First time to ever come and stay in NY. We were a little skeptical (coming from the country in Kentucky) as we have never been to a city so big, however, Runita at the check-in desk made us feel right at home! She was very accommodating. We arrived early and Runita was very patient with us and offered to keep our luggage for FREE in a safe haven while we went and toured the city until we could check in. I am a business woman, so when I see another business woman be so empathetic and nice, I like to shout that out because you rarely get that hospitality in such a big city. The Terrace View Room was more than we expected it to be! The room and hotel is very nice and we WILL be back to stay!

We had a great experience with our 4 night stay. Location is great if you’re wanting to explore the World Trade/Financial District/Battery Park area. Check in was simple and quick. Our room was clean and bigger than I expected. On the evening we were too tired to wander out, we were able to Door Dash food with no problems. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor one morning and the food was sooo good with a beautiful view. The staff were beyond amazing. Especially Yardley on the evening shift. What a rockstar. So glad we stayed here. We had such a great time. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here a few times. The staff is lovely and kind. The special touches like water bottles, tea and coffee all day. Room very comfortable and the lounge is peaceful. It feels like a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The staff is out of this world. Amazingly professional, and they did everything to make our stay memorable (yes, you young man who did the romantic flower arrangement). When it comes to the rooms, they are rather on the small side, depending on which room you get. What really is a bummer are the super soft beds, which felt almost like lying in a hammock. That's not how you get the best rest. If the hotel invested in good quality matrasses, I'd definitely give it an easy 5 star rating.

Clean, spacious and courteous. The view is amazing. I say pay a bit extra for the room with a queen bed and sofa in the separate room, for example x06 rooms and your view will be AMAZING looking at One Trade Center all day and night. Also this is one of the rare hotels where you can actually open the windows! Parking is nearby and $40 a day. I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints with this hotel. Service was good and room was clean. Got a room with a view overlooking the WTC memorial site and the One World Trade building (see attached photos). The staff was nice and accommodating. Got there early and they gladly held our luggage until check in time so we could go roam about the city in the meantime. They had a water station on our floor with filtered water and reusable bottles which came in handy during our whole trip. I also really enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby, and got a cappuccino every morning. Did go up to the top floor where there’s an outdoor rooftop bar and hangout area. Unfortunately the rooftop area is only open certain hours. Hotel is pretty close to a few different subway stations and is within walking distance of many different spots downtown. Overall was a nice place to stay and would recommend it.

Long story short, we made this reservation 6 to 8 or 9 months ago, we requested two rooms with two king beds and then got the confirmation, all seemed to be good…the day before we left on our trip I was told “ yesyes you have two rooms with the king beds,” and when we got there and checked in the other couples room had a king bed and our room had a queen bed. Do too many surgeries etc and every other thing, we request a king bed for a reason. We need some sleep. The Inn was very clean and the room we got was very nice but for three nights we got zero sleep and wound up utilizing a single sofa sleeper on the other end of the room. The main reason I would not give them a good review is because 4 times I went downstairs to ask the people working there about eating in the area, shopping in the area, doing things in the area and stuff that they should’ve been familiar with being right there in Manhattan at the 911 Memorial grounds and 4 times I got an, “ I don’t know,” not a , Let me check and find out.” I just got a simple “I don’t know”. I’m 100% sure that everyone staying there is from out of town and would like a little guidance when they go to a place like this being as it is right in the heart of ground zero. We figured it out on our own However, we spent more time trying to find somebody who could help us with directions, etc. etc. I would go back to New York, but I would not stay there again. We requested a king room, we’re confirmed the day before with the king room and when we got there, there was nothing available. Very disappointing!

I stayed at Club Quarters for 4 nights while attending a work conference. While the room and location were fine, the service and management were absolutely unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected and appalled. At check-in, I was already disappointed — although check-in time was 3 PM, my room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, and I was made to wait without apology or urgency. To accommodate for this delay, a staff member at the front desk kindly agreed to a 1 PM checkout instead of the standard 12 PM. That seemed fair — until I returned to check out just before 1 and met Spencer, who claimed to be the manager. Spencer was rude, dismissive, and combative from the start. He refused to honor the late checkout previously approved by his colleague. He informed me that there would be a $25 per hour late fee after 1 PM — but then refused to allow me to stay past 2 PM and still charged me $50, double the stated amount. When I tried to explain what had been agreed upon, he interrupted, refused to listen, and spoke to me in a hostile, degrading tone. His behavior felt not only unprofessional but racially biased and deeply disrespectful. As a guest, I expected at least basic courtesy — instead, I was talked down to, forced out, and overcharged. This single interaction with Spencer completely destroyed what had been a decent stay. No guest deserves to be treated like this. I will be reporting this to corporate and encouraging my company to stop using this location for future events. If you are a business traveler — especially if you expect professionalism, fairness, or basic human decency — stay far away from this place.

