I ordered from here off of Uber in this picture is what I received as you can see it scraps of breading and small pieces of chicken. I contacted Uber about it. They didn’t respond to me. I contacted the store about it, and I was told that the order already looks eaten off of and that the manager made this order herself, so it wasn’t messed up on their end was very hostile with me in conversation as if she was trying to blame me about the food being Messed up I did order this two days ago and as soon as I got the food, I sent the picture to Uber. It’s two days later and I’m calling Cluck city because Uber Hasn’t done anything and the best thing they could tell me it’s to wait for Uber to respond to me, but they couldn’t do anything for me because the manager made it herself and has been working there three years and has never sent out order like this And while all that is fine and may be true But this is how I received my food, whether it was on cluck cities part or Uber’s part neither has helped me at all and cluck city was very rude And even though it may be Uber’s fault, for this reason, I will not be ordering or coming here again Because they don’t know how to have customer service and talk to people And also being a manager in customer service at a restaurantI can say it was very unprofessional.
