CNES is a shoe store, but honestly, we’re all here for the cobbler! High-quality cobblers are rare in Singapore, and CNES delivers.
I was thrilled they still have JR soles in stock - old school oak bark, pit-tanned leather that’s extra durable, with double-thick heel rubbers.
Unfortunately, I also heard they might stop carrying them due to low demand (Singapore consumers apparently can't tell the difference in quality… ahem), which would be a real shame. In the worst case, they also offer Martin soles (but JR is clearly the gold standard balance of looks and durability.)

CNES is my go-to shop now. This was my second visit, and once again, the service was fantastic and the repair quality was top-notch.
I brought in a pair of loafers for a Vibram sole repair, and repair was done well. My previous damage to the heel was fixed and what was impressive was the efficiency - The repair only took 4 days. I highly recommend CNES to anyone needing reliable shoe repair.

I had a fabulous experience shopping at CNES Shoemaker. I spent close to forty minutes trying on different sizes, talking shoes with Mr. Hakim, who was fantastic. Always smiling, providing the right suggestions and finally finding the perfect fit for me. I picked up a tobacco shade penny loafer. Would definitely recommend CNES Shoemaker for anyone considering to buy dress shoes. Mr. Hakim will ensure that you have a lovely time while helping you pick out shoes.
PS : The store stocks almost all Saphir products. Saphir products in my opinion are the best way to protect your investments. Peace :)

Happy with my shoes from here! As a customer not familiar with dress shoes, Hakeem and Jordan did a great job with patiently listening to my considerations, walking me through my options, and providing honest recommendations (even recommending a cheaper pair of shoes even though I was eyeing a more expensive pair). Great service from Hakim and Jordan. Brought out multiple sizes to make sure I found a size that balanced between looking great and feeling great. Despite not having the specific boot I wanted in stock, they suggested another pair that fit my requirements equally if not better. They also patiently answered my enquiries on shoe care.
