Decor is very nice. Love the log cabin look and feel. Double queen jacuzzi suites are my favorite rooms .. definitely spacious and roomy for a family. All could sleep and move about comfortably. Their continental breakfast offers so many options and beverages. The kids love the numerous hot tubs but always enjoy the pool area. Pool is decently large and there is an even bigger hot tub in that area. Hotel is in a nice secluded area with a couple dining options. Cracker barrel is walking distance.

All staff are friendly, and professional. Rooms and lobby stayed clean. The atrium was a fabulous 'surprise'- pictures did not do it justice. Having 5 hot tubs was fun, especially as it was a bit chilly in Grand Forks. Breakfast was delicious, we looked forward to it each day! The hotel in near everything; shopping, dining, freeway and University, yet the rooms were quiet! Will stay here with each visit to Grand Forks! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Plus, it was affordable. It's hard to find a place that is family-friendly with all the amenities AND doesn't cost an arm and leg. The ladies at the front dest were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast hot. Coffee/tea available 24/7 We had a hot tub right out our door, which made it easy to relax while still keeping an eye on our 11 and 10 year old.

I stayed 2 nights in the fireplace suite the room is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful. Great price and location! The breakfast is absolutely amazing! The bad: There were kids absolutely EVERYWHERE running screaming being disrespectful and not one parent in sight all weekend. They were playing “knock knock runaway” for a hour until I finally got fed up after 9pm and told them to stay away from my room. They were running around making a mess all over the pool area and breakfast area. I called and physically went to the front desk complained she told me they have been a nightmare and were in the fountain. The lack of care and accountability of disturbing paying guests is disappointing.

Was a pretty decent stay. The rooms were clean and there were no weird smells that a lot of hotels have, esp. those of a certain age. Although I will say that the carpets could absolutely use a good deep clean. The room set up was a bit strange, as some rooms faced the large central area on one side and the hallway on the other. This means double the noise, which thankfully ended up not being too bad.

Me & my fiancé reserved 2 night jacuzzi room for my birthday weekend, I called ahead of time to ask if they accept cash instead of charging my card as the bank was closed. The lady on the phone said yes they do, they will not try charging my card & accept cash at the end of check out. Mind you this is $500 for 2 nights, pretty expensive I would say. As I went to check in it was a normal process at first, the nicest lady named Marsha was helping me then it got to payment, this other person working with Marsha was a little girl who was VERY snotty & acting as she was above everyone, she shoved Marsha out of the way taking over. She asked me to put my card in to authorize it, she tried charging it & it declined as the bank was closed & I was not able to fill it to amount needed but it has money on it. As soon as it did she got drastically even worse, treating me and talking to me as I was stupid & worthless. She tried it for 1 night, even though I reserved 2 nights for my birthday, again it declined. I got a email from my bank saying the C’ommin was trying to charge my card, again NOT what I asked for. So the bratty little girl decided to tell me they can’t help me then & if I wanted to stay there to go down to the lowest room available. I’m 17 weeks pregnant I just wanted a nice couple nights away with my fiancé to relax to a warm jacuzzi. We are regular customers there. So I left with not appreciating getting treated like that & my sister in law came to put it on her card for us since the rude & disrespectful child at the front desk wanted to refuse to take my form of payment & check me in for my stay. She as well treated my sister in law as she was dumb. Also refused to put my room in my name as I was the one staying there & not anyone else besides my fiancé. As a regular customer who usually enjoys staying here every few months I DID NOT deserve to be belittled and treated as though I’m not worthy of staying there or have a ounce of decency. Also NOT OKAY she was shoving Marsha out of the way of helping her customer & taking over just to completely ruin the experience of my front desk check in experience. Marsha has been there 25 years!! I would hope this issue gets resolved.

Google
We were amazed at the beautiful theme inside this hotel. It's so big and spacious. Our room was very spacious as well! There were 5 inside hot tubs, 1 inside pool, 2 inside waterfalls, a game room, entrance had a big, two-sided stone fireplace with the back side in a community room with large flat screen TV along with a business center/computer. Excellent hotel!

Faith

Google
Positive: It's clean and there's more than 1 hot tub, absolutely relaxing. The kiddos had a blast in the indoor pool for hours. Negative: The shower curtain, the floor got pretty wet.

Matt H.

Yelp
One of the easiest check ins I've had, the people working the desk needs a pat on the back. I reserved a group of 20 rooms, all to be paid with separate cards, they didn't mess it up. Which happens about 98% of the time. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

Cory L.

