I was searching online trying to find a menu. No luck. This is a pretty pricey resort where I was more than willing to pay the price for a good meal with friends. My seafood pasta was not good. One shrimp and the rest is rubbery calamari. My wife and our friends seemed okay with their meal. If you are going to have a fancy resort, at least put it on a road that won’t test the suspension on my vehicle.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good. The room was pretty good and they beach was nice but there were no chairs or umbrellas on the beach - but swimming was really good there. The resort had a kind of deserted feel. A beach vendor approached us on that property and we ended up agreeing to go on a guided shoreline snorkel excursion with him that was about a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from the resort. The vendor that talked us into it was the one who guided us and it was a really great snorkel experience.

Everything here is pricey, and honestly, not worth the value for money. Our room was nice, cozy, and a bit romantic, but the kitchen? Total letdown—faucet was busted, oven hadn’t been cleaned, and there were zero utensils. Breakfast was priced at over P800, which was way too much for what was served. Service was just okay—not the best. No proper orientation either—we literally stumbled upon the kitchen thinking it was just a window, haha. No one mentioned that it came with the room! We also tried to have our marinated belly grilled, and heads up—they charge P1,000 per kilo! We get that cooking is discouraged, but that fee is just wild. On the bright side, kayaking is free! So that’s a plus. Just be ready for the swarm of mosquitoes starting around 5PM. The only real saving grace? The beachfront view—absolutely stunning.

The place is beautiful. Very clean super impressive. The staff are great! They offer kayaking for 30mins for free. However, there Kayak is defective there is a hole underneath that is so unsafe and accident waiting to happen. We were not informed about it, it could turn out differently. No staff warned us about it and it was not just one it’s multiple hole ware and tear.

My family and I have recently visited the resort to celebrate an occasion. The resort is perfect for family staycation because the rooms are big and the seaview is remarkably breathtaking. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, foods served were delectable and the beach was in front of the room we were staying. The resort has pools where you can enjoy night swimming 🙂. I highly recommend the place! I love the fusion of modern-traditional styles of their rooms. Eco-friendly too!

This place is just gorgeous. Having diner here while enjoying the view to Tañon Strait and the sunset over the mountains of Negros is magnificent. The beach is good and not crowded, and the ocean is easyly swimmable. Our room this time, that I had booked in a rush, was pretty tiny and lacked outside table and chairs. Next time we come here, I'll better book one of the tree houses which seem to be better value really. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, and staff is very friendly and attentive.

We were so excited to stay at Club Serena Resort, but to our shock we were in for a surprise. The resort was much more dilapidated than the pictures suggested. This would have been fine, except our room had not been treated for mosquitos. We got bitten to death while we slept! We were disappointed in the food options as we wanted to try the food but unfortunately they were often lacking ingredients. The shower head was broken and when we asked about it, they never fixed it. The pipes were also corroded and rusty. We were just so disappointed as it was marketed - through price and photo - as a fantastic beach getaway. What we got were mosquitoes, rust, and an ocean full of garbage. It was too expensive for what it was. ||The only redeeming feature of this trip were the staff. They were so lovely and (for the most part) tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

Yelp
Very basic but clean room. The onsite restaurant served some great local dishes and staff was extremely friendly.
