International review: Bought flowers in April online from the US for a local friend and was overwhelmed with the result. Absolutely gorgeous and the message I left online was handwritten by the shop onto a card, then attached to the bouquet. I thought the price was more than fair for the bouquet and the attention to every detail was wonderful. I also asked for delivery the night prior and they arrived by 1300 the next day which I thought was quite quick given the late request. I will definitely use this company again!

I am an event planner and designer based in Melbourne, Dancing & Dessert, and was fortunate enough to work with Clover Flower Co on a beautiful wedding that took place at BAIE Wines Geelong. Communication was wonderful throughout the entire planning of the wedding, they were kind, easy to talk to, and added their gorgeous creative touch. On the day of the event they were there on time and were complete and utter superstars! Throughout the night guests complimented continuously their incredible flowers. Thank you so much for your thoughtful and professional service!

So I am very disappointed to say that the hamper my friend received for her birthday was not what I paid for. False advertisement. The photo on your website showed a nice arrangement in a wooden box, a large candle, tea's bath salts, etc. Instead I got a very large boquet of flowers that don't even fit in the white cardboard box that came with it, some chocolates, a card, tea boxes and other little small items that were buried underneath it. I paid $220 for this box including delivery. Please look at the photos in comparison and you will understand what I meant.

We had the most stunning bouquet and buttonhole for our wedding from Clover. I had a short consult with Margaret and felt like I got the perfect personalised bouquet just for me!

Great friendly service and conversation. My mum whose abroad tasked me with getting some flowers on her behalf for my sister on her birthday. I’m a bit of a noob when it comes to flowers but Clover understood my requirements (or vague ideas) perfectly. Great finishing touches on the flower bag and the best bit was the flowers suddenly looked stunning when my sister put them in the vase - it was a pleasant surprise. They’re still going strong three days later with many yet to bloom. Sister very pleased as some others she was given on the same day are starting to die already.

The colours of the bouquet were vibrant and unique but with over $350 dollars was spent and the bouquet was hardly substantial in size and half the flowers have wilted after 4 days. Really quite disappointed and embarrassed for the recipient.

Really happy with the custom bouquet I have ordered. Matches how I have described it and not many florists can do that! Communication was great (friendly and open) when there was something to be discussed about my order. Highly recommended!!

First time I brought flowers from Clover, last Sat 30/11 based on good reviews & recommendation . I brought the Subtle Affair arrangement which is normally $135, however I got lucky due to the Black Friday sale bring 30% off. Visually the arrangement was brilliant 5/5. However, with 1 day two of the flowers(hydroginias & sweet peas) had become lifeless dropped. The following day I called to express my disappointment. I told they would replace the 2 types, but to cut them back and fill the water. On Thursday I came to collect the 2 flowers and expressed my overall disappoint, in spite being really happy the day I purchased the flowers. I was advised they haven’t had prior issues or any issues with the flowers in their store. This has been the first time I’ve needed to express concern buying flowers and well aware of the upkeep of flowers. My wife said she is disappointed for the amount paid, to which the staff member responded we got it at a discount. Not sure what the relevance is. In short, based on my experiance the flowers day 1 visually is great. However I would recommend you select your arrangement carefully, even though they make the arrangements. Service 2/5 everyone is good when there’s no need to adress issues. Overall quality and value 1/5.