Yelp
Awesome hotel. Stayed here for 5 days while in town for work. Clean and breakfast was good. Would definitely return.

Peggy M.

Yelp
Easy check in and friendly staff. Super comfortable beds and room dark for sleeping. Delicious free breakfast buffet and unique open atrium with waterfall and outdoor style. Book an upstairs room to enjoy the comfortable seating areas outside each room looking out into the atrium. Wish I could stay a week!

Mary Jo R.

Yelp
My daughter, my grandchildren and I stayed at this hotel and the plan was she and the kids would sleep in the King size bed and I would sleep on the couch that makes into a bed. That was the worst night sleep I've ever had in a hotel! the springs were so bad it was unreal. The only thing the desk person would be to make it right was give me a couple extra quilts, which weren't much better than a light weight blanke. This is a $250/night room! For that much money they need to provide a decent couch bed. I would not recommend this place.

Pat J.

Yelp
Stayed here a few years back. I don't remember it being a super high end place but they are very proud of themselves. Evidently when there is a football game in town for the Griz, it sends a signal to the hotels that it is "GOUGE TIME" !!! Price tripled and they just sit back and rake in the cash. I am so tired of all of these chain places taking advantage of every reason to raise the rates! A sign of the times? I am told by the president that inflation does not exist. Ya think??? Sorry, I would give this hotel a minus number if there was one avaliable. Dont bother with this one...

Mrs. M.

Yelp
Hotel is near everything in town. Very clean but really needs an update. Our room was very nice and appears to have been updated recently. The AC wasn't functioning but they gave us a fan which helped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay.

Kari Z.

Yelp
Friendly staff, convenient location for us, and check in was quick and easy. The rooms aren't cleaned very well though . The bathroom where the toilet and shower are don't look like they are ever swept or mopped. Hairs all along the baseboards. The wall to the left of toilet is filthy too, never ever been wiped down. Pretty gross, especially after Covid you'd think they'd sanitize a little better.

Iris A.

Yelp
This hotel is very outdated. The toilet had a horrible stain and at first I thought it was poop that wasn't flushed down. Gross! The amount of dust on and behind the headboard was incredible. Obviously it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I requested a room facing the outside because the night before I stayed at their hotel in Billings and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. This room was much better as far as the smell. The staff was very nice but I would not stay here again.

Julie H.

Yelp
we were fairly disappointed with the hotel...we knew there was a waterfall in the courtyard area but didn't realize there would be hot tubs as well...our first floor room was one of many that faced the courtyard, and next to each rooms doors were table and chairs making it a social common area right up next to the room. We found that too close for comfort, not to mention the wet floors from those using the hot tubs ,right in front of our door. The room we found to be dated and not very clean, a substandard thermostat that doesn't have numbers to set the temperature at, but a series of dots...and then when you adjust it, a series of clunking noises ensues. not enough time left to continue so we will pass on this hotel for future Missoula visits.

Kelly W.

Yelp
Such a fun funky hotel. And an incredible bargain. I stayed here after a 5 mile hike in Yellowstone park. I needed a place near Missoula airport with a pool and spa. I found it. I got a room on the second floor with a private balcony facing the indoor courtyard and waterfalls. I loved having the indoor pool and hot tubs too. Especially since a freak late spring storm blew in that night and dumped 6 inches of snow that night. The room was beautiful I even left the balcony door open all night so I could hear the waterfall. Breakfast was delicious the staff was courteous. Highly recommend this resort

Amy H.

Yelp
The hotel itself was very nice and clean until you stepped into the common area. There was a large group at the hotel that seemed to be together and with some sort of kids softball tournament. They completely trashed the common area including the hot tubs. Me and my friend tried to sit in a tub that was full of broken plastic silverware so we moved to another to find pizza floating in it. Needless to say we decided the pools were a no go. Not the staffs fault these guests were absolute pigs but it is their fault it wasn't cleaned up. Next I had to listen to these same shits run up and down the hallways and yelling all hours of the day and night. Beds were very comfortable. Too bad I couldn't sleep. Again not the hotel staffs fault the guests were rude but it is their fault they did absolutely NOTHING to stop it. I travel to Missoula often to see friends and family but not sure I will stay again for a lack of the staff caring about out of control guests bothering other guests.

