Pros: - Decent food, nice selection on buffet - Great location on the water - Friendly staff - Room was clean Cons: - If you are staying when there are families you will get no rest, I was woken up before 7h each day because of inconsiderate families letting their children scream, bang, and somehow vibrate the walls? I honestly don’t even know how you could make so much noise, it is crazy. For that reason alone I would not risk staying here again. They were also noisy until 10pm, this is not a place to come if you want relaxation or rest.

Everything was fine during our stay there. Both breakfast and dinner were very varied and tasty, everyone can find something suitable for them. The part of the beach is also tidy and clean, the proximity to Lake Balaton is great, this was the main point for us to stay in a hotel near the beach. We will come back again if we can. I recommend it to everyone, whether families or couples. They also organize a lot of varied programs for children. The hotel's wellness area is also great.

If I could rate in minus, that would have been more accurate. I went there as a part of my Europe tour with my sisters and of all the places we had been to, Lake Balaton ended up being the only worst memory solely because of this hotel. It’s not a 4 star resort. It’s worse than budget hotels. 2 days felt like we were held as hostages somewhere. Service was horrible. Rooms were small and suffocating. And the food is the worst food one can ever have. We literally ended up eating fruits not just for breakfast but lunch and dinner as well because everything else was horrid. There were literally flies over the food. All the activities are overcrowded. Staff is extremely rude and not at all helpful. If you don’t want to spoil your holiday, JUST DON’T GO. I’m someone who adjusts mostly everywhere and come out happily but this place was nauseating.

Very good resort hotel right on the beachfront.|A little bit crowded in the high season.|Very good restaurant with fair prices. |A lots of activities for kids and adults. Water sport equipment rental (extra charge). |Nice beach with free sunbeds. |The water is deeper than on the south sore, so less kids than on the other side of the lake.||Rooms are comfy and roomy. The basic rooms do not have air conditioning.|Huge gift and convenience store on the property. |Highly recommended place!

This is not a 4 star hotel. The location was good and the lake was nice to swim in. We rented a paddle board one day which was fun but the company is different from the hotel. The rooms were clean but dated. The major issue here was the dining hall. The rooms were extremely crowded at almost all times except at the very end of dinner and breakfast. Sitting outside was nice but very hard to get a table outside. The food was very dry and long lines for food and coffee. One morning at 0800 I was in the shower and the water stopped working in the entire room. The phone in the room also did not work for me to call the front desk. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to tell them about the issue. They offered excuses and a bottle of water to wash my hair. Eventually the water came back on.

This is a good location for a "hotel holiday". The premises has facilities for volleyball, football, there is a bit sad gym, and the view from the deluxe rooms is excellent. I'd say there is room for improvement though. Some sand would make the beach way better, the bedrock is not that great to walk on, and this is just a narrow strip where the water is less than a meter deep... so better for watersports and swimming. Where the place fails is the food. At best it is average, but that I'd say with a lot of politeness. The juice machine is an at least 5 min que, so as the coffee machine. The place was almost fully booked, but still, the restaurant was crowded. It might be a routine that man has to pay for the drinks at dinner, but considering the food quality, they shall not take any extra for drinks. As an example, there were no apple which would be worthy of consumption by any means except starvation. As I was saying, the view just overshadowed everything :-) Good, but please pay the staff well, then we might see more friendly faces. Still recommended, but the price is not right.

This is not a 4 star resort. Poor quality beds. Mini bar fridge comes with a single bottle of water. Coffee machine did not function. The pillows were like sacks of potatoes. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner are disgusting. Seriously. The tray of hard boiled eggs contained mostly eggs with feces still on the shell. No regard at all for quality. So you end up with feces on your breakfast plate with the eggs. The primary protein provided is always pork. Some chicken and fish. All overcooked. The vegetables are overcooked to a terrible mushy state. All served buffet style in a single overcrowded dining area. I am outraged. One afternoon we drove near the edge of the lake in the far corner on the resort in a construction area. Within 5 minutes we were approached by security and told not to park there and our hotel cards were demanded. Unbelievably the management is more concerned about a brief and temporary parking stop than about feces on your plate in the dining room. I recommend staying far away from this resort. I will never go back. Worst food and worst bed in Hungary. Outrageous price for prison quality food and accommodation.

The location is very poor. The resort itself is huge and does have some sort of promenade and pool but once you step outside the grounds you are in the middle of nowhere. Two cross roads, a ferry and that's basically it. To go anywhere = car (or bus) because there is no other option. Walking by Lake Balaton is also only limited to the promenade on the grounds, as it takes about 10 minutes to go outside the resort and back to the lake. I would definitely recommend more a holiday in balatonfüred, which has much more to offer.
