Club Med Bali

We stayed at Club Med Bali, Nusa Dua, in February 2024, as a family, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was top class. The food was exceptional, so many great choices, highly skilled international chefs, with exceptional presentation. Childcare was outstanding, we really felt that they were always having their own great time, our kids were happy, safe, and always part of the daily activities. The dance shows, family involvement and special events like the foam party were great fun!||The staff were brilliant, warm, attentive, and genuinely went the extra mile.||Entertainment was excellent and well organised, the dinner acrobatics show over dinner was outstanding and really made the week. The whole resort felt like a place where every detail mattered.||We loved it so much that we’re returning in September 2025 to celebrate my wife's birthday — we can’t wait to come back and make more memories.||If you’re considering Club Med Bali, we wholeheartedly recommend it for families, where you want to relax and feel well looked after. Thanks to everyone there for making our first stay so special — and thank you in advance for the next one!

The staff are amazing 👏 everyone doing their best to make you have the best time! Love the Zen pool for 18+ with a silence policy. The food is plentiful and has a great variety. I am coeliac and was looked after implicitly by the beautiful Chef Novi. Every meal touring me around for the safest options with warmth and humility. Special mention for Chef Perez for the comedy relief. Two special dinner nights where the whole F&B team move everything outside which is a huge effort for the team and these are spectacular! The circus team also deserve a huge mention. I look forward to their performances with anticipation.|Spa team are also fantastic for an extra splash. Thank you to Chef de Village our beautiful host Houcem, for making our stay very special!

My first Club Med experience travelling with friends and their 3 year old daughter. Was not disappointed! We enjoyed getting our steps up walking the beautiful tropical grounds whilst squirrel spotting. Food and drink options were top notch, as was the nightly entertainment. Highlight was the very enjoyable beginners tennis lesson with tennis pro Lee! He made us laugh all through the class and created a fun atmosphere. I feel inspired to take up tennis when I return Aus, despite his suggestion I might be good cricket! 😂😂😂 Thank you team for a memorable stay.

I travelled with my young daughter to an island I had never been to before, and honestly I was nervous before coming. From the moment we were met at the airport and then welcomed at the reception with tea, kind words and warm smiles, the lovely Venus immediately made me feel calm and safe.||After that we stepped into the magical world of Club Med Bali and everything was amazing. I took golf lessons, joined yoga and pilates, played tennis and even went diving in the ocean. My daughter had wonderful activities made just for her age, the kids program was so good that we never noticed how fast the time passed.||The food was incredible. Every meal felt like eating in a Michelin star restaurant. The flavours, the variety and the desserts were unforgettable. There are many restaurants and you can eat anything you like. Chef Perez, Chef Kim and the pastry chef – you are truly amazing, I already miss those tastes.||And then there is Mr. Housem, like Aladdin on a flying carpet! In the morning he is at breakfast, then tennis, then golf; at lunch and dinner he greets everyone with endless patience and a warm smile. Later he is with the animation team, then in the DJ booth, then on the microphone making everyone laugh and enjoy the shows.||For me Mr. Housem is the greatest treasure of Club Med Bali. My dream is that if I ever have my own company one day, I can find a manager like him – like the genie from Aladdin’s lamp, but the difference is he really makes every wish come true. If only the world was run by people like Mr. Housem, everything could be as perfect as Club Med Bali.||Thank you so much to Mr. Housem and the whole team for giving us a holiday full of happiness and peace. This was our first Club Med adventure, but now we plan to visit every Club Med in the world – all because of Mr. Housem and his amazing team.

