Club Med Columbus - Bahamas

This resort is absolutely fantastic! The tennis instruction, sailing, paddle boarding, water skiing, pool, rooms, amenities, sports equipment, and food/drink were impressively superb. While some aspects of the buildings are relatively rustic, the ocean view from my family's top balconies were simply exquisite (definitely worth the small extra cost). The beach is stunningly beautiful, and very, very large. I have already recommended this resort to other families with teens!

Had an amazing stay at ClubMed Columbus Isle! The location is fabulous, the staff is very friendly and professional, the food is excellent.||We had the best diving experience! Kids also loved doing water ski every day. ||Also we enjoyed celebrating 4th July with an excursion to Parasol rouge with a gourmet diner on a sandbar and some snorkeling. Thank you!

Family of 4 with 2 teenage English speaking teenagers spent a week at Columbus. It's THE place to relax and disconnect. Although there are lots of activities available, some quite special (water ski and jet ski), there are so many places you can spread your towel and relax. ||The staff is fantastic starting with calm Anne being always helpful, present, and cheerful. Joe and Valentin at the jet ski with their great attitude. Valentin took us on a stunning trip to the Southern tip of the Island and going through amazing scenery and colors. Not to be missed. ||The scuba team is top notch in terms of safety and instruction. It's one of the best run scuba outfit. Highly recommended. ||Others have commented on the food and it's excellent. The chef prepared amazing gourmet meals out of the limited ingredients (everything needs to be shipped to the island). Every meal was so fresh. ||The only caveat is my English-only teenagers who had some trouble connecting with French-speaking teenagers, which is understandable and to be expected. ||Bottom line: No crowd, no big ships, no major airport, just beautiful and relaxing scenery away from everything while at the same time being pampered. ||

One of the best hotels in the Bahamas! Fantastic stay! We stayed here a few years back with my wife, we really enjoyed our stay, and I have some memorable souvenirs of the food. Generally speaking the buffet time is not something to look for but not here. As this is a french chain it is clear that the food is a really important selling point, and it is really worth it! The beach obviously was Fantastic too as you can see on the pictures! Overall amazing stay !

Only superlatives for our unforgettable week at Club Med Columbus Isle!||This was stop number 10 on our Club Med journey, and it absolutely stands out for all the right reasons — nothing but good vibes from start to finish!||||Room: Spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped — a fully stocked mini bar, a generous balcony with a lovely view, and everything we needed to feel at home.||Beach: Simply pristine. Warm, crystal-clear waters, soft sand, and pure paradise all around.||Sports: Though an injury kept me from participating, the G.O. team was always enthusiastic, checking in and ensuring everyone was having fun regardless. Their energy was infectious!||Food: Delicious and diverse. We enjoyed plenty of fresh fish, lobster, and of course, those signature fries and heavenly bread. A very special shoutout to Leroy for his endless positivity and radiant smile!||Bar: The cocktails were creative, flavorful, and prepared with care by Pharrell and team.||||And our stay wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible 12-star treatment from Anna, Elo, and Lucas. They went above and beyond, anticipating every need and making us feel genuinely cared for. We were pampered daily and felt like absolute VIPs.||||Izzy, Bells, and Amy brought nonstop enthusiasm and warmth to every moment — their joy, dance moves and personalities were contagious and added so much to the atmosphere.||||And last but certainly not least, Chef de Village Maëlle leads with passion and professionalism, setting the tone for a dynamic, joyful, and unforgettable experience.||||We’re heading home full of gratitude and beautiful memories. Huge thanks to the entire GO team — with extra love to Anna, Lucas, and Elo — for making this week truly exceptional!

The GOs are the friendliest here! Had a great time with Amy, the landsports and fitness GO. I loved her singing as well. Had great conversation with Anabel, the lifeguard, and Eloise at the reception was great! Overall, loved my experience here, and I would 100% come again.

My wife and I we both had a message at the spa and it was fantastic! Both lady’s Ania & letinya were professional and experienced. (Sorry for the spelling of the names).I would recommend to try the massage if ever you go. Thank you it was relaxing and well needed.

Fantastic beach, it reminded me a lot of the beach in Bermuda.||Amazing food. The pizza and pasta chef was incredible.||I made use of the weight room/fitness centre several times it was great. It was stocked with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment.||Tennis staff and clay courts were awesome.||The waterskiing staff were excellent with my kids, and guiding me through my first time water skiing.||My wife and I were both disappointed with the teen club.
