We have enjoyed the all-in experience for skiing and food and entertainment. Since i first came 12 years ago the quality has improved over the past few years. The addition of a courtesy bus back from Signalbahn at the end if the day is an appreciated addition. Lula’s stretching classes after a days skiing were wonderful and just what we needed.

Amazing ski service in the basement at Club Med! Diego and Matheo were outstanding – super friendly, professional, and very helpful. They adjusted my skis perfectly and took great care to make sure everything was just right. Thanks to them, I could hit the slopes with confidence. Highly recommended!

If you want cold rooms that won’t be fixed for hours this is the place to go. My bathroom had watered down bath soap which was crazy. My parents and I had to fight with management for 5 hours getting their super to help fix our heating unit. Only by complaining for this long was our room kind of warm. Not because they fixed the heater, but because they decided to bring in a tiny little radiator that only raised the room temperature to 19C. This is in the dead of winter so I was shivering throughout my stay for the whole week. Come for good skiing but don’t come for good rooms.

A nice, simple hotel with friendly service, good food and nice staff. SPA manager Joe in particular makes the sauna stay a real experience with his courteous manner. A highlight after a day of skiing.

The bartender Marco has a very special cocktail that is not be missed! Just ask for the MARCO SPECIAL! Great as an appertif, dinner drink or a party constant.

This was our first time at Club Med and we had a blast. The St Moritz location is such a good value for the money! The ski, the food and services were excellent. Some said the resort looks tired, but I found it filled with small luxuries and super comfortable. The desserts were out of this world exquisite on most days. Super!
