights up the skyline by day and dazzles at night. From the observation deck, the city stretched out in every direction -- a patchwork of streets, parks, and shimmering buildings. Even without a meal at the rotating restaurant, just standing there, soaking it all in, made me feel like I was on top of Dallas -- literally and figuratively.

I took family for an hour tour of the Reunion Tower's Geo-Deck. That was disappointing. Our guide just tapped the kiosk and repeated the information on it. DO NOT spend extra on a tour. Not worth it. In regards to the Geo-Deck- the view is spectacular. Amazing photo opportunities to show off our beautiful Dallas skyline. Family was impressed and I was happy.

This is an iconic tower located in the heart of downtown. You will find tons of commercial parking lots available to park. I recommend exploring parking apps to find some deals on parking. The tower is also conveniently located right next to Union Station. So, taking public transit here would be an option too. This is not a very tall tower. At 561 feet, it is only the 15th tallest building in Dallas. Yes, the 16th tallest tower in the city, not even the state or nation. The tower is the site of the city's annual New Years Eve festivities. That is what brought me here. I decided to go up the tower and check it out as well. The tickets to go up the tower are timed and can be purchased at a kiosk or at the agent next to the kiosk. Once you purchase your ticket, you just get in line when its your time. You then pass through a security sensor and take a green screen souvenir photo. You can retrieve the photos by entering an email address in a kiosk at the top of the tower on the GeO Deck. A few of the photos are free and you can purchase prints of others. I got photos with different backgrounds for free. Once you take the photo, you get in the line que to go to the tower's viewing platform. The line moved relatively quick. I would say it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get on the elevator. After a short elevator ride you are up on the viewing area which is enclosed. It is a somewhat small area and has some snacks for sell and some seating. There is an interactive kiosk there where you can operate a camera on the tower and look at sites around the city. you are free to partake in the 360-degree views of the Dallas cityscape, at your own pace. You can go out to the outer ring which is outdoors and you will find free binoculars to use. Next to the binoculars you will see pictures of landmarks, with names that you can try to locate. Once you are done checking things out up there, visitors can just get in a line to catch the elevator to go back down. Once you are back down on level ground, you exit through........yep, you guessed it, the gift shop which sells light snacks, toys, magnets, shirt and other typical souvenirs. All of the staff that I interacted with at the tower were very friendly and helpful. They made the experience more enjoyable. I liked my visit to the tower. I spent about 30 minutes or so up at the top and I was ready to go though. This is definitely a must visit while in Dallas.

This is a great sight seeing experience for everyone. This tower allows for great views over the city of Dallas, Texas. My family and I came at the last sight seeing appointment which was at 8 30p.m.. We opted for this time slot to actually be able to enjoy the Dallas city view lit up with all their different lights in varies parts of the city. We also opted for vallet parking since it was only 20$ and didn't have to worry about parking and making it to the tower at our allotted time. The tower has an amazing restaurant at the top that slowly spins around as you eat to be able to take in varies views of the city. It has a great Dallas souvenir shop that is a bit pricey but has great options of items available. Once your allotted time is near, you can step up to the line of the elevator that takes you to the top of the tower. Before getting into said elevator, there is an opportunity for a family photo with photo props available for free. They usually sell these pictures but there cameras were not working so they were using our own cellphone to take the family picture so they were free for us that night. TIP: If you are scared of heights, once outside the top of the reunion tower, do not look down.

I have always wanted to visit this tower and Friday evening was finally it! A bit expensive just to visit the deck but worth it for the experience. $150 for 4 adults and 4 kids for their last 8:30pm entrance. They do valet parking and you just follow the signs that lead you towards the entrance of the GeoDeck. Once they scan you in, you get in line to take your souvenir pic. Unfortunately on this night, their equipment was not working so we had to take pics on our phone but it was free and we had about 4 to choose from. Once we pass that tou are lead to an elevator that takes you straight up. You have the option of staying inside and choose from many of their high top tables they have located around with seating to just sit and enjoy the view. Perfect I'd your on a date and juat want a chance to sit and talk. You can also go outside and take pictures and that is where you can really get the good views! Loved going at night and seeing the whole city lit up! Such a great experience and view. You are able to walk all around and see the city from every single angle. If you are afraid of heights this can definitely get scary especially if you are closer to the edge taking pictures. Overall such a great and unique experience if you are in the Dallas area and def recommend coming in the evenings. Everyone enjoyed it and the kids too. This is located in their downtown area so parking can get tricky unless you are really paying attention to their signage. We got lost so we ended up just leaving our car with the valet in from of their restaurant parking.