Yelp
I've stayed at most of the Cmon inns in MT and I really like the atmosphere and all the water falls. They also have tables and chairs set up outside each downstairs room plus in the middle and the spas/pools are easy to find. The lobby's all have a fireplace, comfortable couch's and a TV more comfortable than my room. Rooms are your average but breakfast was terrible honestly I blame that on the virus but there was no sausage in my sausage and biscuits the waterfall made up up for it. I'll be back......

Shari M.

Yelp
An upscale room with a woodsy vacation feel. Really nice rooms with all the extras. One of the most unique hotels we've ever stayed in. It's like Beverly hills & Montana Cabin in one. I rarely write reviews, but this one is special.

Sara J.

Yelp
This hotel has so much potential, really cool place, but sadly we were disgusted with our stay. The hot tub water was absolutely filthy and smelt terrible. There was hair all over our shower walls, and when we went to get into bed there were crumbs in our sheets.

Shannon G.

Yelp
So this is the 3rd C'mon Inn we've stayed at in the last 2 weeks (Casper, Wy and Billings, Mt). This is the most expensive out of the 3 ($119 a night here, $76 a night in Casper and $94 a night in Billings) and so far the worst by far. The AC doesn't work, the clerk stated "it's an old building". They boast 5 spas, which have been awesome in other hotels, here one is half full "oh then don't use it" another's jets don't works "oh don't use that either". So far I'm not impressed with our stay here, which sucks because we like our other stays so much.

Cha D.

Yelp
Great place! Good breakfast, beautiful rooms. My bathtub was a little clogged and there was hair on the walls of the shower, but not worth making a fuss about. Otherwise a pleasure to stay, absolutely no complaints!

Jenna P.

Yelp
The one star goes fully to the front desk lady who helped me, very kind and accommodating. Other than that, absolutely disgusting. The only hotel I have ever checked out of immediately after walking into the room. Bugs all over the bathroom floor. Hair and pubes EVERYWHERE, the bathroom floor, the fridge, the countertop. I'm 100% certain this room (hot tub suite, 1st floor) had not been cleaned before me and maybe, well idk how long before that. The first thing that caught my eye was the toilet looked like it had a poop sitting in it, but it was just disgustingly brown at the bottom. Clothing tags on the floor (not mine!). Grime around the sink drain. Food all over the inside of the microwave. What appeared to be fritos all around the couch cushions. Of course after I noticed the toilet then I was noticing more and more, by the end I was like "can I find ANYTHING clean?!" I did not check the bed however LOL too scary, I don't even wanna think about what I could've found the girl at the front offered to check me into a different room but I was too disturbed to stay at that hotel after what I had seen. Got a full refund, went to another hotel and immediately took a shower

Kari C.

Yelp
For our early 2018 Valentine's Day we rented the Jacuzzi suite. First, the kid at the counter needed everything but a blood sample to check.in and would not allow us to pay cash. We had a reservation and when we arrived the room was freezing. The Jacuzzi was wonderful. We were told breakfast was at 6 a.m. and arrived about 5 minutes early. The woman setting up the buffet was visibly irritated by us being there so we came back later. The food was prepared well but generic (instant eggs). Ultimately we were promised a rate of $149 but charged $185. When I asked the front desk about the overcharge they said I should contact my bank. Basically the room and food were good but the service is lacking.

Ben H.

Yelp
I have stayed at a C'ome on Inn several times including this one. A little smaller than others but still exactly the same. Got a king bed on the main floor. Seemed a bit dated compared to others. There was paper on the floor, looked like from a straw. Moved the recliner to open the shades. There were enough crumbs from a hundred meals left behind to feed a small army. A hair tie and a plastic fingernail. The mattress pad, close to your head, looked like someone wiped their ass with it. Come back at 9pm and the entire hallway stinks of cigarettes, bad. Get to the room, its worse. Call the desk, yes we are non-smoking, we will check it out. 10 minutes later, they light up again. Continued all night, called at 11pm again. I will walk down myself they said. Continued until they must have went to sleep. Started up again in the morning. Migraine from hell at this point. The whole hallway and floor smells like a 80's nightclub. Lets get out of here for a new hotel (Holiday Inn express). Told the desk, nothing was noted last night, I will tell housekeeping and they will look and we will charge them $100. Great, thanks. Won't stay here again.

Jill D.

Yelp
Covid precautions being taken! All staff is wearing masks! Hot tubs are open to one family per hot tub. We always stay here, it's beautiful. A bit pricey but soooo worth it! It's super clean too. Comfy beds and a complimentary filling breakfast. I'd live in this hotel if I could

Pam H.

