Loved this spot. Friendly and informative service. Ordering was so convenient. Food was absolutely delicious. The cucumbers were amazing and the pork bao buns are EXCEPTIONAL. Parking was hard though, but no fault to the business. I left happy and would definitely come back 😊

Google
Such a cute space with great vibes! I loved all the wood and greenery inside—it made for a really cozy atmosphere. The ramen was decent, and ordering on the kiosks was super easy. Service was on point, too. Definitely a nice spot to visit!

Google
We love this place. Not only is the decor very aesthetic and appealing, the food delicious. This is definitely our favorite new ramen spot. Each broth for the different bowls is so savory and flavorful. Great portion sizes, and everything we have tried so far has been top notch. Definitely recommend the Tonkotsu ramen, and the spicy tori paitan ramen pictured here. The Japanese fried chicken appetizer is also wonderful, we get that every single time. When you go in you order on a screen, take a number and sit down. The booth seating feels very private and is very kid friendly.

Google
Very casual spot, a quick eat-and-go place, but I don’t think I’d return. You order at the kiosk, and the staff brings the food to your table. Friendly staff. The Japanese fried chicken & ramen broth were good, but the ramen was disappointing —nothing special, in my opinion. My noodles were… terrible.

Google
🍜 CO-OP is the real deal. The ramen is packed with flavor, the price is solid, and when I asked for extra spicy they didn’t hold back! Super satisfying and hits all the right notes. The best ramen bowl I’ve had in a while. 🌶️

Google
I would come back just for the appetizers! The brussels sprouts and marinated cucumbers were amazing!

Zhazha Lo

Google
The food was delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. However, the experience was disrupted by consistently loud conversations coming from the kitchen throughout our 30-minute meal. While it’s understandable that staff communicate and enjoy their work, the volume made it difficult to fully enjoy our dining experience. A bit more mindfulness in keeping kitchen noise down would make a big difference.

Google
Got the Tonkotsu Ramen and wasn’t disappointed! The broth was incredibly rich, egg cooked well, and the meet was pretty tender. The ordering experience was also seamless as they have a digital self checkout experience which also helps with understanding all of the options available for customizing your recipe. Outdoor seating is available and the overall vibe is great ad a result of being within the eighth street market. Would highly recommend checking this spot out!

Yelp
I find ramen to be healing and I came here the day after driving 10 hours to Bentonville. This is easily the best ramen in the city (even though it's the only one I tried). I mentioned this to my local friend, who told me they'd heard someone from Austin's Ramen Tatsu-ya had trained the staff here, which makes perfect sense. The flavor and unctuous nature of the broth reminded me so much of theirs. When I walked in, it wasn't busy. One person was ordering at the register, so I took to the touch screen. It's pretty intuitive, albeit a bit clunky. I had a moment where it tilted too much, and I had to readjust. Otherwise, it was easy to order my ramen for dine-in and then my extras (Brussels and karaage chicken) to-go by simply indicating in the notes section. As I said before, the ramen itself was on point. Really chill spot to get lunch alone or with friends. I was midway through my lunch when one of the staff came by to ask me if I wanted utensils packed in my to-go order. I found that really thoughtful as they could've easily just done so without asking me, but I appreciated the attention to detail as I was just going to take it back home anyway. Less waste! Bentonvilleans, consider yourselves lucky to have such a gem in town.

Yelp
One of my faves, I always go when I visit Bentonville. Cool interior design, great food, fun shops in the same strip to check out.

Yelp
The food was delicious! The atmosphere is a little impersonal, but it works out well. My mother and I split Karrage and a bowl of ramen for about $30. It is fairly expensive, but generous for 1 person!

Anna K.

Yelp
I have lived in NWA for my entire life and this is easily my favorite meal. The spicy fried chicken ramen is a game changer. Very savory and flavorful - every element of the dish is great. The atmosphere of the booths combined with the kind staff make it a great meal for a date night or family dinner

R L.

Yelp
This place is delicious!! The flavor of tonkatsu ramen was so flavorful! The karage chicken with the spicy honey...to die for! I will def go back. This place is way better than the other ramen spot in town! Only thing I will ask for next time, if for the soup to be hotter and less noodles! Place was clean and lots of seating. Other than that 10 stars if I could. Oh, also the staff was soooo nice and super helpful. Very patient with our questions!

