Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York

My perfect hotel. Wonderful rooms at wonderful prices. Traveled as a couple and enjoyed a lovely high quality feel with clean rooms that were fully furnished with a TV, dining table and chairs, as well as closet room. At this price you will be hard pressed to find anything better in Manhattan. The employees are beyond wonderful and helpful, they appear to be taken care of and happy in their positions which scores big points for this hotel. I appreciate that they take care of their employees as well as their customers.

Gorgeous hotel! Wonderful staff! The absolute easiest check-in/check out process! Room was lovely, spotless! Bed was comfortable, loved the small seating area! Loved the view! Will return regardless of where we're headed in the city! Thank you!

We loved everything about this hotel! The location is great, and the rooms are very clean and super comfortable (very nice and comfy big beds + a table and sitting area with a lounge feel to it, instead of the standard desk and uncomfortable office chair you get in most hotels). The check in and check out kiosks are easy to use, making both the check in and the check out experiences a breeze. The staff is also very friendly and always ready to assist, even anticipating your needs if they see you looking for something. It was nice to come back from the cold and always see their smiling and welcoming faces. This was our first time staying at CQ Grand Central. It's already become my favorite place to stay in New York City. Highly recommend it. Great value.

This hotel has friendliness and amazing staff all going for them! I was sincerely shocked as to how ample and comfortable these rooms were in comparison with other rooms in the city! One of my favorite features was the refillable free bottles in the hallway. A fabulous self station to get our day started. TIP - you can ship a package for hotel to receive on your behalf for FREE. Major plus!

Excellent hotel with friendly, attentive, professional staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable, modern and the hotel is in a perfect, central location. All the landmarks of the city are within walking distance or a subway dude away. Loved the drinks machine at the roof terrace, which offers stunning views of the New York skyline. Beds were really comfortable, housekeeping were really responsive if we needed anything, I Woodbridge hesitate to recommend this hotel and we would definitely return-thank you.

I would say, a good value for money in a good location. The staff is polite and very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and have basic stuff available. The lounge on the 27th floor is very good and open 24 hours, offering unlimited tea and coffee. The hotel does not offer any breakfast and does not have any restaurants; however, there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

I had an exceptional stay at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, and the staff graciously accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to settle in before the standard check-in time. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the rooftop lounge. The views of Manhattan were simply breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of the city skyline that made for a perfect evening. The ambiance was relaxing and upscale, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the city. The hotel’s central location was also a huge plus, with easy access to all the major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in the heart of New York City!

Served a purpose. Great location, Photos of the rooms are slightly misleading much smaller and dated than the photos would suggest. Location is excellent and if i wasn't planning on spending anytime in the hotel this would be a great choice. The payment system however is absolutely horrendous. Held an extra $3,500 on my credit card for no reason and still trying to get the money returned.
