Club Med Bali

Family of 4 with two teens girls, we had a chance to stay in Club Med Bali for last Christmas. We had the best time ever! The resort is beautiful and the Club was the perfect balance for us — lots of activities and freedom for the teens, and plenty of choices for us to do sport or relax. Zen pool was so pretty and relaxing. We enjoyed a lot our snorkeling with Jalal, stretching, aqua gym and dance with Victoria and yoga and pilates with Pascaline. A very special thank you to Chef de Village Houcem - he truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and looking after them 🙏🏻 Our thanks also go to all the staff for the amazing work every day and kind and friendly attitude. We would like to mention Raphaël for his professionalism and great humour, Yigit and chef Perez for great care and hospitality and bartender Lorenzo for friendly attitude and best chef’s punch ever🍹 The setting of the Christmas dinner around the pool was beautiful and the choice of food incredible. It was truly a Noël we will never forget 🤩 It was a fun and memorable holiday, and we can’t wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday here at Club Med Bali. My 8 year old daughter really enjoyed the variety of activities at mini club. The food was amazing too. All of the staff here are very friendly, in particular Ayu, the lady who cleaned our room. She always gave me a happy smile and I enjoyed a small chats with her every time which made my day even happier. The resort location is also great with beach front and local temples close by. I must mention the animals in the resort main pond are very interesting and always catching our attention every time we walk pass, big fish, turtles and even water monitors! Really a wonderful family holiday

Our experience at Club Med Bali was nothing short of amazing. A huge shoutout to Marie and Axel (teens club GO)— they completely made our stay! Their energy, kindness, and genuine care for guests went above and beyond. They always made us feel welcome, kept the vibe fun and positive, and truly represent the heart of what makes Club Med so special. People like them turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. Whether you’re looking to relax, be active, or just enjoy incredible hospitality, Club Med Bali delivers on all fronts. Would definitely come back to this resort again!

We recently returned to Club Med Bali, and the experience this time was completely transformed—thanks largely to the incredible efforts of Chef Prasanta. On our previous visit, we faced quite a few challenges with food options as vegetarians, which had been a disappointment. However, this stay was nothing short of exceptional. Chef Prasanta consistently took the initiative and was incredibly proactive, ensuring that special vegetarian dishes were prepared for us every single day. Without us even having to ask, he would personally bring tailored food to our table, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Every day felt like a private chef experience. From making fresh paneer to preparing dosa, pani puri, and a variety of thoughtfully curated dishes, the quality and taste were among the best we’ve had anywhere. His passion for food was truly on display—not just in the flavors, but in the care and pride he took in every dish. His hospitality, attention to detail, and amazing culinary skill elevated our entire stay. Chef Prasanta didn’t just meet expectations—he exceeded them and completely changed our impression from the last visit. We are truly grateful for his efforts, and he made our dining experience one of the absolute highlights of our time at Club Med Bali.

While planning this holiday, I was reminded of Club Med Phuket, where we spent our honeymoon 23 years ago. This time, we chose Club Med Bali, close to Australia where I live. Although everything felt unfamiliar at first, the G.Os warmly welcomed us and made us feel comfortable right away. Special thanks to GO Tiffany for the delicious cocktails, GO Teddy for his helpful guidance, GO Zee for the excellent golf lessons, and especially Apple for her genuine kindness and care. This was truly the best holiday of my life. I’m very grateful to the entire team and hope to return again soon.

this is purely my own experience from the last week of December 2025. This village is very run down. The room we had was absymal with caked in mold in the bathroom and musty smells in the room, to just generally a very tired and dilapidated feel. The 2 trips we went to the village in Phuket also last year were Paradise in comparison. The food in Phuket was far superior and the Thai Kitchen really showcased their local cuisine whereas Indonesia which has such amazing food give a very poor representation of theirs. Anyway in general I found the food on most days to be average or just below average. There does not seem to be any QC. The Chinese kitchen would serve stir fried beef and the meat would be cut anywhere from a fat piece to a tiny sliver. So the big pieces would be chewy and the little ones edible. Also putting dumplings stewing in water - no garnish or sauce so unappetising. Soups ranged from bland to inedible. Dessert was also quite disappointing - seemed like they were frozen desserts taken out and defrosted. Even the bread pudding didn't come with the standard vanilla sauce. Very little attention to detail imo. Phuket by comparison the chef was completely all over it and everything was first class. The GO team were just ok here - every one would greet you but they seemed selective about who they sat with at meal time. Not once did anyone sit with us over 5 days which is 15 or so meals. Anyway the good thing was New Year's eve was spectacular with the enterainment and fun. The rest was completely forgetable. Also I went to my daughter's bag after check out and it sitting at the pick up point with no one watching it. I opened it in full view but no one said anything. So maybe a bit scary that people can take things out or worse put stuff into the bag. Also no meet and greet and no orientation. same at departure.

We had a great time at club med Bali. The overall service was excellent. The shows were great aswell. Esp the acrobat team did so well. My son also enjoyed the kids club. The most fun part was the food. We truly enjoyed every meal. Well done to the head chef Ravin Balhoo and his team. Special mention to chef prasantha who made the best rasam( such nostalgia) especially during rainy Bali day. All the GO were outstanding. Special shout out to Lavanya, Jeffrey (made us the best drinks) and Iru from sports.

We just came back from an amazing stay at Club Med Bali, and all we can say is WOW! This was our first all-inclusive vacation, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. The resort has something for everyone—wellness, kids’ activities, sightseeing options, nightly shows, and themed parties. We were never bored for a second!