Yelp
Got the Tokyo Bowl for takeout. Pretty good - especially with a little bit of the red sauce, but the noodles were kinda difficult to deal with. Half of them were still stuck together, like a block, even after sitting in the broth for a few minutes. The broth also has a TON of umami packed into it, if you're into that. Also got brussels sprouts as a starter. The sprouts were fine, but the pickled onions banged. I feel like like the sprouts were supposed to be crispy; they were soft by the time I got back home, but still pretty good. They have a very user-friendly UI for you to place your order when you walk in. Food was ready in 10 mins. I know ramen is expensive, but 30 bucks for a bowl, brussels sprouts, and some soda is wild. And the soda was, like, six bucks alone!!

Yelp
delicious ramen and so authentic. loved the vibes of this place too. also got the bao (fried chicken) it was phenomenal

Ty L.

Yelp
CO-OP is a tremendously interesting restaurant with great ambiance. The Chashu Bao-Bun was an excellent appetizer that is worth trying and the Spicy Tori Paitan is one of the best ramen noodle dishes that I have ever tried.
google avatar

Daniela R.

Yelp
unfortunately, every time I've gone, its gotten lower and lower on my return scale. The broth is 90% oil, and the rest is just light broth. The chicken is alright, but the overall taste isn't there. The order station can be convenient, when it's not rush hour! otherwise, youre looking at abour 30 minutes to wait for people to make their mind at the screens. This isn't traditional ramen..
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
Never had bad ramen here - love the ordering setup and the broth they use is extremely rich. Always good!
google avatar

Teka A.

Yelp
I had co-op Ramen two years ago, but I was disappointed this time. My Ramen was not hot enough, and the noodles were not separated properly. It was just a lump of spaghetti noodles that had been boiled for a while and then thrown in.
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
Coop is my favorite Ramen place in Arkansas. I started with the Marinated Cucumber, which was delicious. The Brussel Sprouts are great as well. My main was the Vegan Ramen, I asked them to make it spicy, and they delivered. The flavor of the dish was outstanding, and the portion size was perfect. The staff is also friendly and attentive. Definitely my go to ramen place from now on.
google avatar

Jordan C.

Yelp
This was disappointing. I got the Tonkotsu ramen, and it wasn't very warm when it arrived, I should have sent it back. The pork wasn't very tasty, and there was something very wrong with the noodles texture. I made it through about half the bowl before giving up. My boss ordered the same and agreed it wasn't good. Nothing about it was especially authentic. Service was "ok" but they brought out like one dish at a time and some people had their food while others did not so we ate at different times. I would encourage them to revisit their recipes, and cannot recommend eating here. The people who ordered chicken seemed happier, but as this is a Ramen restaurant I feel they should do better. I can't imagine going back. Atmosphere was generic fake-Japanese.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're looking for a good ramen or rice bowl place - this is it! It's located in a market area with other restaurants and breweries so all your friends can order from different places and you can all meet up. I ordered a rice bowl and was pleased with it, but I saw my coworkers ramen and it looked phenomenal! Next time I stop in I'll have to try the ramen!
google avatar

Esme N.

Yelp
I love this place! I got the basic tonkotsu the first time I went to visit. The menu could be a tad confusing it said what kind of noodles you want. But it's actually an add on. The service was great and the employees were very friendly and attentive. Love it here! Can't wait To go back.
google avatar

Callie S.

Yelp
Everything I've eaten here has been wonderful. The service great. I LOVE that they have free flat or sparkling water. It is always a first choice for me and teen.
google avatar

Madi L.

Yelp
Don't let the ambiance fool you. This is not traditional ramen, and nobody that makes the food here knows what they're doing. The broth is extremely salty, enough to kill a small child. The noodles are NOT ramen noodles. The noodles are reminiscent of angel hair pasta, and they were not fully cooked. The only good thing about this was the egg and the pork. However, the pork was so saturated in fat that it wasn't worth even eating much of. I wouldn't waste my money coming here again, as it ruined my appetite. Go somewhere that actually makes decent ramen if you care what you ingest.
google avatar

Greg S.

Yelp
Vegans and veggies - you've got four good options: vegan miso, spicy vegan miso and a brothless bowl plus a veggie rice bowl. Unfortunately, they were out of vegan noodles when I arrived and I was so in the mood for ramen. So my only option was the veggie rice bowl. $14 with a Dr. Pepper. Lots of tofu, carrots, corn, scallions, pickled onions, beets, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, bok choy over a bed of rice. I'll give it a 4 for quality, but a 3 for flavor (bland). Rounding down to 3 for no vegan options. I'll revisit when (if) I come back for ramen later.

