Bought a wool hat here by Joe McCoy and Co which is a Chicago based label. A good quality product and they have really nice things in here. I’m not giving it two stars for the quality of the products but for the quality of the service I asked the guy if he could give me a discount on the Hat and he said it wasn’t negotiable. I turned around and looked at him and said: “everything in life is negotiabl.” Lousy attitude and doesn’t now how to give great service. In the end, that’s what we’re all here for.

Great store with great brands purchased a pair of trousers which were too long in the summer. Clutch Cafe shortened them months later at no cost to me, Couldn’t get to store to pick them up and CC shipped them out to me at no cost. Great Service other shops should take note, this is the way to treat customers.

You won’t be disappointed with your visit here.. excellent selection of Japanese denim, super high quality T-shirts and the sweatshirts - incredible. Staff super helpful with great suggestions.

Knowledgable, enthusiastic and helpful staff. Great to be able to browse such a wonderful selection of clothing. Lovers of those who love The Real McCoy Japan and similar will feel most at home here, in my experience this store was better stocked than the Real McCoy flagship store and their online store. Two floors of joy for consumers to explore and enjoy.

Found the perfect Full Count denim shirt I have been looking for since Chicago!!

This place is great because of Tomo! Came to this place after seeing it in an online listing and had the best experience working with Tomo! If you go here, you must ask for him. As someone relatively new to style and fashion I had the best experience working with Tomo on developing my style, understanding fashion fundamentals, and trying on new outfits to see what works for my dimensions and tastes. His patience and helpfulness was the best retail experience I've had to date at any clothing shop. In my visit to London I cam to this shop 3 times and specifically requested to work with him. I'm back in NYC have visited similar vintage/heritage/workwear clothing shops and the store representatives are just not the same. With Tomo's help I was able to buy my first pair selvage denim and 2 new bandanas to start elevating my style. I'm excited to go back again soon.

Amazingly good! Selection is good, stuff is friendly. Location is also pretty good, store itself is stylish.

First visit here. Excellent range of Americana and workwear brands. Staff overall seemed uninterested and just followed us around instead of engaging. Big credit to TK (from Japan) who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about leathers and brands, and gave great recommendations. I went from browsing to buying because of him and discovered a brand through his jacket recommendation that I'm now seriously considering for other pieces. True customer service.