The tower offers great views of the skyline of downtown Dallas and the surrounding areas. On a clear day, it's possible to see the skyline of Fort Worth kind of. Unlike other observation towers, there is no glass in the viewpoint area so views of the area are unobstructed and there's no annoying reflections regardless of the time of day. Overall, I would go again during a different time of day such as sunset.

This place is great way to see the whole city. I specifically enjoyed how it was way cooler on top than being on the ground. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby and it's $10 last time I went so it wasn't that bad. At least you won't have to drive around. Short walk to the entrance and short line too. Wait time was fast, faster if you buy tickets ahead of time. Ticket comes with free picture per group. Only digital copy is free though but printed copy will cost you.

A wonderful and worth it experience. You owe it to yourself to see these gorgeous views any time you find yourself in the Dallas area! Once you take the elevator up you can stay in the cabin of the tower, get some ice cream or a souvenir coin, or head out to the observation deck and witness the beautiful views of downtown Dallas and the surrounding areas. There's no reason to pass up this landmark.

Highly recomended for first timers to Dallas. You get to see a beautiful view of Dallas. Friendly staff and all around a good time. Kinda a little bummer its only 30 min but I can understand why very popular so you want to make sure its not to crowded.

Highly recommend buying the Dallas CityPass to have the Reunion tower as a part of your plans along with other museums and the zoo as options to finish out your ticket package. Enter through the front entrance of the Hyatt Hotel to enter the Reunion tower. We used a map app that had us walking around the building and unsuccessful at getting in to side doors! Having a pre-set time for our entrance made it hassle free and really limited crowds. We went on a Saturday afternoon in the summer. The weather was clear so you could see for miles. Don't forget to watch the videos they have inside on TV like screens regarding the death of JFK and other highlights of the views around you. You can really get a sense of how expansive the DFW area is when you have the view from the observation deck. You can stay inside (climate controlled) and walk around, or go outside and be able to see around. They only offer vended beverages at the observation deck.

Jaleesa was our guide during our visit to the Reunion Tower on the 20th of September at 5:30 pm. I had purchased tickets for the Love is in the air experience and travelled from Arkansas to Dallas. My wife and I were blown away by Jaleesa and her customer service. Jaleesa directed us to the photo area, then gave us insight about the Reunion Tower while going up the elevator and gave us a tour of the tower!! She helped us to know what we were looking at and what to look for while looking outside 470ft in the air!! She was very personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. My wife and I had some laughs with her but most importantly she helped us celebrate our 7th year anniversary while at the Reunion Tower. Please give Jaleesa our love, appreciation, and maybe even a promotion!! Because of her we WILL recommend more couples to the Reunion Tower in Dallas,Tx! May GOD bless you all!!

Great view of Dallas and JFK tragedy. Visited family for holiday and we worked our way up to enjoy the view. I think it's worth visiting. I love getting a view of where I am from the top. It's a whole other world. They gave a gift shop. Very nice staff. Old tourist attraction so expect it to be dated.

This is a really cool landmark to check out. I was in town on business and a business partners suggested we go check it out. The views are amazing. I will admit, when you're going up 450 feet plus in the elevator it felt kind of intense for a minute, but I'm just afraid of heights so that's just probably unique to me. The views are absolutely amazing! You get a great view of the city. The weather was very nice too. Nice and cool with a bit of wind. I suggest you check this out. Perfect for date night, kids, etc. I'll definitely come back and check this out again. Easy five star experience!