Yelp
When I saw pics of the spectacular terrace room views I pictured beautiful tall buildings lit up at night. Instead, I saw bholdings falling apart and under construction. The people next door were very loud large group partying until after midnight. we had early morning flight and needed sleep. The room had not been properly cleaned with hair on toilet seat and bathroom sink clogged. Otherwise, great staff and hospitality.

Yelp
Chosen as it was within walking distance of my business worksite. The morning coffee service is passable, but the one machine that offers hot chocolate, cappuccino, espresso, etc, is popular but also sometimes not available as it needs cleaning. There are Nespresso machines in the rooms. There were no pastries, fruit, or other offerings. The best part was my comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Very quiet for the most part. Being an older building the floor layouts take some getting used to as it's rather like a rabbit's warren. My cellphone's GPS had a terrible time tracking where I was. It consistently showed me in another building a couple blocks away. It's NYC, what more can one expect? There are a couple of nice places to eat nearby but being in the financial district most places close down fairly early. Plan ahead!

Yelp
This is my third stay at this hotel. Always a pleasant stay. The area is quiet for NYC and clean. Its location is walking distance to the world trade center, pizza, breakfast restaurants, Starbucks, steakhouse, souvenir shops, Wall St. and so much more. I have an 8-year-old, this worked perfect for us. He was able to experience Christmas in NYC without the daily crowds in other parts of NYC. The hotel is clean, well-staffed and offers free beverages throughout the day. This includes bottled water on every floor. The rooms are smaller (even the suites) but updated and comfortable. Nights are quiet and feel safe. Easy drive to Little Italy and Battery Park. The lobby offers service for Taxi or any of your daily needs. Highly recommended.

Yelp
The best part of this hotel is the location near the World Trade Center/ lower NYC! Easy to walk around and in a convenient location. The room was also a good size and bigger then what I was expecting for a NYC hotel. My only issue was their shampoo / conditioner aren't locked up so anyone can easily open up the bottles, which isn't sanitary. Another thing is you can easily hear other people, so when my neighbor kept going in and out of their room at night I would jolt out of my sleep thinking someone came into my room. They have a beautiful rooftop / lounge which also serves drinks. Another perk of the hotel are the views!

Yelp
Loved the staff and location of the hotel! Got a very good welcome coming into the building. was able to get a room even though some hotels make you wait till 3pm to check in. The room was amazing and the bathroom was super clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at a hotel. A great location! A walk away from the Oculus, One World Trade, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge and surrounded by delicious restaurants.

Yelp
This is a great hotel. The location is great and so is the customer service. Only some rooms have a refrigerator and fortunately mine had one, however the front desk associate stated they could find one to use if the room didn't have one. In addition, this hotel gives customers a number to text when you need additional items and they are very response. I give Janice and Yardley 5 Stars!!! Overall, great experience here! I recommend this hotel. This hotel is next to the 9/11 memorial site in the financial district.

Yelp
This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, we arrived late on a Saturday evening due to flight change. We had booked room almost six months earlier and received a not-so-great suite, with extremely noisy neighbors. After speaking with Janice about it , she listened to our issues and quickly offered solutions, not excuses. She remediated the issue the next day, providing us with a wonderful rest of stay experience. It really made the difference between a negative visit and a fantastic one. Also special props to Runita whose calm, professional demeanor is an asset to Club Quarters as well. Thanks to all the hard working staff who really make this location a gem. Will most definitely be returning.

Yelp
This is my first time to stay in Club Quarters World Trade Center, NYC. The express self check-in doesn't work for us. Prior to our trip, the hotel offered us options for upgrade so I upgraded the room for me and my son. The express check-in can't find our reservation. So we went to the front desk. It took forever for the front desk staff to find our reservation and still cannot check us in, she had to call her manager who cannot do anything as well. In my every trip to New York I need all the time I can get, and we lost a lot of time at the front desk just to check in and we're the only guest at the counter. Finally, we were given the key and we saw the room. It is clean and nice, with a balcony and the great view of the World Trade Center. The room is a little smaller to my expectations of an upgraded room. They have a bar at the rooftop, gym, free chilled water with refillable water bottles, a big plus. Free coffee and teas as well at the lobby all day, and a laundry room in the hotel as well. Quincy and Emely were awesome in helping us with our requests in our stay. They have a number that you can text if you need to something like towel or blanket, and you can text as well for your inquiries instead of calling the front desk. Quincy assisted me prior to my stay until the day of my check out. Excellent service by Quincy! Would love to stay here again. It is walking distance to the Wolrd Trade Center and The Oculus, the transportation hub with shops and restaurants. From Oculus you can go anywhere with all the subway connections to explore New York City. A lot of souvenir shops, stores and restaurants as well around the hotel area. Check it out when you're in NYC!