Yelp
This place always has amazing food. Ambiance is very chill. I like the choice of still or sparkling water. My only thing would be they never bring share plates with appetizers. Maybe I should memo that in when I order? Regardless, easily my favorite Ramen place in the local area.

Yelp
Architecture...check Live plant wall....check Cool digital wall art.....check Delicious ramen.....duh Imagine my shock to find an authentic and delicious ramen kitchen in Bentonville! My family and I were checking out the 8th street market that is sadly, half closed, when we stumbled upon Co Op and it was a welcome treat. Ordering electronically on a counter pad may be a little trying for some people, like my father in law, but there is someone there to assist you should you need any help. I found the system to be seamless and very easy to use. As soon as we placed our orders, we got water from the pitcher at the end of the counter and sat down at a wooden table equipped for a large party. Besides the fact that is was way too cold in the shop, we were very satisfied with our choices: Blistered shishito peppers Tonkotsu and spicy miso tonkotsu Spicy tori patina made with fried chicken! Spicy noodle bowl All meals were delicious!
google avatar

Diya L.

Yelp
We didn't like this ramen place- too Americanized and not enough focus on the broth and noodles. +1 star for efficient ordering system and beautifully designed space. I suggest going to "the other" ramen place in town. This is fine if you are at 8th street market and crave ramen, but not something I would drive and make a special effort for.

Yelp
Re-visited three yearly later, I didn't remember I left a review for this place before. Just came to meet up with friends. Overall, slightly improved from three years ago, that's a good thing! Same quality of ramen noodles and broth as before, mediocre taste! Chatshu meat is better compared to three years ago, they looked and tasted finally like real chatshu, not thin stripes of bacons anymore. So I gave them an extra star. Both visits, I didn't finish it, or I should say, I only took a few bits and left it alone. Its not meet my average Ramen expectations, Pls keep improving the taste!

Yelp
We walked in the front to a line that was facing the opposite direction and going out towards the bar/drink pick up. First impression was that there is a problem with the flow of the line that you stand in to order. Once we got in line, the bartender was suggesting drinks, which was the saving grace. We ordered a beer and frozen sake cocktail, which was sweet and delicious. There are hand held menus and also a digital menu board behind the bar, making it easy to figure out the ingredients and what to order. I ordered the SPICY TORI PAITAN ($13) which the cashier claimed was not spicy. He was right. Two ramens and 2 drinks totaled $47, which I shouldn't have been surprised by, but it did catch me off guard. The cashier asked which side of the restaurant we wanted to sit at and we picked a booth. He told us our table number and we sat down and waited for our food to arrive. Once it did arrive, I enjoyed my ramen and the flavor of the broth. Employees were walking by delivering other food, but no one came to check on us. You can tell they spent a lot of time and money on the aesthetic of the restaurant, but it seems to have a problem with the flow since there are 2 separate entrances. I hope that they can figure this out. I'll probably come back once they work out the kinks in opening this new spot.

Yelp
This place was so unique! Looks like a small hole in the wall, but once you walk in, wow. It's truly fascinating! The architecture style and atmosphere is one of a kind. It is a self order style, which is different. It's not like a typical restraunt where you wait to be greeted to sit down and order. ( Hope you don't mind the tech savvy computer ordering style ) The edamame was great, but the peppers were even BETTER! The seasoning that's on top really compliments the pepper, but be careful because there was maybe 3 spicy peppers that had me coughing. ‍ TRY the TONKOTSU ! This ramen bowl was DELICIOUS! Very thick birth-y flavor, so much food I couldn't finish it. Definitely worth trying it for the first time!

Braeden S.

Yelp
The ambiance is amazing the food tastes good and the service was quick! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Took the front person a while to attend to us since he was on his phone . Food was not very hot and horrible tasting . DO NOT recommend at all!!!! After the first bite I left .

Yelp
The food is great and it's a pretty chill location. What is unfortunate is that they closed at 8. People were coming in and being turned away. Wish it stayed opened till 9. It's summer and the days are longer.