Our first ever trip to Dallas, Texas and we did all the iconic tourist attractions. We purchased the Dallas City Pass, which included the Reunion Tower as one of the options. The Tower is 470 foot high viewing experience with an incredible 360-degree panoramic view of Downtown Dallas. The entrance to the tower is located inside the Omni Hotel. They will take your picture before you take the elevator ride to the top. The elevator ride was cool because there is a glass window that you can look out as you make your way to the top. One in the observation deck, there is a small gift shop that has some light snacks. There is an indoor seating area that has a panel that will show you videos of the history of Dallas. But the best part is walking along the outside and checking out the views. One of the most unique views you will see here is the birds eye view of Elm Street, where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. There are free telescopes throughout the outdoor viewing area for you to use. When we went, it was raining. But the views were still beautiful. Tickets range from $19 to $40 depending on when you go. Your admission includes the souvenir digital photo you take at the start of your adventure. They also require you to make reservations for a specific day and time. I had to change my reservation at the last minute and there was no issues, but again, I went on a rainy day when the crowd was probably lighter than usual. Parking was a challenge. There was some kind of convention going on in the normal parking lot, and the alternative was to park in their secondary lot, which is a far walk....especially in the rain. So given the situation, I opted for the hotel Valet parking, which was $20 vs. the self park $10. Overall, the views are nice. The admission price is a stretch, especially for a big family. I'm glad it was part of our City Pass.

My partner's reaction said it best. Very upscale and beautiful place to be with very attentive and welcoming staff. We celebrated a milestone there and will likely go back for other milestones. Portion size of the food was a little smaller than I had anticipated but still tasty. I wish the restaurant still rotated and that parking garage was easier to secure.

Underwhelming compared to NYC or Chicago, but this was a reasonably priced experience that didn't have a ton of crowds. It isn't anything fancy, as it's tucked away inside a hotel. But you can get in quickly and see pretty much all of Dallas. If you go at sunset, as I did, you get some great views of the dusky red sun reflecting off the skyscrapers. It was also quite a sight to see the sun setting in the background, behind the winding overpasses and highways, like an art piece made of spaghetti and concrete. Definitely recommend the later evening, you won't regret it.

Reunion Tower was a good experience. I didn't know the ride to the top would be so quick lol did high roller in Vegas and the ride is longer granted it's not an elevator. The views are amazing and having the telescopes to look down or just to watch from afar was a cool addition. I enjoyed the Photo Booth at the beginning and the fact they can send you the photos as a download or you can actually get the prints right there. I do believe the price for tickets is reasonable for the experience and would visit again. Everyone was friendly and just made us either laugh or smile.

A fixture of the Dallas skyline since well before I was born. This monolith is stark in its beauty and beautiful in its starkness. Somehow, I always find myself adoring it and the contribution it makes to the skyline.

Beautiful view over Dallas. Located in close proximity to the JFK memorial as well as several top notch and iconic restaurants! Be sure to check out the gift shop on the way out!

Great views and not expensive, didn't get to eat this visit but if you've never been I would recommend.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency which is adjacent to the Reunion Tower. We were literally able to walk to the Reunion Tower entrance from our hotel lobby. Sweet... The observation deck is pretty cool. There's a tiny gift shop to purchase souvenirs and snacks. There's some interactive touch screen monitors powered by Google Maps that allows you to see Dallas landmarks from the tower. You can stroll to the outside section to really feel how high you are in the tower as you feel the weather elements. I want to give a major shout out to the super friendly elevator operators and gift shop employees. Their vibe was friendly and their high energy positivity was cool to be around during our short visit. I wish there was a bar or something up there to get a drink. I associate cool views like this with a cocktail or two lol This is one of those urban tourists stops that's worth checking out once. Take some pics for the gram for the cool memories and all is good. Cheers!

I've been to Reunion Tower three times in my life. Once for Prom in 98'. Another time about 9 years ago and this most recent time. I gotta tell ya, every time it gets a little less exciting. I'm glad Dallas has an iconic tower that gives 360-degree views of the city, but it feels really dated. After you advance past the ticket desk, you have an opportunity to have a group photo taken with novelty props like a cowboy hat or sponge hands. Then, the glass elevator ride to the top is fun as you ascend to the observation deck. There are touchscreens arranged around the perimeter of the sky lobby that have different factoids and short videos about the history of Dallas. They are not as exciting as they could be. The programming is a bit dry. If you exit out to the observation deck, you get a 360 degree open air view of the city. There is also a small gift shop where you can purchase souvenirs like stuffed animals, keychains and pens. Overall Reunion Tower is good, but it doesn't have the buzz and excitement that other towers have. It could definitely use a refresh on the programming and decor of the sky lobby. Also, one final thing- Parking was a pain. We parked in the dedicated lot for Reunion Tower/ The Hyatt Regency and the electronic parking gate would not read our ticket, which was just dispensed barely an hour before. We wound up paying the full day rate instead of a shorter window. Another person next to us using the other parking gate had the exact same issue. A frustrating end to a pretty meh experience.

