We stopped in for dinner and we thought the food was delicious. The tenders were huge and the fries plentiful. Makenna was our server she did a fantastic job. Very nice and polite and checked on us numerous times.

Tried to stop for dinner on a roadtrip, says they're open until 10, kitchen was closed when we arrived a few minutes after 9. We drove 30 minutes out of our way to have to settle for Wendy's. Edit : to the owner, that's why I left this review. If you can update it to say when the kitchen closes I'll be happy to delete this review. Just didn't want this experience to happen to someone else. 🖖

My new favorite restaurant ever since it opened. I keep seeing reviews about bad service but I’ve never experienced this, servers have always been polite and cordial. This place hands down has the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had and probably will ever have, literally the thickest juiciest tenders ever. They have tons of choices of sauces to put on them. I’ve eaten from here dozens of times since they opened and I’m still not tired of it.Their fries are fire, their moz bites are fire, the loaded tots are fire. I don’t think I’ve had a single thing from cluckers that was bad. If this place ever closes I’m going to cry for days.

The best wings in the entire Lexington area. Cold beer and lots of TVs to watch your favorite team. My go to spot for wings, cold beer and football. Highly recommended...

Great place for wings and watching football. Server recommended the Tony's style hot which were great. Not too spicy but great flavor. Definitely visit if in the area!

We had a brief, worst experience with a server/bartender. It was weird, aggressive, misplaced, in general bad behavior regardless of setting. He acted like a rude patron looking for a fight. Very weird experience. I was in there with my 12yo, after the guy left our table my boy asked me if we were ok to be in there! Yeah but we’re leaving.

From out of state. Picked this restaurant for dinner. Waiter came and gave us water and 20 minutes of him just walking around, we just left. Another table next to us left after also waiting for 25 minutes. Left and went to a fast food place nearby.

We love Cluckers! Has been a weekly staple for us since they opened. Love the service, great beer selection, and daily specials. And the food, so much good food. All the appetizers are great, but favorite are their jalapeño poppers and the pretzel & beer cheese. The Tony's style wing, delicious. But honestly my favorite are their boneless wings, the best boneless wings I've had hands down. They are not that nasty thick breading like other places, but lightly breaded, to give a crunch, juicy big chunks of meat, and then toss em in 1 of their many sauces.

Good sports bar feel, lots of TV and the jukebox was playing. Our waitress was great and had no problem with a group of 6. We had 3 appetizers. Pretzel and beer cheese, portobello bites and jalapeño poppers. All were good and hot. I had 5 wings with Cajun dry rub prepared Tony style. (Grilled after cooked) Thought they were great

Food was so amazingly good. Generous portions and perfectly cooked. Next time I would do the tenders, but the sandwiches were excellent too! We got ours to go, but the bartender was fantastic and friendly and the place had some games the kids played while we waited.

I recently ate at a new Cluckers restaurant. By the name you could conclude that they focus on chicken here, wings and strips. It has a sports bar feel with a family area and a large bar section. There were TV screens with various sports on throughout the place. They specialize in serving their chicken entrees in all kinds of flavours and degrees of heat. They also serve craft beer and offer daily specials. My sister and I split the 6 piece strips. I got mine plain and she got hers hot with sassy garlic. We opted for onion rings over the fries. Our server was friendly, attentive and explained all the flavor options to us. Our food arrived quickly and the strips were so large we ended up taking home the last two. The onion rings were okay, I prefer thinner crispier rings but my sister liked them a lot. The seasoning on her strips was more like a rub than a sauce. I tried a bite but they were too spicy for me. She loved the flavor. Even though mine were considered plain, they were light, crispy and had a nice country fried chicken taste. There are a lot more options to try on the menu so I'm sure we will go back. There are lots of burgers listed as well as a variety of non chicken entrées. The price was about $12 plus our drinks which is a pretty good value for the size of the strips we got. The restaurant was clean and they were playing oldie music which we both enjoyed. They are located in a strip mall with the family dollar and dollar tree with plenty of parking available.

Waited thirty minutes just to get my drinks. I am really disappointed and will not be coming back to this location.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Chicken sandwich was very good. My wife had chicken wings which were excellent. Friendly and prompt service.