Yelp
mixed. the positives are the front desk staff are nice, genuine, and helpful. the pool was great! clean and just big enough to do laps. 2 hot tubs in the pool area. nice. the lobby 'looks' nice with the cabin-like beams, but it's very misleading. the website photos made the hotel look like oasis w flowers and waterfalls. no flowers. there was a waterfall-like thing on the plastic rocks. the worst part for me was the rooms are filthy. the bathrooms were disgusting, previous guests' hairs everywhere, old old shower floor grout was moldy and black in the corners. There are 4 (3?) hot tubs in the hotel as noted, yes, but they're in the lobby as you walk through. the rooms all look over the lobby w the hot tubs, which is just an interesting business model (strange?) and each room on the main lobby floor has a plastic picnic table outside each respective guest door w umbrellas and plastic chairs. the second worst part for me is the $250/night for a misleading representation that was so filthy. it's 15 minutes outside of downtown Missoula, which is where I should have started. they did give me my money back when I cancelled for the 2nd night. but to get your money back to cancel, you have to make your reservation through the hotel directly.

Carrie E.

Yelp
Friendly staff does not even care there will be 20 or so 12 year old boys running around! As long as they are in bed by 11:00. PERFECT

Gregory L.

Yelp
Was told that room service was available upon request, so I requested it and didn't receive it. Apparently room-cleaning and fresh towels, washcloths, etc., are no longer provided unless you ask for them. Even when you do, there is no guarantee that you will receive them.

Karli K.

Yelp
Loved it for our family of four. Kids used the arcade and the pool. The location was fine for getting around the city. Room was a generous size. The hot breakfast was decent. better than most. We will be staying here on our next road trip through Montana.

Carrie N.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed in the jacuzzi suite... It was absolutely amazing for a early romantic early Valentine's day

Brion H.

Yelp
Great experience! Our entire immediate family consisting of nine adults and six children spent two nights at the C'mon Inn. Everything about the hotel was perfect!

Michael C.

Yelp
It was awhile back but I was looking at hotels/inns today and I was reminded of our experience. I booked via the website. I clicked on book king jacuzzi and instead of saying it wasn't available it must've defaulted to a regular king room with another 'book it' button. It wasn't obvious and I simply didn't notice. When my wife and I arrived they were booked solid and no king jacuzzi. The front desk was rude and we left. I called back to make sure our reservation was cancelled and they were rude on the phone. I called the wingate in Missoula and they had a jacuzzi room and were very friendly. I will never book the cmon inn again

Sally J.

Yelp
I am writing this from the hotel room. I really want to be sleeping but cannot. The bed is so worn out that I am in the shape of a U and can feel the hardness below my hip due to it compacting so hard. Think this bed is as old as the building. Going to hug the edge in hopes to fall asleep. The hotel is quiet on my end. Kinda bummed as I had a higher expectations. Hope to sleep soon Heather D Update: Hotel was very generous and refund partial room rate. I appreciate their efforts to make it better

Scott N.

Yelp
Very kind staff. Good sized pool and nice hot tubs. Interior balconies were a really nice idea. My son said it felt kind of like a cross between Cabela's and a hotel! The breakfast was great too. During our visit someone set off the fire alarm. I can guarantee that you won't sleep through an emergency!

Grace N.

Yelp
Really surprised by how nice the hotel was considering we called it based off of a dingy billboard, but it was really nice, fantastic and unique swimming and hot tubing options, great warm breakfast, especially since every hotel we've stayed at this week touting a hot breakfast was giving cheap bag breakfasts with crap in them (curse you, covid). I'm not even going to subtract one star For the 6am fire alarm because it was due to a cooking snafu of the REAL eggs and sausage. That's right, real. Worth not having the gross eggs for a little wake up call

Raquel M.

Yelp
Love the hotel, there's hot tubs everywhere and a pool, relaxing atmosphere and breakfast was great. It's not crowded like most hotels, we had our own space and really just got to relax a lot. Only downfall is restaurants close extremely early so when we got in pretty late we ended up eating at a fast food place.

Jon M.