Great way to take in Dallas views! I bought same day tickets with no issue and was pleasantly surprised with the small crowds. It was extremely windy on the day we visited so part of the exterior was not enjoyable but there was great seating indoors as well to take in the views.

Reunion Tower is one of those places that you think could be a neat experience, but ends up being more fun in your head than in practice. The first major challenge is figuring out where to park. I expected to pay $10 to park and that is fine, but where do you go? Your Google GPS isn't going to be any help and the signage is atrocious. We ended up driving all the way around it twice trying to figure out where to go. There definitely needs to be better signage that is clear and frequent. What you do is go around it about halfway and there are a couple turnoffs to the right. You want the 2nd one. No sign will tell you that; you'll just figure it out yourself while pissing off other motorists as you realize the first one isn't where you need to be and you need to quickly change lanes again. You have to pay for a time to show up for this, too. I assume it is to keep the lines from getting super long at different times. Lines were still long. You wait to get into the elevator. You wait at the top to get back on the elevator to go back down. In all, I believe my wife and I waited about 30-35 minutes total prior to going up and while waiting to come back down. Once you finally get to the top, the view is fairly impressive. The Omni hotel next to the tower, which looks huge from the ground, is small compared in height to the tower. To get the best look, you go out a set of doors open to the air. You don't have to do this -- you can stay behind the glass and still see things pretty well -- but to look more to the ground, you need to get to the outside ring. It can be windy. And I mean WINDY. As in, you can lose a hat or a phone easily with how it blows. It only does it where the wind is blowing, though. Walk around a bit and it dies down on the other side. The view is a little better for these vantages. Inside, there are some tables where you can sit for your 30 minutes. While we were there, someone was getting pictures at a planned space for such things (you pay extra for them to take pictures and deck it all out for you). That group was loud, but if you wanted the experience and you were getting engaged (or getting Prom photos, I suppose), it might be an avenue for you. I wouldn't do it, but I could see people opting for that as a simple way to do something somewhat memorable. Overall, this is something to experience -- just once. There isn't really a reason to go back. Lines are long and you are locked into a timed ticket. Prices are reasonable, but there isn't a lot to see or do and while you get 30 minutes, you'll need maybe 10 to walk around the interior up top and the exterior and look around. You'll wait for as long as you are given to look around for the elevators to go up and to come back down. Staff is was largely oblivious, except for the elevator operator that was very cheerful and nice. I wouldn't see me ever going back again, but it is probably worth seeing once just to say you have done it.

For the price of going up to just see up there no complaints (I think it was under $20 a ticket). Simple process walked to the desk, bought tickets and got on the elevator, no lines. Went up to look around. took some photos looked outside. In total it's a short experience about 20-30 mins really if you don't do any extras just go to look. I have a small fear of heights the scariest part was the fast elevator ride up! You feel safe outside with all the bars they have.

Growing up in Dallas, it was quite cool when the giant dandelion looking tower was added to the skyline. For all of the years I lived here, until this visit, I had only admired from afar. So I looked it up, saw the tour times and suggestions to visit both during daylight and dark and get a tour! So I booked it! Within a few days before the dandelion date, events conflicted. Moving dates was exceptionally easy by the staff! Finally, the Dallas Dandelion Date was here. Parking was stupid proof. The walk to the tower was easy, but where to go for the tour and visit was a little difficult as we missed the signage. The wonderfully friendly staff quickly got us to the right spot. Chris, Jamal, Yazmin are the best 3 ambassadors of Dallas! Ask for them! Really welcoming and enlightening! (You'll find the entrance all the way at the tower bottom). It was a free-standing structure until the construction of an addition to the Hyatt Regency Dallas in 1998. The tower was designed by architectural firm of Welton Becket & Associates. At daytime, on a clear day, the views are magnificent! At night time, even more! Although there is a section that rotates, it is only rotated on special occasions. There will be a high end restaurant opening up and rumor is it will rotate for special occasions. There is a gift shop up on the observation level and lots of information on Dallas and the tower. You got to go. You'll be glad you did! And time it where the weather is not hot or cold and the views are not socked in by rain or fog. Older kids will love it as well!!

