Club Med Punta Cana

Another amazing experience at Club Med which always has "uber-good" customer service and did again with our concierge at Tiara (the 1st Class space) Cristel! She took such great care of us in every way as did the staff at Tiara which I 100% recommend! And then of course, I have to give a shout out to my old friend from Club Med Cancun, and best tennis coach bar none, Javier!! My family and I have been going to Club Med, Cancun specifically so that we could enjoy and learn from Javier who provides the most amazing tips for all levels including advanced tennis players (I am a USTA 4.0) but his clinics are the best I have ever attended as he is able to handle all guests that attend, and keeps it moving and fun... And he is now at Punta Cana!! We were Soo Happy to find him there when we arrived and are now planning our next years vacation to return! We also. Loved the exercise classes particularly those lead by Melanie who we also got to know when she was at Club Med Cancun. Amazing energy and she is able to make the hard work fun every time! And of course, leading it all is the Chief of the Village, Abdel whom we have had the pleasure of seeing at just about every club med we have gone to!! His energy is felt throughout the village day and particularly at night where we always enjoy the amazing shows .. so much talent and choreography.. it's all just incredible!The only disappointment we had during our vacation is that the food, while still very good, my family and I noticed a pretty big step down from what it used to be at all of the club meds we have gone to in the past including this one. Vacation was still a 10 due to all of the reasons I listed above and that is a 10 coming from the 4 of us (27 and 25 year old daughters and hubby!)

Four years ago we stayed at Club Med Punta Cana, and this year we returned with our family. Once again, it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was perfectly taken care of: beautiful and very clean rooms (cleaned daily), delicious and varied food in multiple restaurants, and a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff truly makes the difference. We loved the perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, sun, and sports. Escaping the Belgian winter and enjoying so many activities made our stay even more special. Special thanks to Pepito, Jvan, Melanie (Fitness), Jorge (Golf), Xavier, Ramon & the tennis team, Arcadi & the circus team, and Mike for their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. A fantastic family holiday once again — we would highly recommend Club Med Punta Cana and would love to return!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Club Med, exceeding all our expectations! The range of activities available ensured there was never a dull moment, catering to every member of our family. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The delicious food and beautiful surroundings created a truly relaxing and memorable vacation experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit! A big thanks to Florian et Banana the best G.O. they were amazing!

The resort is very big and with plenty of different activities including sports, games, dancing, but also zen areas and a spa, depending on ones preferences. The beach was also very nice with lots of space even though there was sargassum constantly being removed by the staff. The ambiance was nice and festive, with fun shows and great dancing. Thank you to Pepito for the animation and dancing, Miguel, Mélanie and Matthew for the sports. Xavier and Germain for the great tennis. The teens team Banana, Florian and especially Reda and Alexe. Finally, special mention to Luca who kindly resolved our requests and was always available. Overall, this was once again another great stay at Club Med and we can't wait for our next!!

Beautiful holiday in Club Med Punt Cana for New Year. The new room was beautiful. The ambiance with the go was amazing. especially for new year even though it was raining almost all evening it’s has such a beautiful night. Big shout out to Luca assistant for the chief of village for his energy and his kindness!! overall amazing !!!

This was our second visit with our 4 school age children and once again we could not have asked for a better experience. The highlight of the Club Med experience is always the staff. Everyone from the first greeter to the grounds crew to the concierge to the dining and bar staff are warm, friendly, and eager to do anything to make your stay perfect. We are especially grateful to the mini club staff (especially but limited to Vero, Davidson, Junior, and Christina). They were so thoughtful to our children and we never walked anywhere without someone greeting them by name and giving high fives. We recommend this resort to all of our friends with kids.

Fantastic stay again this year at Club Med Punta Cana. The refurbished Club Med Punta Cana offers all and more we need for a family winter sun relaxing vacation. Great food, great sport activities including kayak and beach volley for us. The rooms have been nicely refreshed. Many thanks to Abdel and the entire GO Team and the gentillesse and the ambiance! We will be back.

I chose Club Med Punta Cana expecting a safe, welcoming, and family-oriented experience. Sadly, that was not the case. During my stay, I had a very negative experience involving my child. The kids’ area lacked proper supervision, and my child was uncomfortable. The manager named Charlotte behaved in a rude and harsh manner toward my kid, which I found extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone responsible for families and children. In addition, I personally witnessed discriminatory behavior toward staff members who were not Dominican. As a Haitian living abroad, it was heartbreaking and revolting to observe the way Haitian staff were treated simply because of their nationality, despite their dedication and professionalism. This behavior completely contradicted the values of respect and diversity that Club Med claims to uphold. My stay occurred between November of last year and January of this year, without disclosing exact dates for personal reasons. Given the cost of this resort, I expected kindness, professionalism, and respect — especially toward children and staff. This experience ensures I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this resort to families.