Consistently not good food. Chewy tough tenders, just ok quesadillas. Good beer choices

My husband was very excited to eat here. Truthfully, not my choice as restaurant type but I'm up to try most things at least once. Upon entering the restaurant, my shoes stuck to the floor. I mean seriously stuck to the floor. I was cracking up laughing as my husband said do you want to leave. I said no and we sat at a table. Please note that we tried to find the health dept score posted but were unable to locate it. The service was great. They were very attentive. The food was below par for my tastes. I ordered chicken tenders. Nothing great not horrible. My hubby rated his hot wings as average. He said the hot sauce was not even hot. He also got pepper jack cheese sticks and a cheeseburger. He said it was all just average.

Cluckers is an absolute joke. Borderline fraudulent. The food was okay, but nothing justifies the disaster that was the service. My wife's chicken salad had maybe two dollars' worth of ingredients, pathetic. The real kicker? The waitress tacked an extra $8 onto my children's meal, each. Whether it was incompetence or dishonesty, neither is acceptable. Owners: you need to check your staff; they are only deceiving themselves, people know what they are doing. It took nearly an hour to get our food, and when the check finally came, I saw they had automatically added a 20% gratuity, without a word. Then, as if that weren't insulting enough, the waitress had the audacity to hand me the tablet to enter a tip amount on top of that. Acted like she didn't know, but IYKYK. Unreal. If you enjoy being overcharged and waiting forever for mediocre food, this is your place. Otherwise, steer clear.

Clucking excellent. We have been waiting for cluckers to open and we're excited to finally get to try it. Started with some fried pickles and french fries, both were fine, nothing extraordinary but good. Then obviously we had to try some wings, and absolutely was not disappointed. Went with a 10 piece Tony' style 5 hot 5 hen hot, and they were excellent. The grilled finish and seasoning is delicious. We also got a 5 piece of the Cluckin' Inferno, they were good. Not outrageously hot, but a good heat level, but the flavor and texture of the hen hot tony style just beats them overall. The wings are BIG. 15 was way too many heh, but they are Soooo good. We also got some tenders with garlic Parm sauce and that is also absolutely delicious for a non-hot option. Very fresh garlic forward. Overall super happy they are open and excited to try other stuff!

Cluckers is my go-to when I have to have some chicken and waffles!! You can't go wrong with the chicken strips. The floor is a little sticky, but that's part of the experience! Service was great!

Best place to get chicken wings in Versailles. The "Tony's Style" bone-in wings are solid. Boneless wings are lightly breaded & good quality chicken. Nice sports bar feel with a family friendly atmosphere. Been two times & the servers did an excellent job both trips.

Wanted to try this place for a while. The wings were good size, tasty and cooked just right, the two sauces were very good. We had a burger and a chicken wrap both were very good. Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was typical sports bar vibe. Overall a great experience.

The lady waitress refused to give receipts and then added extra hidden fees causing all of our meals to be 10-15 extra dollars. Never going back it's full of scammers and cheats.

Came in with my wife for a Sunday lunch out. I know this strip mall restaurant just opened. So I was expecting not the best food, not the best service, and not the best ambiance. What I got is a new staple and now I am trying to figure out how to eat there every week. Ambiance - this was the biggest surprise. For the location, they did a bang up job of doing a simple sports bar vibe without it being too much. Service - this was where I expected to give the most grace because I know the restaurant was just getting geared up. But our bartender was attentive and quick. Never had to wait long for anything. Food - we started with the chips and queso. J enjoyed the white queso but the chips were either hearty or a little stale. No worries. My wife ordered the chicken strips tossed in Hot. I ordered the Wings - Tony's style, which are grilled wings then tossed and seasoned with either Mild, Hot, or Hen Hot. I got the Hot. So, when it comes to certain items, my wife and I have certain favorites. Unfortunately, those are mostly back in our old home, Oklahoma. So coming to Kentucky, we need to find new favorites. Upon her first bite, my wife said, "Oh, these are the new favorite tossed strips." On my first view and first bite, I knew automatically that this will be my go to wing place. Also, I'm a bit spoiled: I only want Tony's style. I can't just have fried. I need the grilled wings with the char and the seasoning on top for now on. Now, this is not a complaint but an adjustment for the future. I love spicy food. My staple hot sauce is the Tabasco Scorpion. So my Hot wings were a 3.5 on the hotness scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the hottest). My wife said her hot sauced tenders were a 5 to 6. This makes me so excited: because I will definitely try the hotter flavors like Hen Hot and the others. Will always be back. Will definitely work from the bar from time to time. And I am so glad Versailles has a quality wing place.