Fun touristy attraction to take the kids to. Parking wasn't convenient as we had to park in the back and walk across an employee lot but there was good signage into the building. Parking was $10. The kids were hesitant about the heights but got used to it when we got up top. A surprise when we got up was that the Dallas zoo was doing a presentation with animal friends! We had a chance to explore the observation deck and then meet some animals. They have a gift shop to walk thru at the end, nothing special there but we got some snacks from the hotel lobby before we left. Not worth a return visit but we checked it off our Dallas list.

The food, the service, the wine everything was better than expected. I would recommend going back to this place and trying some of their other dishes as well. It's conveniently located and we liked how the manager came to check on us.

Cool view but definitely overpriced and overhyped. It was outdated on the inside. The staff is very nice and efficient.

We decided to visit the Reunion Tower close to Sunset so that we could get a day and night view of Texas. The workers were very friendly and exemplified great customer service. The gentleman at thr elevator was so sweet! The views were beautiful and we were glad that we had time in our schedule for this visit. It was worth it and interesting to know that the Reunion Tower is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers! I would recommend visiting. Closer to Sunset is great to see all views!

This spot was worth visiting to see the best view of Dallas! While paying $19 for one visit during the daytime, I was happy to visit one of Dallas most iconic spot for any visitor. I am sure night light show would be better!

Located next to a hotel. Pretty beautiful view, but the tickets are crazy expensive. We spent a total of 20mins up there for a little over $100. The tower is about 470 feet. I'm still scared of heights, but it wasn't too bad since I've experienced the 1,600 feet building in Chicago. You take this elevator that shoots you to the top like you're in that end scene of Willy Wonka. There's a little lounge looking area and a gift shop store. The sidewalk platform is a 360 degree walk. Overall, beautiful like I stated, but just too scary. I don't think it's worth that much money. The staff are very friendly. The visitor parking lot is located at the bottom of the street or you can valet at the hotel.

Although this attraction is a unique addition to this area, the style and concept is almost exactly like the Empire State Building in NY. Although much smaller scale, they also seem to be twice as disorganized. The line to the elevator takes forever and the line to come back down takes just as long. The daytime ticket prices are more reasonable but I cannot see myself paying over $50 to come at night. If you're in Dallas for the weekend, might be worth checking out if you don't have much to do.

My boyfriend and I made the mistake of arriving around 7 p.m. without a reservation, but luckily we were able to purchase tickets before they sold out for the day. The line for the elevator to go up to the observatory took almost an hour and we thought we would miss the sunset. Fortunately, we made it just in time and took amazing photos from the outdoor geo-deck. Inside, they have a small cafe and gift shop. There is also an area set up for proposals! My suggestion to anyone wanting to visit is to plan accordingly and purchase tickets online beforehand to prevent any last-minute disappointment. Also bring a good camera!

It was nice and the complimentary pix so nice. However, a happy cashier at the gift shop or a robot would help sales. Cashier had no facial expressions or motivation to answer questions. Didn't buy any items due to the bad or mediocre service.

I recently had family come to town and I had never taken the tour and thought it was be something memorable for us to do. It was absolutely incredible and the views were amazing so as far as that part goes we were really impressed and the free digital photo was perfect for us. But as far as trying to leave and getting on the elevator to go down you have to wait in a very long line to get out of there and it took forever! They really need to access the way they get people out of the top of the tower.

First time experiencing the Reunion Tower. I truly enjoyed myself. I was given a lot of good history and information about the Downtown Dallas area.

Just passing through and it happened to be a special event with Sam the Magic Man which was the best show EVER

This was a pretty good visit here to the tower. This is simple...take an elevator to the top, look from the outside or the inside and dodge all the other people up there. Many photo machines were broken, but if your just there for the view, then it's probably Worth the 20 bucks.

Great views of Dallas! It does get busy waiting to go up and down the elevator and sometimes there is a bit of a line! But definitely worth it to see the views of Dallas!

I really like this place and the 360 views but the one thing i didn't like was the $40 per adult price tag. We have 3 teenagers that count as adults and it came out to $200 on top of that $15 in parking fee's this will be a onetime thing we do. there is not much to do up there the only thing they sell is water and a few snacks and they have a penny press also if you enjoy collecting them. The elevator has glass windows, so you have great view going up. The views are amazing can't beat that.
