The staff are absolutely amazing. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. They will do anything in their power to make any request happen. Ben and Jonny are the most amazing beach and pool workers I have ever met. If they haven't had a raise in pay, I would recommend they are worth every penny for this establishment.

COAST An Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay Our stay at Coast was an unforgettable experience and a truly exceptional part of our honeymoon trip across Asia. From the complimentary airport transfers by boat to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, every detail exceeded our expectations. Our room was immaculate, with a sparkling clean bathroom and a thoughtful honeymoon treat upon arrival, complemented by the nightly turndown service and yummy snacks. The included beachfront buffet breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a lavish spread of both Western and Filipino cuisine. We absolutely loved having so many options, including an array of fresh fruit, fluffy pancakes, bacon, savory rice dishes (like sinangag), various sausages, longganisa, and a dedicated station for omelets and eggs. For a true taste of the Philippines, there was delicious champorado and, my personal favorite, the unique and sweet ube champorado. We especially loved the personalized attention from the beach boy who set up a shaded spot for us by the ocean. Overall, our time at Coast Hotel Boracay was nothing short of amazing. Even among the other countries we visited, this resort stood out, and we will cherish the memories forever. A Note on Coast's Sister Hotel: We also wanted to mention that Coast has a sister hotel, Blue Marina, which is just a short walk away. While it isn't beachfront, it is less expensive, and guests can use all of Coast's premium facilities, like the pool, gym, and game room. We will be there next month and plan to write a full review about that experience soon!

COAST Boracay is hands-down the best hotel on the island. From the moment we landed, their staff took care of everything—private van and boat transfers, luggage handled for us, and warm VIP treatment throughout.||Check-in was smooth, with cold towels, welcome drinks, and even a photo souvenir when we checked out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with a pool view. The hotel has everything you need: pool, spa, gym, playroom, and a restaurant with great food. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and for lunch, the bacon carbonara and chicken-and-fries platter (forgot the exact name) were excellent. We also enjoyed their complimentary daily merienda, and to our surprise, they even brought out a free cake when they learned it was my mom’s birthday—such a thoughtful gesture.||The service here is exceptional. Staff constantly smiled, greeted us, and checked if we needed anything. By the beach and pool, they provided towels and water without us asking, plus free popcorn, ice cream, and merienda. When we asked if they could turn a leftover mango into a shake, they gladly did it at no charge.||Even during a typhoon, they ensured our safety, checked on us often, and moved us to another room when a minor leak appeared—true peace of mind. The location is perfect too: quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to D’Mall.||COAST made our trip unforgettable. If you want comfort, cleanliness, amazing food, and staff who treat you like family, this is the place to book.

COAST Boracay is hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we landed, their team handled everything—airport and boat transfers, luggage, even welcoming us with cold towels and drinks. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable with great amenities like a pool, spa, gym, restaurant, and even complimentary daily merienda. The food is excellent (I loved their carbonara and chicken platter), and the breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. What makes COAST truly stand out is their service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs—always greeting us with a smile, bringing us towels and water by the beach and pool without asking, surprising us with free popcorn, ice cream, and merienda. When a typhoon hit, they checked on us constantly and even transferred us to another room to ensure we were safe and comfortable. If you’re looking for the perfect Boracay stay—whether for couples or families—COAST is the one. They spoiled us so much that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently stayed with our family at COAST Boracay for four days and three nights, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the service was fantastic and seamless. The smooth airport-to-hotel transfer set the tone for a stress-free vacation. We enjoyed daily free breakfast, consistent room service, and attentive assistance for anything we needed, truly above and beyond! After searching for almost a month (lol), we’re so glad we chose this hotel. Even though it was our third time visiting Boracay, it was our family’s first trip here, and COAST made it incredibly special for everyone. Memories were made, and we’re grateful that COAST Boracay was such a wonderful part of them. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 nights and 5 days at the beautiful COAST Hotel on Boracay Island. Along with stunning sea views and direct beach access, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and warm hospitality of the staff, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is immaculately maintained, with high standards of hygiene and a proactive approach to guest care. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

It was our first-time visit in Boracay and COAST made our stay comfortable. Superb hospitality and clean rooms! The location is also great since it's a beachfront hotel. Will definitely book here again when we return to Boracay.