Yelp
Ramen. This is what I ordered. Togo. I frequented food from this place twice in a week. The first time I ordered the shoyu "light and balanced" ramen. Broth was delicious and creamy. The person I ordered it for said that it may have been the best ramen in the area and that the Chashu was AMAZING!! She noticed that there were no bamboo shoots ( ordered extra) and no egg. :( I ordered the broth less ramen. It was not good to me but I can see how others may like it. We also ordered eggrolls = DELICIOUS!!! With the peanut miso sauce . Amazing. Overall 4/5 for missing things in the order and the extra thing we paid for. 2 days later Things ordered - shoyu light and balanced with extra bambo Spicy paitan with extra egg Classic ( forgot the name) Double order of eggroll Order of brussel sprouts Overall.. broth was colder than before. I praised how warm the ramen was especially Togo in the previous instance. This time it was below room temp. Eggs had a cold center. This was not our experience with the previous order. Eggrolls = amazing AGAIN! This is where things get weird. The classic and the shoyu both were labeled. The broth was labeled shoyu and the contents ( noodles etc.. ) were labeled appropriately. This time we had 3 people. What we noticed is that the food was mislabeled.. possibly .. but both of were missing parts to it that were promised. Lack of mushrooms or bamboo etc... one had almost all the makings of the correct order but missed noodles.. The spicy paitan was not spicy and the brussel sprouts were SAAAAALTY!!!!! Omg. The sauce that came with them was nice.. I enjoyed dipping the eggroll in it. Overall.. I felt kind of cheated. There is room for improvement with ingredients being in the food and stuff being over seasoned but I don't think I will be returning for a while.

Yelp
Have been here several times and it is always a great experience! Really yummy ramen and bao buns, cool atmosphere, and drinks all at a decent price!! Plus it's at 8th street market so it's very close to a lot of other cool spots!! Service is always quick and good!

Yelp
Went to Co-op on a recent chilly night. I ordered the fried chicken with wavy noodles and my partner ordered the pork belly with gluten free noodles. We both enjoyed our meals. I do wish there was more chicken in mine. It felt like there could have been a little bit more meat. My partner really enjoyed his meal as well. I wish there were more gluten free appetizer options that we could have share since the food took a while. The booth we sat at was comfortable and the wood structure is interesting to look at.

Yelp
My original plan was to try co-op one additional time before writing this review. I understand that with a new restaurant come numerous problems and hiccups that early customers have to tolerate. So, I wanted to wait a few weeks and come back, and then write a thoughtful review. However, I don't think I will ever return, leaving me to write this review now. The three main areas that were negative in my experience were the overall process, the service, and the food. When I first arrived to the restaurant, I thought it was super cool looking! Although there is not extensive seating, there are several small booths, several bar style seating accommodations, and one large table that could accommodate a larger group. That being said, if you have a larger party than approximately four people I would recommend going elsewhere. The restaurant is well decorated, with the majority being raw plywood. When you first walk in, you follow the signs that say "place your order this way", and unfortunately they weave you through a tight hallway past numerous diners and booths. It makes it kind of uncomfortable because while you're trying to walk through to find the counter to order, every single person dining turns to look at you. Once you make it to the line, and wait through it, you end up at a cash register. However, this is the drink line only, and after ordering drinks you're pushed to another cash register for food ordering. You're also assigned a table, so there's no choosing where you want to sit, and once you sit your food it brought out to you. My experience varied from the standard process that was explained to us, as they were on an order hold when we arrived, which meant we were not able to place an order until the kitchen got caught up. So, we ordered our drinks, and were assigned a specific table. After about a 45 minute wait, someone actually came to the table to take our order. Our orders were simple and didn't stray from the menu at all, but shortly after placing them we were told that the kitchen was out of two of the items we ordered. So, we had to scramble to decide what to order, and once we finally did, we assumed the confusion was behind us. Instead, we ended up having five bowls of ramen delivered to us when we only ordered three. The wait staff that delivered us the food was incredibly confused, and frustrated. Attitude was emanating from them as we expressed our confusion and tried to figure out which dish was what. They wanted to bring us our food and move on, but it was uncomfortable for us all. As we were all just getting our food and starting to eat, a woman came up to us (I think a manager) and said "I'm here for money". It caught us off guard, and although I'm sure she was trying to be funny, we had plans to order further beer and soda which we were unable to do. We also weren't able to see an itemized list of what we ordered, so we just had to blindly pay. The food wasn't good either. I'm not a ramen snob at all, but I have had some legit ramen in nyc, and this paled in comparison. In fact, I was incredibly sick the entire evening after dinner! One bite of the "pork belly", which looked more like a dead cat's tongue, and my stomach turned. The flavor of the broth was good, but my ramen was cold and the pork belly seemed raw and unsafe to eat. It had no caramelized edges like pork belly ramen should. Another person in my group ordered their spiciest dish, and even I couldn't detect any spice. Overall, we were really disappointed. We were at Co-op for over two hours, received nothing but negative and frustrating service, had sub par cold ramen, and no one was the least bit apologetic. I understand that opening a new restaurant is hard, but you've got to do some apologizing when things go wrong if you want people like me to even consider coming back. I would recommend every single other restaurant at the 8th street market over Co-op. I hope things improve for future diners, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

