We didn't have good experience with Frosch and this hotel. Here are the things which require improvement:
1. Late check in (16.00) and check out (10.00) hours. When people come with the organized tours and arrive early in the morning, this is ridiculous to wait till 16.00 for the check in.
2. Ski rental - very limited working hours, you can rent only skis without boots, this is ridiculous, what's the point of rental then? And on the first day of skiing, we came at 9.25 (closing time is 9.30) and the ski rental was already closed. So we had to rent and pay extra fee at another rental place.
3. Poor selection of food for breakfast
4. Very little time for breakfast and dinner (only 1.5h). Also we didn't understand what was the reason of food presentation every day, it took extra time and generated queues. Also personnel is eating together with all the guests, so there were cases when we came later and we ran out of food...
5. Sauna is open till 19.00 and is super full after skiing. Why not making it at least till 22.00?
6. No room service and cleaning during the entire stay. We had to ask for change of towels and taking trash.
7. In general there is a feeling that everything in the hotel is done for the comfort of personnel and not customers. It really requires some proper management.
We would not recommend to book vacation via Frosch, there are lots of other companies and hotels which can provide way more better service for the same money.