Yelp
My wife - for all of 20hours, wow - and I stayed here after getting married in Missoula. The staff here allowed us to check into a room early so that my bride could use it to get ready for our wedding. They greeted us at the desk and knew who we were and where we needed to go. We had no idea how exhausted we would be after our ceremony, reception, all the planning, all the toasts, all the goodbyes... We stayed in a jacuzzi room but missed checkout by 30 mins, missed the breakfast - hey, it's the morning after our wedding, give us a break. And they did. The wonderful front desk staff remembered us. They gave us silverware so we could heat up some leftovers. They helped us use their office area to print a document we need for later today, and all this far after they were gracious about our belated check-out. I know these are small things, but the bottom line is that we arrived frazzled and tired, and we left energized and thinking about nothing other than hiw to spend our first day together. Thanks!

Jim R.

Yelp
Honestly I'm just tired and want to go to sleep so we're giving up on any sense of decency, privacy, and security. It's summer in Montana with Temps in the low 90s. The room was hot so we cranked the a/c and Left to find dinner at one of the wonderful breweries in the area. Coming back around 7 pm the room still is as hot as humid as the hot tubs we expected to visit but but not sleep in. We're told that all the rooms are sold out so we'll have to wait until 10:30 pm when they have maintenance on shift, otherwise we can just leave our parking lot level windows open all night during one of the worst fire seasons this area has had in decades. Come 11:00 pm we ask about the maintenence guy and are now told that most of the building is just broken and we can have an extra fan. So here we are, midnight, with three other rooms full with people at recommended based on our wedding trip three years ago, mostly naked, windows open, lights from the last truck to pull in still blasting through the room, random horns going off and Jake brakes grinding on I90 hoping some stranger doesn't decide to just knock the screen out and do who knows what. The smoke has cleared a bit and it's late enough I don't care anymore about fighting off any weirdos coming through the screen windows at 2 am...but this still isn't really the experience I expect for $200 a night

Mark C.

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Top 3, to include the Great Wolf Lodge. I was there for 3 days during the middle of the week, so it was not very crowded at all. The customer service was great, I want to say their names were Christina and Kelly, I could be wrong, but I talked them a number of times and they helped me with an issue with our TV. They were awesome. Our room was incredibly comfortable, the pool was very clean and we had a great time swimming. The breakfast they provided was really good too. I do not live in Missoula, but I would drive out of my way to stay here next time I am anywhere near that area. Thanks!

Brad W.

Yelp
Excellent hotel, great ambiance, very affordable. This place was only 6 dollars more than the POS Ramada in Bozeman.

Mike D.

Yelp
Its 35 outside, but 85 inside our room with a broken ac.....no manager on site until Monday. Youllan have a fan though if you ask nicely.

Christopher N.

Yelp
The facility itself was in good condition, however it was a horrible experience. There was an almost continuous thunder of people, children most likely, up and down the halls. We informed the front desk and were told quiet hours did not start until 11pm. When we asked to speak to a manager the following morning, we were told none were available because it was the weekend. When we told the desk attendant why we wanted a manager, he told us that it was pretty routine that families show up and just let their children run amok, feeling that parenting is not needed. He also informed us that the following evening would almost assuredly be the same. With that assurance, we checked out after only one night of what was to be a two night stay. I went to the C'mon Inn website and used the "Contact Us" link to let management/corporate know of our experience. Several weeks later we have yet to be contacted about our stay. Having received the same response (None) from the front desk and management/corporate, I can only surmise that customer experience does not mean what it used to. Overall, do NOT stay at this hotel if you expect to do any relaxing in your room prior to 11pm.

Teresa S.

Yelp
Great location. Five hot tubs and a pool all indoors. The rooms are nice and the little outside sitting area for each room is a plus. Now the not so good. They need better cleaning. The bathroom was dirty. Floor. Shower. The vent didn't work at all but I was glad because there was at least six inches of dust and dirt on it. Same with AC vent. I got approved for late check out. Regular was 12 according to literature. At 12:15 my last day a maid knocked on the door wanting to know when we would be out. Keep in mind we had the do not disturb sign out. She came in before I could get to the door. Rude. I Told her we have late checkout. Not 15 minutes later another knock and this woman basically told us to get out. We checked out they didn't even ask if we were happy. Yes well I'm not. Paid a lot of money for rude.

Dolores G.

Yelp
[I swear I had reviewed this place] I stayed/lived here for a while (couple weeks). The lobby and pool areas are open and cabin like. The rooms are clean, spacious and newly remodeled and include a nice large lcd tv. I particularly enjoyed going out to the several indoor hot tubs and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast offered was always pleniful and fresh. Conveniently located off the interstate means you can get where you need to be relatively quickly.

Brandon Q.

