Had dinner here with 5 friends. This is one of the most picturesque places to have a meal... right on the beach. There is 'floored' seating as well. The low lighting provides a great ambience, the meal was awesome and the servers were super friendly and responsive. I must make special mention about the caesar salad... full of flavour and a great balance between savoury ingredients and greens. It was simply divine! Dessert, drinks and portions were splendid - they have clearly refined this craft. I hope to visit again and will definitely recommend if you are ever in Arcachon.

Great location and good food. Right at the intersection of All. Des Floralies and Bd. L’Océan, the restaurant is easily the most conveniently located place along the entire Plage Pereire. The restaurant offers indoor, outdoor and beach lounge seating options. There is a huge tent that overs the outdoor seating area so you can leave your sunscreen in your car. The beach lounge area is literally feet away from the waves 🌊. It’s also a great spot for kids because who wouldn’t want to go play in the sand during dinner time 😆 and the area is super safe. Onto the food the menu features great selection of seafood as expected but also offers good selection of salads, meats, desserts and cocktails. You shouldn’t expect a long wine list of beers on tap but what they offer are quite good. The sangria was delicious and the Belgium Pilsner Ginette was refreshing. We also ordered octopus 🐙 calamari and small fried fish (you have to try it if you never had it before, it is call Frito Mixo on the menu) for appetizers and tuna for main course which was cooked perfectly (crispy outside but pink inside). Given the popularity of this place, reservations are highly recommended and patience goes a long way. Plus what is the rush when you are on the beach 😉

Food: Ordered Tartare de boeuf and Oceanic Tartare... texture and mouthfeel is beyond buttery and the delicate flavor of the beef is exquisite, with a balance of savory and spicy notes all smoothed perfectly with the velvet creaminess. Not the item to be missed in this establishment. Fish and chip is nothing special. Calamari is average. Ambience: no doubt, the place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Windy and peaceful...

Great place on the beach for a drink and delicious food! The prices are a bit on a higher side and the staff could be a bit more friendly. Food was delicious and overall experience really good! My recommendation: come here for a dinner during sunset, it is a great place for chill evening out!

The food is good enough, but the location and setting can’t be beat! Only tapas and drinks available for service on the beach chaises, full menu available at tables on the patio or indoors.

We had to stay at the out side bar as the restaurant it’s usually booked 15 days in advance , the menu at the outside bar it’s not the same as the restaurant (don’t understand why) it’s just as expensive as the restaurant and the service is very slow. But... all that been said.. still a little nice .

Refreshing stop for a drink, dessert or quick bite on the beach. Very cute nautical decor with seating outside and in. There is a public toilet directly behind the restaurant

This restaurant is the brother to the “bikini d’archachon” and is also pricey and very busy. Here were my impressions of the place: -food was good but nothing extraordinary. I had the chicken which was good but a bit dry. The fries were a bit bland and unsalted. The chocolate dessert was good but again nothing special. Portions are fine, albeit a bit pricey for what you get (but that’s the price of the location and view) -service was good , some small mishaps but nothing major. Fast and precise, it was rather good. -atmosphere is nice, the view and location seal the deal. Sadly when seated outside, some tables and chairs are directly in the sand. Which is nice, but the chairs are small and not super well aligned with the tables. I am 1,86m and on the bigger side and the chair were not comfortable at all for me. This is honestly what’s keeping me from giving a 4 star review. TLDR, the location and service is good, food a bit on the lesser side but still pacable. Seating on the sand is not tall/big people friendly.

Yelp
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Terrible service. There were so many tables outside and they wouldn't let us sit outside claiming everything was reserved (at 2pm? Please...). Inside was ridiculously hot. We were starving, so we sat inside. They sat us in an area with little to no breeze. We waited an eternity for the waitress to take our order, figuring at least the food should be decent -- anything would have tasted decent considering how hungry we were. And to put the cherry on top -- the glass of wine they gave me had a BUG in it. Ewwww. If we had had more options in the area, we would have gone elsewhere. Never again.

Yelp
Come here for the location. The most beautiful beach with tables directly on the sand. Good when you have kids that want to play. Don't expect great food, and the service is spotty. Some very kind servers, and some just rude. I once asked for a table on the sand, was told no because they were set for 4 people and we were only 2. But several other couples were seated on the sand just after we arrived - the staff just set up more 2 person tables, never bothering to offer us one. Another time we were told by one person we could sit at the outdoor tables on the side of the building, but after sitting the server told us we had to move inside because the section was closed, even though there was another table of people there. Then 5 minutes later, after we moved inside, they sat another group in the supposedly closed section. It's like there are multiple people running the place who are not on the same page.