Yelp
Our constant quest to try different locations in the city led us here. We got a great weeknight rate. It's about 3 blocks from The Oculus, so lots of transportation options in, out and around the city. It's close to all of the WTC monuments; our bed actually faced out of a large door which opens, with an incredible view of The Freedom Tower. The room was very spacious, came with Keurig, fridge and microwave. Free coffee available in lobby and water filling stations in each floor. It was clean and check in staff friendly. Night cap drinks at the 20th floor rooftop bar made a nice end to another great day in the city.

Yelp
Perfect if you are looking to stay in lower Manhattan, seeking to be in walking distance to the World Trade site & Memorial, Battery Park, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Brookfield Center, Staten Island Ferry & Seaport. I guess the FiDi too, if that's your thing. But if you are traveling up to the Village, Theater District, Central Park, Times Sq etc, it will be a time suck in travel and honestly if you are going to be out late at night uptown, I would definitely not come down here no matter how close you think it looks on the map or how reasonable the rate is. The room is small. No cough in the standard queen. The queen bed looked tiny and there is a chair, desk and chair, small closet and efficiency bathroom that will be unfamiliar in size to those living outside of a large, major city. But it makes up in comfort, bed was great, excellent pillow (nothing worse than flat, old feather pillows) and shines in customer service, view from the 20th floor lounge and the amazing stack of bottles with filtered water for you to fill and take..in the lobby lounge there is also sparkling water along with a nice coffee machine with many options and tea. While the rooms & bathroom are a bit dated and worn, I found everything to be clean and working. I enjoyed the CQ service so much that we just booked 2 nights in Phily CQ Rittenhouse Sq.

Yelp
Nice accommodations. Clean linens, room, bathroom. Minor aesthetic touch ups here and there but nothing that would detour me from coming again. Bed was super comfortable, pillows mold to your head which we like. Bathroom amenities, soaps, shampoos and lotions we loved. 20th floor bar is exceptional, Brian the bartender, makes an excellent Manhattan (with proper cherries) and Cosmo. Free filtered water, both still and sparkling, fill stations were a nice touch. Kerig machine in our room. No breakfast or vending machines that I was aware of. Front desk people were helpful and accommodating. Very nice overall. Splurge to get a room with a better view. We didn't and had to look at the Marriot next door. Negative is the check-in process which was all kiosk oriented. We waited 2 hours at the bar for the email confirmation but it never came. Inquired with front desk and they quickly got us the room number and key, apologized for the inconvenience. Good restaurants, subway all within walking distance. Half hour walk to a more vibrant nightlife/dining scene. Try George's for breakfast and lunch. Delicious bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel sandwich.

Yelp
Pros: Club rooms offer great views of the World Trade Center, 2 Beautiful rooftop on each side of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly Cons: Wifi is Terrible. check in is at 3pm (waited nearly 2 hours for our room to be ready). The bathroom in the "club rooms" was super underwhelming; showering in such a tiny shower was super depressing and annoying. Lastly, the AC/heater in our room kept going "offline" which made our hotel room go from warm to freezing cold.

Yelp
This hotels service was horrible! We had to go down a few times to fix issues that the front desk messed up, and still didn't end up with the room we originally booked online. The male front desk agent was so rude, and unprofessional. First, he didn't activate our keys for our room, so we went down to figure out how that was possible. Second, he gave us an accessible room with a roll in shower, which we originally booked a room with a bathtub and a view, and lastly after going down a second time, he gave us another room on a different floor, that was a lot smaller, no bathtub and no view. (The room we reserved was with a bathtub and a city view). This will be the last time i stay at a club quarters hotel. If customer service and hospitality is your business, they failed horribly here. I do not recommend and i will not return. *this is the second club quarters hotel i stayed in. Both experiences were bad*

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights during a short weekend trip to New York. It's located right next to the World Trade Center Memorial and their roof top has an excellent view of the memorial. Definitely check out the roof top. The standard rooms are pretty small and remind me of the tiny hotel rooms in Tokyo. Our room was clean and quiet, nothing to complain about. The shower was decent, but I feel like it head was made for shorter people. Two little perks of staying here are the 24/7 espresso machine by the lobby and the availability of DIY refillable cold bottled water on each floor. I've never stayed at any hotel with a water station before and this was such a nice aspect of our stay here.