Yelp
The hotel is great looking, the rooms are good enough (nothing special), the hot tubs located throughout the atrium area are nice, but unfortunately, the staff members were rude as could be. My wife and a friend of hers were sitting on chairs in the atrium area after they kicked all of the kids out of the pool area, and one of the employees told them that they need to go back to their rooms. With a puzzled look, my wife said that they would rather finish their conversation. The lady said "if I hear one peep out of you, we're going to have issues." I've never heard of anything like that in my life. It took me back to being 9 years old at summer camp...

David D.

Yelp
Great place for families. We stayed for a week and the staff was very helpful. The downside is the noise from the atrium, it can get loud and they keep it open till 11 pm. Other then that, it's a great place.

James C.

Yelp
Doesn't look like much from the outside...a big rustic log house...inside it is warm and inviting with huge courtyard like a cozy log cabin with tables, spas, and a big waterfall. The bears hugging some log posts and a fake mountain goat are nice touches. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. Indoor pool, small kids arcade and ping pong table were nice too. Sitting areas overlooking the courtyard were comfy and inviting. Very relaxing and enjoyable hotel. Will be back!

Laura H.

Yelp
Everyone I've ever talked to at this hotel is so nice. The atmosphere is amazing - it's got a cabin, outdoorsy feel and several hot tubs in the floor on the first floor. We travel from Washington to Montana several times a year and like to stay in the double queen suite with an in-room jacuzzi, and it never disappoints. If you haven't been here, you should try it.

William C.

Yelp
We had a lovely stay here. Staff were friendly . Breakfast was very tasty coffee is one of the best I've had. Bed is comfy and there are tons of pillows. They have four hot tubs and I tried one after a swim. The swimming pool room is amazing the wood decor is fantastic an you and see the mountains through the windows while swimming. The woodwork throughout this inn gives it a unique feel that makes it cosy. Drop one star for no water in the room otherwise I highly recommend this inn.

Darcia D.

Yelp
We purposefully route our trip through Missoula just in order to stay here. The lodge architecture is cozy, the taxidermy, antlers, waterfall, and foliage in the massive atrium make you feel like you're outside. The pool is incredible, the breakfast is incredible, all the hot tubs right outside your room (if you're on the ground floor) are incredible, the elevator is clear and so fun to ride. The rooms are clean and functional, and the staff are professional.

Janice R.

Yelp
My husband and I were banned from this hotel because we complained. The first weekend was I found blood on the sheets and I called the front desk and was very nice about it but I asked him to change the sheets. The next weekend We found a push-up ice cream wrapper on the floor, and my husband went to the front desk complaint. The following weekend I found post it notes on the floor and my husband went up to complain. So my advice to anyone that is not to complain or you won't be able to stay there

Scott C.

Yelp
Good accommodations at a reasonable price. Beds are comfortable, one of the better hotel beds I've stated at in a long time. Pillows are good, which is even harder to come by. Our room had a little musky odor to it, but nothing bad. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room, even if we didn't really use either. Well, we used the fridge to cool water. The tv is a decent flat screen, but the channels are of typical lodgenet quality with some hd additions. Only complaint was the a/c in rm 110 was a little noisy. I don't know how the others are, and it could have been a few degrees cooler, but I slept well and would come back here again. The reclining chair in the room was a nice addition too.

Yelp
The service and staff are professional and caring. We were treated very well and respectfully at all times. The rooms are well cared for and clean. Upper level rooms have balconies overlooking the breakfast/pool areas. Beds are extremely comfortable, and other patrons with whom we spoke confirmed our experience. The hotel has an indoor pool and 5 hot tubs in the common area. The complimentary breakfast includes a form of sausage (Polish/Hillshire farms/etc), scrambled eggs and cheese, fried potatoes, pancakes, apples/bananas, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, milk, juice, coffee, and teas. Room rates are good, especially considering the provided amenities. Location is also great, right on I90 and Reserve St. which hosts many restraints and shopping for Missourians.

Yelp
We stayed here for two nights in a two queen bed jacuzzi suite #201. The room was so large but was starting to show some wear. The toilet ran, the sink wouldn't drain, the shower had no pressure and there was a large hole in the ceiling next to the vent (maybe a repair gone wrong). Also the kiddie pool was murky. Things that were good: bedding was white and clean and fresh, parking was close, the breakfast was hot (not delicious but free and hot) and it is located right off the freeway close to a Starbucks. Will not stay here again (we like to stay at different places unless we are amazed) but would recommend someone to give it a try, its decorated very rustic and adds to that "authentic Montana" charm.
