This was our first time at Club Med and we had a blast. The St Moritz location is such a good value for the money! The ski, the food and services were excellent. Some said the resort looks tired, but I found it filled with small luxuries and super comfortable. The desserts were out of this world exquisite on most days. Super!

This resort has great value for money. The ski instructors and ski with a group arrangement works really well and I learned a tremendous amount. The rooms are super well-organized (a little dated) and comfortable. It was a great all-inclusive ski experience.

A lovely hotel, in a good location, great food and service! Special thanks to Tina in the restaurant, who served excellent Italian food!! The room was large and the bathroom was spacious, with a large shower and two sinks, and an excellent view of the mountains. Hotel is a 10-minute walk to the gondola, with access to an extensive ski area. ||||Tip: Ask for a room that overlooks the back of the hotel, as a number of people complained that the rooms at the front were very noisy at nighttime.

Firts time at Clubmed and probably last one. The hotel is old, Very old. The bedroom and bathroom were never upgrade . The staff at the sky reception were very rude. the ski school instructors are very rude too, with no empathy and patience. The guys that work in the equipament room were the worst, unpolite and rude. I stayed for a week and they didn't vacuum my room any day. The good thing was the food, the open bar and the portuguese staff, very friendly people. Mr Jose who works in the kichen is amazing.

We have visited the Club Meds at Alpe Duez, Peisey, Les Arcs Extreme, Aime La Plagne, Serre Chevalier, Cervinia, Chamomix, Val Thorens and Pragelato twice.||St Moritz was the most expensive one that we have visited, and unfortunately it didn’t really live up to the luxury price tag (Peisey Vallandry was a lot less expensive and had a much better atmosphere / vibe). ||So where did St Moritz go wrong? ||Too Hot - everywhere apart from your room where you could open the window.||Dining Room too small - it’s good by most standards but after other Club Med’s this one was a poor comparison. ||Lack of Information - our table for nine people was given away at 7.30pm one evening (we were never given this information) ||Mountain Restaurant - too small - food cold, no wine offered, given a strict 30mins to eat and give the table back. Staff coming and asking you to leave when you still had food on your plate. More like school dinners than a Club Med long lunch. ||Ski shop manager was very rude. Noticed the skis had not been serviced properly - had a gouge out of them - when taking them back after only half a days skiing we were charged 32 euros. It is a shame as all the other staff were brilliant, the rooms sizes great, the cleanliness superb. ||Why no music and dancing outside when returning from Skiing, no letter to explain check out, no ceran wrap and note on our last breakfast to say ‘you are ||Welcome to make a snack for your journey - something Peisey did when we only had 1.5hrs journey. Here we had a 3 hour coach transfer. On the flight we got a bottle of water and chocolates. For the 3hr coach journey nothing was offered. ||This might sound a little picky but after visiting all the other Club Meds we pay more because we love these nice touches that we have become used to. ||Every other Club Med managed to get a lot more people up dancing and interacting - here it just didn’t seem to work in the same way - maybe due to how hot it was inside ? ||Overall we still had a great holiday, just not up to the usually amazing Club Med Ski standard we have been spoilt with before.||

For a winter holiday in St Moritz, price was cost-effective. Price included all flights, Zurich-st. Moritz bus transport (3 hr), stay and swiss pass. Timing was the end of winter season, lake was melting, some of the ski sites closed during my stay. But experiencing winter to spring and feeling sun on my face was very nice. Hotel needs a good renovation, housekeeping was very ineffective, only the bad sheats and towels were the best ones ( clean and white, changed everyday) I have ever seen in my hotel stays up to now. Place is small compared to other clubMed's. But this is good for socialization during Happy Hour and dinners. I was single in the beginning, had 19 friends when I am leaving. I only hadi the hiking, walking tours plus yoga and pilates. The old guy whose was born there, were great in hiking-walking tours and gave extra information about the city/transport. Staff was generally Italian, means high energy, no english, no information about anything. General director and his associates were very kind, silindi all the time and problem solving at any time. Pilates, stretching and yoga sessions were perfect. I had to meet the Lebanese nurse in health section, she was a great caregiver. Food quality was low, pizza and icecream was the best. Lunch at the Mountain was only a option for keeping energy neutral for ski. However hot wine, cold and hot drinks in everyhour (at the Mountain also), bar staff was great, we even met them in the forest at night during night walking tour. Finally it is cost effective for people who want to be in the city plus focus on socialization and sporting without any compulsion for luxury.

Close to Bad Signal lift and bus stop.||Two restaurants on the mountain, one in Corviglia, one in Corvatsch, for lunch.||Transfers from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport was without any problems.||Average breakfast and dinner but can be considered good for the price.||The staff does their best to ensure you have a good holiday. Caring staff.||Rooms can be more spacious but keep in my mind that it is an old hotel. Well heated rooms.||Think of the price you pay for a one week holiday in St Moritz and tune your expectations.