Yelp
My husband and I were wonderfully accommodated and assisted. The staff was superb, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond the call of duty, thus making our stay a lovely one. The room was decently sized and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. We didn't need to use the sleeper sofa. There were several amenities and other conveniences. There's a lot of excellent food nearby. Morton's, The Steakhouse is attached to and can be entered through the hotel. Other food spots are on the corner or a few blocks away and any cuisine is delivered quickly. The rooftop bar has one of the best panoramic views in the city. The bar has enjoyable tapas. It would be nice to get a little more, maybe small plates or simply expand the menu just a bit. Breakfast, even something simple, possibly to go with a dine-in option would be great too. The space is delightful and the service was on point. I requested a late checkout and it was granted quickly, with no problem. The stay was quite enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. Show less Date of stay: February 2023

Yelp
We found this room only a few weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience with e beds being extremely comfortable and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Had a great view!! We highly recommend this hotel!

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel in July 18, 2022 with my adult son because we had an event to go to near the area and because we also work near the area. I booked a suite in order to have separate sleeping quarters. My son was unable to sleep on his pullout sofa due to the nature of the mattress. They didn't even have sheets on the mattress or a comforter. We also could not have coffee due to creamers being expired and the coffee maker being so dusty. Beautiful view, but what good is the view when mattresses are heavily soiled and creamers are expired. I'm so disappointed with this hotel. Reached out to corporate office, via Instagram and Twitter, and my complaints fell on deaf ears before I decided to write this review on Yelp. I would never stay at this hotel again. You have been warned! Totally disgusting!!!

Yelp
We booked a family style room here for a weekend and had a wonderful stay. The family style room was two adjacent rooms connected interiorly by a door that you could lock on either side. The room itself was perfect: we had two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and two TVs. There was ample sitting areas, a coffee maker in each room, and great views of FiDi and Battery Park. The staff was wonderful: attentive and easy to get ahold of when we needed more coffee or towels for the room. The only complaint I'd offer is that the water pressure for the showers was pretty low. That said, our experience was excellent overall. On another note, the hotel is nearby to several sites and restaurants. We were walkable to the Freedom Tower, 9/11 Memorial, Oculus, Battery Park, and the Staten Island Ferry. We were also a short walk to the World Trade Center subway station, which was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again!

Rebecca P.

Yelp
Planned to stay two nights but for personal reasons left after one. We booked ahead with a no refund clause but the hotel allowed us to call Hotels.com for a refund and they would approve. - Colin at the front desk was wonderful. We booked a queen room but got an accessible room instead, which I think had a full size bed (that wasn't fun) Room is small but nice. Smelt like new carpet. 20 floors so the elevators are kinda slow. Rooftop bar on the 20th floor that we didn't visit. Dog friendly! Very close to WTC and subways to get uptown. We'd stay again if needed to be near the WTC. Parking is the only issue, no valet so good luck finding an open garage unless you try and pre book.

Yelp
We were on the last leg of our NYC vacation and needed a place to stay to visit the 9/11 Memorial and Statue of Liberty. My husband chose this place based on location and how close it was to the 911 Memorial. This location is very convenient to everything. A few steps to Liberty Park, 911 Memorial, 911 Memorial Museum, Oculus, Westfield Mall, Brookfield Place and the Hudson River Esplanade. Pros: * It is a 5 minute walk to George's on Greenwich. * Laundry on site (12th floor) but you have to schedule it with the front desk. They provide a small sachet of soap & dryer sheets NO fabric softener. So bring your own or enough to supplement. Also you'll have to pick up the keys from the front desk (more on this later). Laundry slots are only 2 hours. * View of the Top of the World on the 20th Floor. This is a lounge area with an outdoor balcony with a wonderful view of the 911 Memorial and Liberty Park. Great place to eat, hang out, work or just spend time outside of your room. There are tables, chairs, arm chairs and TVs. Also, there is another balcony on the opposite side, a lot larger but with a city view. * There are stations with refillable plastic bottles and drinking water. * If you need anything, they provide you with a number you can text or call at any time. I recommend you save the number on your phone in case you lose the card; for toiletries they will leave in your room but for coffee pods and other drink paraphernalia you'll need to pick those up from the front desk or just grab them from the area off the lobby. Observations * Staff isn't particularly pleasant. They are courteous and professional enough but definitely not like staff from other hotels we've stayed. * When I scheduled the laundry slot the front desk told me someone would meet me in the laundry room to unlock the washer & dryer. Our slot started at 9p; we waited until 9:10p before texting then was told you have to pick up the keys downstairs by someone else. I didn't care either way but if you are a single person or someone with young kids this could be an inconvenience. Then because we were misinformed our laundry wasn't finished until 11:24p by then they'd already called our room and sent someone to the 12th floor to "hunt me down". * Lobby is practically none existent. You could stow your luggage and such in the area off of the lobby where the coffee pots are while you wait to check in or out. * Room was clean sealed with a sticker to show it hadn't been opened since the cleaning. * View from the 18th floor was nice enough. * If you need to park, Icon Parking is around the corner next to Dunkin' Donuts. Make sure to validate your ticket AND you have to pay with a credit or debit card to get the discount. The discount is substantial. Our original total came up to $232 and we paid $130. * No maid service unless you ask for it at the front desk. Hence the number to call or text. *Room was a comfortable size, clean and efficient enough. No refrigerator or microwave though. * TV has Netflix and YouTube. You'd need to login to your account. Also you can link devices. * No HBO or any other premium channels.

