Club Med Punta Cana

We had our Family vacation (2 kids 5 adults) to celebrate a milestone birthday. We were welcomed with big smiles and happily embraced into the CM family. |The shows!!! My two fav shows were Ruby and ask the Circus acts (it's practically Cirque du Soleil!!) The kids and I loved the circus during the day, kayaking and sailing were awesome in the waters of CM PC .... The beaches are maintained beautifully! We swam everyday in the ocean and ended our day at the pool. |While the kids played water polo other pool games with other kids I played pickle and bar games. Yoga at 8 was beautiful and relaxing and always in French. Beach Service is great ;)|Thank you Sam 🍾 for all the added 'extras'--we felt extra special our ENTIRE stay. My water bottle was enough but you went further and thank you. We will DEFINITELY be back next year!! |Miguel and the 80s rocker from Dry Sail made our adventures AMAZING | We ate glutenously by Chef Antonio's and chef Luis' meals of Indigo, and cared for by Danielli, Juan Pablo, Adriane and the entire team of indigo before and after dinner at indigo.|Club Med Punta Cana is old-school CM ❤️

This year marks our 16th visit to Club Med Punta Cana, and it truly feels like coming home each time we arrive. The warmth, care, and professionalism of the staff are what make this place so special for us.||A special thank you to Chef du Village Abdel, whose leadership and hospitality are exceptional. At the Hispaniola restaurant, Jhonny always greets us with kindness—he is truly one of the nicest gentlemen we’ve met. In the kitchen, Chef Antonio continues to amaze us with his talent and creativity, making every meal memorable. At the Indigo restaurant, Youness never fails to brighten our day with his constant smile and genuine positivity.||We are also deeply grateful to Houda in Customer Relations, who always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, and to Wafaa at the Spa, who makes us feel like a million dollars with her care and professionalism.||After so many years, Club Med Punta Cana isn’t just a vacation destination for us—it’s our second home. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We spent 7 days at Tiara, in a very nice suite with beautiful ocean view. Very good food at the Tiara, main restaurant and at the Indigo. Kind and attentive staff. Thank you, Yeison, Rosibel, Maria from the bar team. A big thank you to Cristel and her team for their attentive service. Great Water park for the kids and a special thank you to the mini club GO team – Pierre, Kimberly, Davidson, Jeffson, Mike, Ralph and John for their dedication with the kids and for offering a variety of activities. Our compliment to the La Cave team (unfortunately the complementary red wine does not taste good and should be changed). ||Thank you to Cyntia and Ricardo for their energetic fitness classes – if I may suggest an improvement, the fitness equipment is outdated and insufficient and should be replaced and the tennis and pickleball courts should be resurfaced. ||Finally thank you to Samaroun and Abdel for their constant presence and kindness.

Incredible time. The care at Tiara is top notch. A perfect place for families! There is wonderful food served all day long (little snacks for little tummies who need it) and fabulous fresh cooked lunches daily by the private pool. The staff (GO) are always nearby to help and always smiling!!

We came home today after amazing week at Club Med Punta Cana as a family group of 10 adults and 7 children. We stayed at the Tiara section of the Exclusive Collection, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered incredible sea views.||What made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding kindness and warmth of the Tiara staff—barmen, beach service, managers—everyone was always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Cristel, Benjamin, and Yves Junior, as well as the whole team, who were always attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.||We really enjoyed the restaurants, and one of the highlights of our trip was a beautiful family boat outing—an unforgettable moment. The kids didn’t attend the Mini Club as they don’t get to see their cousins often, so we chose to spend that time all together. They absolutely loved the water park, and my 5-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the 9 pm dance parties and was sad that she didn’t get to say goodbye to « You-You the magicien » as she called him. ||In short, it was an unforgettable family vacation. We’ll cherish the memories and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Club Med Punta Cana! We traveled with two friends and their 9-year-old child, and there were fun activities for everyone. Every day, we truly felt that the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, relaxed, and safe. The beach and the pool were fantastic—definitely highlights of the trip. We had just a few minor issues. The pool closes at 6 p.m., and we would have loved to enjoy it until at least sunset. The furniture in the room felt a bit outdated, although the mattress was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well. We also wished the room had been cleaned a bit more thoroughly on a daily basis, but that was a minor detail in an otherwise great experience. The food and drinks were great, and I highly recommend the passionfruit mojito (mojito de chinola)—so refreshing and delicious! This was our first experience at a Club Med resort, and it definitely won’t be the last. A big shoutout to Romain, James (loved the aqua gym classes!), Banana (from the Mini Club), Youyou (the best coffee game host!), Yomaira (the lovely lady at the restaurant), and Fernando (the most dedicated lifeguard you’ll ever meet). They made our stay even more special. Hope to be back soon!

Absolutely positively excellent experience. Your employees really enjoy what they do and it shows. The shows were excellent. The food was excellent. The property was excellent. Loved the water slides and numerous other activities. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We highly recommend Club Med Punta Cana and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!

Everything was super! Ambiance, staff, food EVERYTHING! Special thanks to Janko, Leo, YouYou, Margaux for making the holiday unforgettable. And the excursion for Sanoa islands wouldn’t have been the same without our amazing guide Jose. Thank you, we will visit again for sure❤️
