We had a very mixed experience at this resort.
The standout positive was the kids club, especially for ages 4–5. It was genuinely fantastic — lots of varied activities, great energy, and our child loved it. A special shout-out to Irena and Kyky, who were warm, engaged, and clearly brilliant with the kids. This part of the experience really shines and is a huge asset to the resort. Babyclub facilities and experience not as high review but still ok.
Unfortunately, service across the rest of the resort was extremely inconsistent — ranging from good to frankly terrible. Simple things like water or coffee refills often required chasing multiple times, and service requests were frequently ignored or significantly delayed. Several basic family-related requests (crib, baby bath, logistics at check-out) were not handled smoothly and required repeated follow-ups and escalation.
There were also serious organisational and communication issues, particularly around transportation and coordination, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing holiday.
The most frustrating part is that the resort has so much potential — the setting is beautiful, facilities are there, and the kids offering is excellent. However, the service standard simply does not match the premium price point. For a resort in this category, guests should not need to constantly chase staff for basic service or resolution of requests.
With stronger management, training, and accountability, this could be a great resort. As it stands, the experience does not justify the cost.