Staying at Club Med Bali was truly an unforgettable experience! 🌴✨ The resort offers a perfect balance of relaxation and excitement—family-friendly, yet also ideal for couples looking for quality time. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh options ranging from international cuisine to authentic local dishes. Every meal felt like a culinary journey. 🍽️ The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcomed. The activities were endless—from water sports and yoga to creative workshops—so there was never a dull moment. The beach area was clean and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking sunsets. 🌅 The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a full day of fun. Overall, our stay was beyond memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a worry-free holiday where everything is taken care of. Definitely coming back! 💯❤️

We had a fantastic experience at Club Med Bali! The Kids Club and Petit Club were absolute highlights of our stay, and the team was warm, caring, and truly wonderful with our two daughters.||A special thank you to Youness, the director of the Kids Club, who went above and beyond to help me plan a little birthday surprise for our oldest. She felt celebrated and it made the holiday even more memorable.||The Petit Club team was also amazing. They were always so kind, patient, and reassuring with our little one. A special shout-out to Dayu, who constantly kept me updated via WhatsApp with pictures and messages so I knew my daughter was happy and comfortable. That extra communication gave me such peace of mind.||We’d also like to thank Chef Perez, who was outstanding. Not only did he guide us in finding delicious vegetarian options every day, but he also went above and beyond during the cooking class I did with my six-year-old. Even though it was a last-minute request, he immediately arranged for a vegetarian alternative so that we could cook alongside everyone else. That flexibility and care truly made the experience special for us.||Everyone at Club Med Bali was so friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment in the evenings added a wonderful touch. Our girls especially loved the shows—and even had the chance to perform in them twice during the week, which was such a joyful highlight for them.||Knowing our daughters were safe, happy, and having fun allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable!

As a female solo traveller, I booked this trip because I wanted a safe place to stay, that offered an all-inclusive package and most importantly, the opportunity to play tennis. It met my expectations and much more thanks to the tennis coach, Lee. Lee was extremely friendly and patient as he coached myself and others. His tennis drills and instructions were excellent often speaking in English, French & Japanese, but most of all, he made it fun seeing everybody return daily for his next session. On occasions his groups were too large, but that was a reflection on how everybody enjoyed his sessions. Lee's personality and hospitality made my trip, particularly as I was travelling solo. I got to know many of the guests who played tennis; we socialised at dinner, had evening drinks together, and this made for an extremely social holiday. I also want to say "thank you" to Houcem, the Resort Manager, who went out of his way to talk to the guests to check they were having a good time. I have to acknowledge the GO's who worked tirelessly to ensure the resort, the grounds, the rooms, the Garden/Pool dinners, bar/beach area and entertainment met guests' requirements. |Areas for improvement - as a tennis player and one of the main reasons I travelled to Club Med Bali, an investment in court maintenance needed, particularly on Crt 2. Additional ball supplies needed and thanks to Houcem for my tin of new balls. The restaurant "The Deck", when using the App to book an evening table, would only permit me to do so if booking the premium menu. This other guests had problems with. On mentioning this issue to Lee, he organised my table, thanks Lee. My expectations of this restaurant fell short, the ambience was good but believing this offered another level of service to the main restaurant, it did not. I certainly believe this restaurant would receive great reviews if the serving staff had experience of working in a 5* class restaurant. |I'd like to say big thanks to Lee, Elsa in the office and Tarryn "with two RR's, for making my holiday enjoyable. Would I attend again. yes, definitely and next time I would get some tennis friends to join me, if Lee is still the tennis coach.

We had the most incredible time at Club Med Bali and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and seamless. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was enjoyable and effortless — you can really feel the energy and passion from the entire GO team. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and everything is designed to create a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. The food was exceptional — a huge variety of international cuisines, fresh and delicious every day. The nightly entertainment was lively and added an extra touch of magic to our evenings. We loved the range of activities on offer — from yoga and trapeze to paddle boarding and snorkelling — there was something for everyone in our group. The kids’ club was a standout as well, with amazing staff and engaging programs that gave parents some time to truly unwind while knowing the little ones were having a blast. Special mention to the warm Balinese touches throughout the resort — from cultural performances to the welcoming smiles — it made the whole experience feel authentic and connected to the beautiful destination. Thank you Club Med Bali for an unforgettable holiday. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our next visit!