Yelp
Brian at the rooftop bar was Awesome! 20th floor! Free! So polite and professional. I told him what I liked and all 3 drinks were sooooo good. Will go back because of him. Views are perfect, hidden gem! It's open concept, clean, comfy and homey. Chill spot for you alone or a private party. Windows all around, a must see! Tell Brian Miranda sent you!!!!

Yelp
- Check in and check out was convenient - Self water fill station was great - Great location - Room tv remote did not work - No room housekeeping service - No airport transfer available - Some plugs in room did not work - Felt more like a 3 star hotel rather than a 4.

Yelp
Very nice hotel and very impressed! This is located adjacent to the World Trade Center Memorial and Museum. Great views from the top of the building at the hotel's restaurant. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in while in NYC. Staff was very courteous and attentive. They do offer parking options for guests. Starbucks is a block away which is great for those coffee lovers. The hotel was quiet and is on a quiet street making it quiet enjoyable for a good night's sleep. Will definitely be back here again.

Yelp
CQ: "We've upgraded you to a suite." Me: "I've just written this 5 star review!" Really I lagged - it's been a few months overdue. I stayed here once before; dunno if that factored into the random upgrade. Pricing: Just like Vegas higher on weekends, very reasonable ($125 on weekdays) Location: Walking distance to NYSE-Fearless Girl, WS Bull, 9/11 Memorials, One World Trade Center and its observatory, and Oculus. Whole Foods half mile away is doable. It's not ideal for seeing the majority of Manhattan. The area tends to shut down after work hours as the working mass goes home. Great views: For the rooms facing One World Trade Center, especially at night. It's aged a bit since my first stay, but still feels modern and clean. I'm still a fan and would stay again.

Vincent X.

Yelp
See photos. Upon check in, the toilet in the room had dried urine and stain all over the seat and bowl. I asked the front desk to switch my room and was told no other room was available for hours. Instead they sent a cleaning person to clean the toilet. To my surprise I found the toilet still covered with urine stain after cleaning. I ended up cleaning the toilet myself. Dirty carpet in the room. One of the worst experiences and service I've ever had. Stay away from this place and save yourself from a bad experience.

Janell B.

Yelp
This was an excellent hotel. The front desk people are friendly and are happy to answer any and all questions. It is a short walk to the 9/11 museum which is nice. There are also plenty of food places all around the hotel. Would stay here again.

Yelp
Great comfortable hotel to stay at. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel for a very very long time. Great with the social distancing and Covid protection. Love the temperature control in the room, great shower, very very clean. Hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the service during the 2021 blizzard.

Yelp
The hotel was clean and updated. One thing I love about this chain is that there is complimentary water. Each floor has a water cooler and bottles to fill. On the ground floor off of the lobby, they have a lounge area where there are snacks - fruit, nuts, banana chips, M&Ms and a machine that makes espresso, cappuccino, coffee. It has a fridge with soda in it that is complimentary as well. In the evening from 5-6 pm they have a wine happy hour with complimentary wine! If you are looking to go to the 9/11 memorial, it is right there. We could actually see it out of our window. The only minor negatives - The rooms do not have USB ports for chargers, so be sure you bring a plug. There are not safes in the room. No in -room fridges. You can request one but it is not guaranteed (I was not able to get one). One front desk member out of the 3 that I dealt with wasn't very friendly. It seemed like it was effort to have to speak to us or address anything. hint - If you utilize the parking associated with the hotel - it is confusing. You enter 225 Albany St in GPS. When you pull up to the garage, you would think it may be full because the doors are shut and there are raised poles that will lower into the ground, once you pull up. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Perfect stay - Very comfy, but not stuffy. I'm quite used to the small size of NYC hotel rooms, so I found the Club Quarter room to be still a little small (even for one person), but it was well appointed. Small work out facility but they have free weights, and complimentary bottled water. Plus there's a Planet Fitness within walking distance, so it wasn't a big deal. The location is great! It's so close to the 9/11 Memorial. The views on the top floor are amazing! I always enjoy staying here.

