Got this place for a great deal and Justin helped make a 4 year anniversary extra special upon request. The service here is top notch and the amenities such as superb gym, free coffee, free bottled water, and vending machines (with chargers if you forgot yours lol) make the lack of a pool worth it. In such a nice central location my only complaint was the room running naturally pretty cold during our trip. I'd stay here again and I love my soon to be wife!!

I’m here for weekend(now) check-in at 10/10/2025 this hotel with my husband, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room we were given was right next to what seemed to be a staff break room — where employees were talking eating and using the microwave throughout the day and night. The smell of food constantly came through the door that connected their room to ours, making the entire room smell unpleasant. When I called the front desk, he told me the hotel was fully booked and that they couldn’t move us to another room. He said they would send someone to “remove the smell,” but HOW? That didn’t make sense since the odor was coming from the staff room next to ours, not inside our room. I completely understand that staff members need to eat, but guests also deserve a peaceful and comfortable environment. It’s impossible to relax when there’s a strong smell of food all the time. To make things worse, when we first arrived, the front desk staff didn’t even greet us. Three employees were standing around chatting while my husband and I had to figure out on our own where to check in before anyone bothered to help us. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay and definitely not worth the money. Since I couldn’t do anything about the situation and they couldn’t move us to another room, the only thing I can do is share my experience here — so that my voice might help others make a better choice.

At about 50% of the price of hotels nearby, this was a solid option. Was my room a little dated and worn? Yes, but it was clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the light rail. Staff was helpful and courteous. I’d definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We stayed 5 nights in October 2025. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the poor customer service at the front desk. I booked 2 rooms because of the kitchenette in the pictures. However, upon entering the rooms, they had no cooking pans/pots and kitchen utensils in the rooms. I had to call the front desk twice before someone finally brought 2 pots, a basting spoon, a dish drying rack with nothing to collect the water under the rack. The guy who came to the room told me he did not understand English Language when I told him we needed the same utensils in the second room. Although he nodded that he understood me when I showed him the second room number and pointed to the utensils, but he did not put the utensils in the second room When showering and using the sink, water was leaking all over the floor. The switchless exhaust fan was ineffective in removing odor. The TV was malfunction and took forever to send someone to fix it. The situation that was really upsetting was the dismissive attitude from the guy working the front desk on 10/19/2025 around 5 PM. I found a sealed envelope in my room that was slid under the door and I returned the envelope to the front desk because it wasn't addressed to me. The guy just took it and said it wasn't for my room. There was no thank you. About 2 hours later, I went to my room and found another envelope on a desk in my room. Upon returning to the front desk, there was a different guy there, who was the guy at the front desk when we checked in the first day. Upon explaining the situation to him, emphasizing that I had brought an envelope to the front desk earlier with the same name on it, he responded that the envelope was meant for another room and that "Our front desk manager took it to your room and he has the right to go inside your room." I responded that he had no right to go inside my room just to drop an envelope. The front desk staff had his face up while I was in front of him and told me to leave the envelope on the desk in front of him when I said "here's the envelope." I asked to speak with the manager but he told me the manager would return the following day. Just horrible!

Absolutely Not! I should have look at the google reviews instead of Expedia reviews. Although Ido agree so far staff is 10/10 but I just got here a hour ago this hotel is not for me the rooms gives motel vibes my bed sheets has holes doesn’t have good channels. I see why they only offered partial refunds definitely going to see if I can just pay for a night and book else where room dirty carpet dirty walls dirty. I have never stayed somewhere like this

This hotel was definitely a 10/10 from arrival to departure. I was met by Brennen at the front desk who was so warm and welcoming and made the check-in process absolutely seamless. He went above and beyond making sure my room adhered to needs not specified on my reservation. Brennen even provided me with hand written recommendations on everything from food to nightlife and each of his of them where exactly as he guaranteed. This kind of exceptional customer service in itself is what will make me frequent returning guest of this hotel. The rooms also past my white glove test leaving me with very little to disinfect which has almost never been the case at any other hotel i have booked in Houston. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Brennen for exuding what exceptional customer service really is. He is definitely an asset to this establishment. I wish there where more like him.

We recently travelled to Texas for our first time and stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay. Club Quarters Hotel was our favourite. We loved the downtown location and proximity to Toyota Center, the central sitting room, the latte machine and the accommodating staff. The room we stayed in was small, but it was nice and it was clean. The 24 hour self parking directly across the street was very convenient and the value for this downtown hotel was very good.

TV does not work in the bedroom in room 214 USB port/ plugs on nightstand in bedroom living room side do not work.(Top of nightstand) Nightstand very sticky.(This caused the low rating) Hall on the second floor smells like weed all night.I understand it is hard to control but this was like being on bourbon street in new Orleans. Room is very clean except the nightstand Bed super comfortable Free water bottles super nice Pullout bed great for the kid Lobby staff/valet are top notch With a few things fixed this place has a lot of potential.