Yelp
Great new Ramen place to try out. It has a super cool vibe inside-- Great atmosphere created by Ropeswing of course. Because of that, it's also pricey. For 4 of us, it was ~$80. We each liked our ramen, especially the spicy chicken one. The shiitake gyoza were also tasty, a little odd consistency but that's mushrooms for ya. The setup is a bit odd and they didn't quite give you instructions of how the line worked: 1. Don't sit first, and don't plan to choose your own table. 2. Order your drinks at first register but don't pay for them there.... 3. Order food-- But use the names of the dishes, not the numbers that are assigned because the employee inputting the food order doesn't go by those. Lol Eventhough the drink server was explaining each of the dishes by number ‍. It's still a new place working through the kinks but it's a unique experience for Bentonville and some tasty food.

Dani m.

Yelp
All the food is really good but a little pricey for the portion you get. They have a ton of drink options and quick service. I love the ambiance of this place!!

Yelp
Great ramen bar!!! Very nice new business in the 8th Street Market. The drink and food menu are straight forward. The food menu is not too complex and it is very diverse. There are add on items and a couple of starter options. The food is delicious!!! The menu items are authentic, original, and perfectly cooked. They have noodle and rice options. Some of which are vegan and vegetarian. They have alcohol options for adults and that includes sake. They have a variety of seating to accommodate any social circumstance. Whether you are solo or with a large group, they have place to sit. Don't forget to add the spicy pepper oil!!

Yelp
CO-OP is a pleasant addition to NWA! Ramen is a favorite on a cold day and this place delivers! The broth was extremely flavorful and I appreciated the noodle/ingredients-to-broth ratio. I'm somewhat of a ramen snob, and this place gets a thumbs up. I'll definitely be back. Oh, I had the Spicy Tori Paitan, but also heard the Spare Rib is mmm mmm good (will try on next visit)!!
google avatar

Brian T.

Yelp
Mediocre ramen - we were excited for this because we saw it was heavily funded. The broth was great, but the overall meal was lacking. Cons: There was a limited menu, Noodles were gummy - could've been shincup noodles, lack of quantity of ingredients (e.g., 1 bamboo shoot, 2 or 3 would've made a difference), small portion of meat, Pros: Broth was rich and delicious. We ordered tonkatsu. Not our cup of tea.
google avatar

Andrea B.

Yelp
CO-OP is excellent. The ramen is flavorful and interesting. The broth is really the strong point. Some noodles are better than others. Really enjoyed everything I've had here. Their pork tonkatsu is always a highlight. They have one option that is rotating so lately I've tried whatever is new. The service is excellent, fast, friendly and the vibe/decor is really lovely: they have a large communal space or some more private booths.
google avatar

Gayla B.

Yelp
The ramen is extremely good! We had the classic Tokyo shoyu and Tonkotsu Spare Rib. The classic was definitely better than the tonkotsu. We also had the shitake gyoza. Everything was flavorful, but my only issue was the service both times I was there. They brought out everyone's food but one person both times. It was a good 20 minutes before the last person got their meal. I think there was a honest mix up when the meals were served and they had to remake it. The booths are a little small and cramped but I like the concept. There is only one area to sit if you bring in a big group. Overall, good food!