Yelp
I recently stayed at the Club Quarters World Trade for 3 nights on a work trip to NYC. Club Quarters is a preferred hotel of my company because some of major global offices are right near Club Quarters locations. We went through our usual travel company but couldn't find a good deal (anything under $300 a night) but found rates of about $210 on Hotels.com. This isn't an ad for Hotels.com but I'm happy to save my company money when traveling. When I checked in the process was a bit confusing. There are two entrances to this hotel which lead to two different front desks. The entrances are right next to each other and the staff can walk between the two front desks to help guests. I don't understand it. There are also two sets of elevators, separated by a door. Do the elevators go anywhere different? No....they're just separated by a door. Eventually I got up to my floor and found that the elevators are also separated by a door in the hallway too. Why? As for the room, it's what I have come to expect having stayed at 3 other Club Quarters hotels in the past. Small, clean, comfortable rooms, no frills, and a confusing maze-like system of hallways and passages. The rooms were quiet as I couldn't hear much in the way of city noises. Generally I have no complaints at all. I wish I had a view of the World Trade Center sight but instead I faced south down Washington street towards the confluence of the East and Hudson rivers. All in all a good stay. My only complaint was with my thermostat. When I checked in the room was at 65 degrees which was a bit chilly for me. I set it for 70 but according to the display it was never able to get that warm always hovering around 67. I'm not sure if it was even on or not. Not the end of the world. Would I stay here again? Yes. I give this place 4 stars. The experience didn't blow me away and definitely met my expectations.

Yelp
We stayed here on Friday 12/25/2020 The staff where really friendly. Clean place. There's a floor where you could can bring your own food and eat there while watching the view of the 9/11 memorial. Our room was ok but we were here for one night. Bf wanted a room with a view of NY which he requested before coming. Something that this hotel can do is fix the sheets of the bedding. I wasn't a fan how they set up the bed because the sheets didn't cover the mattress it was just one sheet and then the comforter. You can monitor the room temperature which was cool. I recommend you guys to bring your own blankets. We will be back but will ask for a different room with a better view & better bed lol.

Yelp
Stayed here for the first time last weekend. Was planning to spend most of our time in Brooklyn so the location was perfect. I arrived at 10am which I know was way too early but shockingly my room was ready and they let me check in! I had requested a high floor and I was given a room that was on the 14th floor and had a giant balcony! I was thrilled. The room was perfect; clean and quite spacious by NY standards. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. I love the little touches like afternoon snacks in the lobby as well as happy hour at 5. The rooms have keurig machines and there is a coffee cappuccino and espresso machine in the lobby. I also loved the refillable water stations on each floor. We had such a nice time on our balcony that we never made it to the roof top! There is parking at the hotel for $50. I used ParkWhiz around the corner for $30

Yelp
This hotel is inexpensive, but the rooms are dirty and it's difficult to get housekeeping. Check in is hectic when busy in the small lobby. Some of the staff are friendly.

Yelp
There were dust mites inside the beds and the bathroom was not cleaned before we came to the hotel.

Yelp
This hotel is best for a cost-effective alternative to hostels. We also found some of availability to be cheaper than AirBnBs. The BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Due to a recent medical procedure I needed extra pillows and they quickly sent extra pillows to the room. They welcomed us back to the hotel each time we came back with a smile and genuine enthusiasm which was refreshing. Unfortunately, this fantastic staff truly has an uphill battle going for them with the state of the hotel. I get that in NYC real estate and any kind of space is going to be cramped for economy sake. These rooms are teeny tiny. With one large suitcase and two backpacks it was starting to feel tight. Fortunately the upholstery on the chair was so beat up we didn't think it sanitary to use as a seat so it became storage for the backpacks. This may sound nit picky but it's disconcerting that the carpet was so many discolored (albeit one discoloration was due to a random wet spot on the floor which I found out by stepping directly in it after just checking in. Why was it wet? Who knows.). The bathroom was also quite small to the point it was awkward to use. The shower stall was so tight it felt like I was back in my high school locker room. Additionally of the towels that were left for us we felt uncomfortable using two of them because there were dried debris encrusted onto the fibers (resembling dried snot). Last thing about the rooms are that they're so so close and poorly sound-proofed that we were able to easily hear our neighbors "enjoying" each other's company (not loudly but the walls were so thin it sounded like they were an arm's length away) as our wake-up on Sunday morning. No shade, dear neighbors, as the paper thin walls are not of your construction. The location was accessible to some basic coffee places, a burger place, and some landmarks. There is shopping within a reasonable walking distance and some beautiful murals near by if snapping photos is your jam. All of this being said, it wouldn't be our first choice when we look for accommodations in the future. If you need economical accommodations to survive a business trip or a last-minute weekend away this spot would suffice.

