On Thursday, I drove up to Tulsa to attend the grand opening of Tulsa Premium Outlet mall. I especially wanted to join the Coach store opening because I love this brand! The staff is attentive, and they aspire to customize your experience the more you shop with them. It was fantastic to see how the management of several stores within the region joined this location to aid and support the launch of this new location. I was honored because this occasion took place just one day before my birthday, and they remembered. If you are in the area, please stop by and check out the new location. I left a text message yesterday inquiring about Coach's Complimentary Cleaning Service. I missed her call, but a lovely woman returned my message a short while ago. I don't write reviews often. I understand the power that they can have on a business. The voicemail's tone was positive, informative, and honestly - surprising! I felt a review was neccesary. I'm saying this because, unfortunately, I feel like solid customer service and appreciation are becoming a thing of the past. Just had a great experience at the Coach Outlet in Jenks. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is fully stocked with nice merchandise at good prices. Lots of men's stuff too which I wasn't expecting and was really glad to see.

Please update your closing times to the accurate times. I was staying at a family members house and drove from far away with them only to arrive at your store just after 8pm and you were closed even though it's says you close at 9pm. Thank you for your consideration!

Doug is a fantastic representation of the Coach brand. So knowledgeable about the design and history of the product. Most importantly, extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond when assisting with bag options.

The sales associate was very pleasant and friendly. I spent about 500.00 and was very happy with my items

Black guy who was working Saturday afternoon 1/4/25, was so rude and un welcoming, like trying to be snobby. Dude your at work I’m shopping, your making money I’m spending it, plus it’s an outlet not even a luxury store. Loser.
