If you really want to feel that you are on a holiday in Boracay, go here. Staff are friendly and very eager to assist you. They are the only ones who will put a towel on your back as you walk back to your beach chairs and serving you cold water too. Rooms are very clean but not sound proof. Bfast buffet options from Cha Cha’s Beach Cafe is of high quality and diversity. Wifi is very fast, AC well maintained and cold althroughout our stay. Pool is small but clean. The beachfront is very clean, the chairs and mats are cleaned everyday with good spacing, avoids crowding. Their areas have no mosquitos or flies. Best part for me is the unli popcorn and soft serve from 3-5pm everyday! Will definitely come back again!

Coast was a great experience on an island paradise. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although the shower pressure wasn’t great. It could’ve been due to being on the fourth floor though. The staff are helpful at all times from the moment you get to Cataclan airport. They offer a free shuttle from the airport to the port, then a boat to Boracay and then another van to the hotel. Situated right on the beach, they have their own section of the beach with a team member who looks after you and your belongings. We were greeted with fresh fruit in our room, fresh clean drinking water is provided daily and the food in the attached restaurant is excellent. In the afternoons they offer free popcorn and soft serve ice cream. It’s well positioned to make your way up and down the beach to different restaurants and bars. There’s a couple of pools but we didn’t swim there, just stood in them to cool off after a long walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and the friendliness of everyone. The only thing that would’ve made our stay better would be an elevator.

Second stay for us. Lived up to the high marks it earned during our first stay. Staff goes out of its way to serve. So friendly I could list them by name but there are too many. Rooms are clean; blankets, sheets, and pillowcases are super comfy. Breakfast buffet is deluxe. Covered outdoor dining area and bar provides 5 star views of the sunset. Music every night.

We can’t say enough about the amazing customer service at The Coast. From the moment you arrive and are greeted with a welcome drink, to the smooth transfer service, the staff here are absolutely wonderful. ||The location is amazing, right on the beach centrally located in Station 2. All the staff, but especially Jonny, anticipate anything you need or want on the beach. The beach chairs, towels, drinking water all make for very enjoyable days. || The breakfast buffet had an enormous selection of food and also an omelette station. Free afternoon popcorn and ice cream are added treats for kids and adults!||The Coast goes out of their way to make your stay special, receiving welcome fruit, and other surprises in your room and every evening treats are delivered to your room. The rooms have everything you need including a clothesline, all bathroom amenities, ample storage, coffee maker, along with water refills. ||We are already looking forward to our next trip to Boracay so we can stay at The Coast again!

Stayed here for three days and two nights with my family. The rooms aren't as spacious compared to other resorts with similar or cheaper prices. One thing that stood out is their customer service. From the moment you sit down at any of their pool or shoreline beds, "Boom! Water and a towel!" The staff are everywhere, which leaves a very positive mark and impact as to what customer service should be. During our stay, there's free, all-you-can-eat ice cream and popcorn from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., which we enjoyed. The access to the beach is awesome, and accessibility to other establishments like cafes and restaurants is awesome as well. Their customer service is something to be proud of. It's one of those places where you'll feel like a VIP. Kudos to the helpful staff.

I was surprised just how good Boracay turned out to be. The beaches and the vibe was awesome. The Coast Hotel has a perfect position on the white sand beach in the middle of everything. It includes complimentary lounge chair access metres from the water on the beach for guest use only. The customer service througbout the hotel was excellent. The pools were also great. The hotel provided nice little touches. The room was generally good albeit the bathroom including the hot water in the shower was a bit hit and miss. The restaurant out front was also very average and we left some of the dishes unfinished. I believe this is an excellent choice for Boracay despite having a few minor issues.

As a crew in a cruise line i always observed in all hospitality places ive been, a lot of restaurant and hotels in phil that i went and most has a bad service or attitude servers, in coast hotel from airport you arrived the excellent service start all the way to their boat and to hotel a warm welcome from front desk people with fresh cold hand towel offer with smile, and rooms are clean and fresh with a excellent crew member assign there. In resturant you dont need to ask servers because they offer with smile even service water is always in your glass In pool and in beach attendant they come to you to give towel at your back and a cold glass of water ready in your beach bench Everything are excellent 6star service Thank you coast

COAST An Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay Our stay at Coast was an unforgettable experience and a truly exceptional part of our honeymoon trip across Asia. From the complimentary airport transfers by boat to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, every detail exceeded our expectations. Our room was immaculate, with a sparkling clean bathroom and a thoughtful honeymoon treat upon arrival, complemented by the nightly turndown service and yummy snacks. The included beachfront buffet breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a lavish spread of both Western and Filipino cuisine. We absolutely loved having so many options, including an array of fresh fruit, fluffy pancakes, bacon, savory rice dishes (like sinangag), various sausages, longganisa, and a dedicated station for omelets and eggs. For a true taste of the Philippines, there was delicious champorado and, my personal favorite, the unique and sweet ube champorado. We especially loved the personalized attention from the beach boy who set up a shaded spot for us by the ocean. Overall, our time at Coast Hotel Boracay was nothing short of amazing. Even among the other countries we visited, this resort stood out, and we will cherish the memories forever. A Note on Coast's Sister Hotel: We also wanted to mention that Coast has a sister hotel, Blue Marina, which is just a short walk away. While it isn't beachfront, it is less expensive, and guests can use all of Coast's premium facilities, like the pool, gym, and game room. We will be there next month and plan to write a full review about that experience soon!