Yelp
The hotel wasn't too bad. Not the best, either. I think the best 2 things about this hotel is the comfortable beds and terrace view. Check in was a little awkward. You check in using a machine. (What a warm welcome). Lobby is snug but clean. The rooms are like a maze.. it's a bit confusing since everything looks the same. The room was very small but tolerable. TV didn't work. Someone came in to try to fix it but wasn't able to. We were offered another room (basically a downgrade to the 9th floor so we declined). The thermostat was a little laggy but got the job done. Bed was really soft and comfortable. If you ignore the police station, the view from the room is okay. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I pay attention to detail a lot and I hate when hotels fail to do so. TWO of the towels had curly pubic hair attached. The place looks very neat but really needs a deep clean. My biggest hotel pet peeves are dirty walls and floors as well as towels. One of the employees didn't look too happy to be there. Not necessarily rude, but not warm and welcoming either. Got our room for ONE night. We had a very early flight in the morning and neighbors kept screaming and yelling for hours. Didn't let us sleep. It's not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but I wouldn't stay here again. Not until they improve cleaning at least...

Yelp
First time in New York - first time at Club Quarters. I gotta admit, coming from JFK to this hotel made me cringe. Dang, this is NY? -_- I didn't expect much from the hotel either, when I pulled up in my yellow taxi but when I got up to my room on the 7th floor.. WOW. I was thoroughly impressed! They have bottled water on every floor for FREE (what whattt), they are very environmentally friendly, ice (3rd floor), and a fitness room (on the 6th). Breakfast at 7am.. man, I already memorized the list of important stuff! Overall though, the room is small but a very simple space. Very nicely kept, and a modern furnish. WOW! I'm really liking this place! :) I don't have a bath towel though.. :/

Yelp
It was definitely a dark and stormy night. The ice had not yet turned to rain so I decided to get a hotel for the night. The location of this hotel was perfect-close to work and to food. Upon entering, the person behind the small desk (with no protection against the wind and cold whenever the doors opened) checked me in quickly. The room was small but perfect for my needs. The bed--oh boy. It was hard as a rock and super uncomfortable. I spent most of the night napping because I could not get into a comfortable position to stay asleep. Would I stay in this place again. Actually, yes. It was clean and close to work. The room was quiet and I was able to make a hot cup of coffee with the Keurig machine. They even had a yoga mat in the closet. Overall, it was fine for a last-minute hotel room that was affordable.

Yelp
I got the suite and it is so nice. The Metro is around the block, it's nearby everything. One of my top places to stay at when I'm in New York. There's also one in the Times Square area as well if you like staying up that way.

Yelp
I've stayed in two of the Club Quarters in Manhattan. I recommend! They are clean, cozy, and affordable. My go-to when I stay in NYC.

Yelp
Very nice hotel with spectacular views of the World Trade Center. The rooms were small but nice. I checked in my luggage so that I could wander around NY. We couldn't check in to 3 but it was nice to just arrive with our luggage already in our room. The concierge was quite helpful in directing us to cool places to visit. I also liked the refillable bottle water stations located through out the hotel.. Only downfall is that the rooftop closed super early for the city that never sleeps so we never made it to see the awesome views.

Yelp
For the price and booking this on Priceline's express deals without knowing this would be the hotel that I'd be staying at, I had a good experience. My room at was quality. Smaller than your average hotel room but not too small with a king size bed and had basically all you need out of a room. TV, fridge, microwave and desk to work during a business trip. I arrived well before check-in time and left my bags at front desk with ease so I could go explore the city. Upon returning to check-in, the hotel had my bags waiting for me in my room. Only minor issues I had was that there was no iron or ironing board when I was looking to press my shirt. Also construction around hotel posed an obstacle getting to rest of the city if you're walking. Hopefully that won't be an issue down the road. That aside, I would definitely stay here again and recommend Club Quarters.

Yelp
The restaurant alone makes it worth staying here. It's private so no one can walk off the street and crowd the view. You can easily find seating near the glass with a perfect view of the memorial and freedom tower. It's really quite a magnificent view. The food is good and the drinks are very good. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. I was lucky enough to get a suite with a balcony which offered perfect opportunities for gorgeous views.