Yelp
TL;DR: The live plant wall and area on the inside is beautiful. It's very clean and has that modern/minimal feel. It doesn't vibe well with the food; mediocre, noodles don't have that springy chew. If you're in the area, try a bowl but it's not going to be my go-to. ________________ Rating Schema: ***** Once in a lifetime, absolutely fantastic. **** Great food, service, and atmosphere. Repeat. *** Meh. Perhaps will go back if nothing else. ** Yeah, I went here drunk and food was aight. * Why is this open? ________________ Walk-Up: It's located in the same building as 8th St Market. We followed some signs and entered in to a door with plywood walls. A bit maze feeling until we found the counter. Atmosphere: Very open and alive because of all the plants. I really liked the aesthetic inside especially with the open kitchen concept, too. Drinks: You order drinks first. They have draft cocktails and a play on using sake as a mixer. There is also a self-serve water and seltzer station, which is what we opted for. Food: I ordered the Tonkotsu (Shio) and they handed us a number and took us to our seats. The food arrived very fast (within 5 minutes of sitting down). The chashu slices were very large and meaty but lacking depth and flavor; however, they were very tender. The soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly and delicious. The broth was more greasy than creamy. I was disappointed in the noodles itself, they were stringy and did not have any spring/chew. Perhaps, they have a different type of noodle that I can request next time. The individual components of the bowl were all decent, but they did not come together in tasty harmony.

Yelp
Excellent food, self service ordering and modern decor make this place a must try! I am adding CO-OP to my weekly rotation.

Keshav P.

Yelp
It was really hard to find a ramen spot in Bentonville and I stumbled upon CO-OP Ramen. It's located in the 8th street market development area. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and boy was that really good! Coming from San Diego, where you get excellent Japanese food, this location was a breath of fresh air and exceeded my expectations! The interior decor is very minimalistic yet, very inviting. The food came out quick and was finished even quicker haha . Great spot!

Karson S.

Yelp
By FAR the better ramen restaurant in Bentonville. The spicy tori piatan (with fried chicken) is truly addicting. Quaint dining area (with a cool vibe right by the Holler), but even their to-go is amazing. They also have beer and bottle options for drinks, but the main standout is the ramen. I haven't had their rice bowls yet, but I crave this food daily. Excellent.

Erin A.

Yelp
I won't lie, every time I go out for ramen I end up disappointed. However, I got some ramen here 24 hours ago and have not been able to stop thinking about it. Best ramen I've ever had. There's no way I'm ever eating ramen elsewhere, Co-op has won my heart.
google avatar

John D.

Yelp
How do you even call this ramen. I've had extremely better ramen across the US and this is just a joke really. Aesthetics of the place was nice but the food was just..... what did I even eat??
google avatar

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
This ramen place is only sub par. The noodles did not taste fresh, and the broth wasn't as flavorful as I have had at other places. The menu didn't have very many options to make your experience unique, or even custom to your taste. The pork in my ramen was very bland, and overall I left feeling as if I would have been better off eating at another noodle place. Another thing- the name "co-op" is very misleading because they don't allow you to bring other food from from the surrounding restaurants. They also don't allow you to take out your food to eat somewhere else. If you want authentic, unique ramen, I would recommend Ramen Nara in bentonville. I definitely will not be back.

Cede H.

Yelp
Ramen is pretty good, We enjoy the Brussels sprouts and cucumber appetizer as well. Nice atmosphere and hands off staff. Quality is typically hit or miss with flavor. As well as ingredients. Downside - they close at a specific time (8p) BUT you can not order anything basically within an hour and a half of closing time - very misleading and very disappointing- especially if you're pregnant!

Holly S.

Yelp
Loved it! I had the Spicy Miso Tonkatsu and it had the right amount of heat and flavor. Also tried the blistered shishito peppers. I was happy with them. I did get my order to go so I put it together when I got home. It would be prettier if I stayed there and they plated it.

Yelp
Terrible service. Super awkward service. Theres a line for drinks but if you dont get anything from the bar then they shun you to defend for yourself without telling you water is self serviced. You only find this out when you ask for water only to be given the stink eye that you dont already know water is get it yourself. Food is nothing exciting. If you want sambal or chili oil be prepared to get charged 1.00 and remember to ask for it up front otherwise you will be given another stink eye for asking for extra stuff and they will clumsily charge you for it before giving it to you even if it takes them 5 mins. But no matter how many terrible reviews they recieve they dont care because they are backed with loads of money and who needs customers when you can run your own show without public support? Yay Ropeswing and Walmart!

Design elements are 100. Shio tonkotsu was wayyyyyy too salty. Listen to your reviewers! Would love to give it another shot. Tried the short rib tonkotsu as well. Wasn't bad but also wasn't overly impressed. Pricing is where I'd expect it to be, but charging for oil seems a little nitpicky. I'm interested in giving the chicken ramen or the chasu bowl a shot.