We went the first weekend it was opened. The service was exceptional and the wings were great. So glad to see another place in Versailles to eat.

What's the point of staying open until 10pm if you won't serve anyone after 9? I've been ​told the place has good food. Three times I've gone in there and all 3 times I've been told rather rudely that the kitchen is closed. It's not like I'm walking in at 945. This is like between 845 and 915. I've worked in the food industry, and even owned a restaurant. Never once did I ever turn away a paying customer. If you stop serving food at 9... make that known online or just close at 9. There are a lot better places to go get a beer.

Service can be slow, but the wait staff have always been nice and accommodating. I prefer Cluckers over Roosters by a long shot. I also prefer Cluckers over VBC in town...Cluckers is consistent unlike the other.

Normally, we eat in at Cluckers. However, their service is so slow that, we've taken to ordering before leaving our house (a 20 minute drive) to assure that we don't have a 45 minute or longer wait for our food. Tonight, my husband picked up our meal on the way home from work. I ordered the bacon, barbecue burger and my husband got tenders. My sandwich was so bad, I had to toss it. The meat was burnt to a crisp and there was no barbecue sauce or cheese on it. I told my husband we're done. I hope they make it but I don't hold out much hope.

NEVER ORDER TO GO AT VERSAILLES, KENTUCKY CLUCKERS************* I ordered 2 kids meal to go... said I'd wait 20 minutes and it took an hour. They were busy, but someone else came in and asked for their to go order and received it... and I was getting mad. waiting for 40 minutes is one thing, but when 50 minute comes.. and the chef comes out and states there's been a mix up(we didn't make your food)... "but it's being bagged" he says. "What did you order again?" He asked me... he said he was making it right... making it right is making me want to stay and give you the rest of the hour the restaurant took... they didn't deserve it. They're god awful and I just want a real employee to make it right, because I had to go BUY CHICKEN FROM CANES.

Waitress was clueless. Food was average, not worth the price. Great atmosphere to watch football.

The food is good, esp the boneless wings. The bar situation isn't great. There's a very small space at the bar and one bartender who's usually pretty slow at getting beers out. The servers are nice but sometimes really young and seem like they've been overwhelmed. The atmosphere is weird. It's kind of a shoebox and there's a cheap feel to it all and it feels like theres always a waiter or owner or manager moving by you at all times. The prices are good. Best for carryout tbh. Doesn't seem like it'd be a fun place to watch games.

Service was very slow. Although the server was nice, she was never anywhere to be found. The nachos we ordered were the absolute worst nachos I've seen or eaten in my life- dry, little to no sauce, topped with cold topping and no melted cheese. When we asked for salsa our table was brought the smallest little plastic to go container. We thought it was a joke. Eventually, we asked for more salsa and queso bc the nachos were so dry. After dumping the queso on the nachos we noticed the queso looked like cottage cheese. We did not eat anymore nachos. The fried chicken tenders were pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The ambiance of the place was blah, a big shoebox with no style. Will NEVER be going back. There are much better options in Versailles (e.g Ricardo's, VBC, Rolling oven, the marathon).

Nice family restaurant. Arrived around 515pm. Seven of us had fried cauliflower and nachos with caso. The cauliflower was delicious and others ate all the nachos We ordered 2 different wings . I really liked the Tai chili ones. One ordered the Inferno wings. He said they had the heat but not as much flavor as tai chili. I had chicken club wrap it was okay a little dry. I took some ranch and made it easy to chew. Two had chicken on a salad that was good. They have Pepsi products and a bar. I took a star for 2 orders took 10-15 minutes longer. Would go back and eat there again. Had several TVs on basketball games

showed up an hour before they closed to get online order to-go food and was told they already shut the kitchen down all they had were drinks if we wanted a drink. why let ppl order online if your gunna shut the kitchen down early? employees trying to clean up early so they can go home early obviously. smh. not good busines.