Yelp
Overall, club quarters is good. The free water bottle stations are quite useful. The free snacks: Morning: Apple, orange, granola bars Afternoon: sunflower seeds, m& ms, weird biscuit mix, wasabi peas Some evenings: biscotti while snacks were unavailable on weekends, they were a good perk. Coffee and tea was plentiful In the lobby area, you can read the wall street journal. Unfortunately, they play music which is old alt rock, pop, and some classics. Music is too loud, so you need earphones to do real work. Otherwise, it's a good setup The wireless network is open. No passwords of any kind, so it's a bit sketchy for private work The rooftop areas have good views of the surrounding skyscrapers Avoid the suite. It is poorly designed compared to the standard room. Issues with the suite: 1. Bed is right beside the door. You can hear the other doors closing, and it is quite loud because of the automatic closing and locking 2. Pointless tv stand taking up space 3. Table isn't a big improvement over a desk and just takes up more space 4. Sofa /sofa bedroom is down a long narrow corridor. Heating vents do not reach this room, so it is freezing in the winter. They gave me a portable heater 5. Bathroom walls separate everything, so it actually feels smaller than the standard room 6. Bathroom door is a sliding door, which is very loud to close, provides poor sound proofing, and has a pane of frosted glass which lets most of the light through

Yelp
The Club Quarters hotel is definitely a government worker's per diem dream come true. It's actually quite surprising that you can get a room at this rate in such prime Manhattan real estate, but they've managed to become one of the go-to spots for out of town G-men. While it is pretty clearly designed for working professionals, there are a few upscale touches that make this property competitive on a block shared with the W Hotel. The rooms themselves are a bit pedestrian, but feature a nice working space and a small lounge area if you just want to sit and relax or read. The bed was pretty comfortable, not really noticeable as too firm or too soft and the linens were soft and pressed nicely every day. The furniture isn't really inspiring, but then neither is the bathroom. It seems like slightly better than IKEA quality items, but considering they also do long term hoteling/housing I can understand why they wouldn't want to invest into items which would be easily destroyed due to heavy use. Really though, if you're staying here then you already know the secret that it holds one of the best views of the World Trade Center memorials available, along with a perfect sightline to the Freedom Tower construction. You can enjoy all this while grabbing breakfast from a great outdoor patio next to the restaurant. If you want to eat inside then the breakfast buffet is worth the price, I think, with full service and quite a lot of good options. It's definitely missing some of the amenities that the higher priced hotels offer, but again this hotel is designed for someone traveling on someone else's dollar, and for that it's hard to surpass.

Yelp
Where do I start , well first thing when you get into the lobby it smells so bad and the workers there don't acknowledge you unless you look like you don't know what you are doing and then they told us to do check in on kiosk and continued to talk. And then when getting on the elevators many people were in the lobby trying to get on them but the policy is 2 people or 1 family but even with policy many people still got on with me and my husband with no mask or big families and workers in lobby never said anything. Ridiculous. Now everything was clean but it states that the room was to be cleaned every day but nobody ever came in our room to clean and it was very obvious with trash accumulation and no new sheets. Another thing is that the tv works terribly. We would go on Netflix or YouTube and 3 minutes into watching something it would go back into the Home Screen. It was a very terrible experience with the tv. Another issue is the bathroom, it is extremely small and the shower head was leaking so water went all over the floor. And there is no room service whatsoever and the reason I chose this hotel is because it claimed to have room service! And I called the front desk many times and it never was answered so I had to go all the way down to ask if they had room service and of course they were just talking with nobody in the lobby so it's a bit confusing why the phone was never answered. And lastly, in the middle of the night security came to the room next to us and was extremely loud and completely ruined our night! Overall will never come again.

Yelp
Strange to stay next to what used to be world trade towers. At the same time it was incredible. I have always loved NYC it is part of my life since I was little. Deeply sad about the total devastation down here. I booked this hotel through an app, not sure I can say the name. Let's just say there's a "negotiator" that was also on Star Trek. I booked it as a "secret" deal so I didn't know the hotel until after it's booked and paid. (that app is magical I have had some great deals) Back to the review, when we arrived it was midnight exhausted and wanting to get into our room the desk clerk upgraded us to a junior suite! YESSS in NYC that's huge. great room 18th floor facing the memorial. Really quiet at night. Maybe too quite for Manhattan. I would stay here again. Even being heartbroken. very little night life in the financial district, but knowing NYC and the subway, fun is only a few stops away. would give 5 stars but I'm reserving that for my review of the Smith Thompson

Yelp
This is such a great hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Love that they have filtered water in the hallways that you help yourself to. Happy hour is off of the lobby. A Great staff. I would really like to point out one very nice, helpful and extremely friendly employee named Craig. He is superb. Always a good trip here.

Yelp
This is the second time I've stayed here for work and I like the place quite a bit. The rooms are small, but you expect that in NYC and the hotel over all is really nice. I had a couple of weird experiences with the employees here this time so I dropped to 4-stars. The first night here, me and my co-worker decided to go up to the rooftop restaurant and I will never go back up there again. The service SUCKED...absolutely sucked, they were out of the food that I wanted to order and when we got the bill, they added an 18% gratuity. Why should the service be good if they get an 18% tip regardless of what they do. I really hate that business model and it's why I dropped them from 4-stars to 3 Since work pays for everything, I'll be back, but I will never buy anything from that ridiculous restaurant on the 20th floor.
