STIIZY should not be the entire store. The quality of products is beyond consumption. The turnaround from the beloved coastal shop to STIIZY was insane, and WAY too fast. The brand doesn’t care what You put inside Your bodies, with some harvest dates being 10/30/25 and still green-others tasting like pure chemicals; and They didn’t even honor the original shop’s discounts/the minimum They could’ve done after the take over. 12 whole stores for STIIZY might be too much, if THIS is already a start.

Great Product and great service but their delivery driver needs to get out of the passing lane if he’s gonna drive under 60 miles an hour. There’s dozens of cars trying to go around him while he’s camped out in the fast lane impeding traffic causing multiple unnecessary lane changes and being a hazard to others. We’ve tried flashing our lights beeping, our horn and waving at him to move over that he persists mile after mile from Goleta to Summerland holding pace while everyone honk the horn and goes around him. The left lane is for passing if you are not passing or maintaining a safe speed use the other two lanes

The budtender Mario hooked it up on such a busy day. He took his time, guided me to the best quality Bud For my budget, and was proactive in getting me my 25% off deal. All in all, great place!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I’ve been going here for almost a year and a couple of months ago an employee who was helping me check out asked me if I was attacking some lady in the Ralph’s parking lot next door the night before. To be honest I thought he was joking because who would accuse a customer of something like that. I told him no it wasn’t me but he persisted in thinking it was me. It has bothered me every time I go in there now so I finally confronted him about it and asked if he actually really thought it was me. He said yes because I guess he thought I looked like the guy. Then he proceeded to get in my face about it and accused me again. I have never had this happen before and I’m in absolute shock and very disappointed that a place I have loved going to for so long would allow their employee to treat a customer like this.

This is probably one of the lowest rating dispensaries in Santa Barbra County that I’ve been too. Selection is outdated and very minimal, staff is extremely unpleasant, their security guard in the front is probably one of the rudest, impatient disrespectful human beings in the hospitality industry. this corporate dispensary should reevaluate they’re hiring process You’ll have a better experience in any other dispensary in town. Don’t waste your money here!

super friendly staff and great selection of products. Bought a premium resin infused sativa and it blasted me in new dimensions. Also they offer some stuff at big discounts, so all in all absolut great place

online it says it closes at 10pm, we arrived at 9:45pm and saw a sign on the door that says it closes at 9:50pm which is strange but no problem since we got there at 9:45pm. we rang the doorbell to come in and a worker inside starts giving us the thumbs down multiple times and wouldn't let us in. if you're thinking of going to this place be forewarned that they close at arbitrary times, so maybe don't waste your time there since they're also rude about it

Brady is the nicest guy! I have a hard time finding items & prices whenever I look around at this spot, so I always go directly to him for help. He's never recommended a product I didn't like and takes the time to look around if an item is out of stock. The day-to-day employees are the only reason I come back to Coastal, instead of just going to Megan's (way better pricing and menu)

Used to be a clean and well-stocked shop. Now shelves are empty and when I asked guy at register what was going on he just stared and me and said "I don't know, man." Feels like they are going out of business and are being told not to say anything about it....

The store is big, clean and organized. Nice selection. My issue is that my order is NEVER ready when I go pick it up. Why send the email letting me know it's ready, when I drive over there it isn't ready! Then I end up having to stand around waiting for someone to pick and pack it up (at a snails pace at that) So frustrating

Poor customer service. Phone and online inventory don't match what's actually in store. Low level of service both being taken care of and managerial assistance. It's not the locals favorite instead a corporate asset so you get what you pay for. Recommend a much friendlier and capable Farmacy on Missiom.

I brought a friend here and joined them inside as they shopped. To enter, you walk up to a bullet-proof glass bank-like window and pass your license to an employee. They appear to take some time to enter you in a system or something before buzzing you in to enter. There are several security guards and helpful employees to help you with your selection. From what I could tell, they had a large variety of products that they carry--everything from edibles, smokes, beverages and beyond. My friend found what they were looking for and I had a new California experience.

What a ridiculous excuse for a business. If you can even call it that. Staff are disinterested, disingenuous and checked out. The gentlemen that assisted me had a very short fuse and was extremely rude and unprofessional. A basic modicum of respect is definitely in order. They seem emphasize on placing profit over client wellbeing and satisfaction. If you live in the Santa Barbara area or a just visiting, I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. I would much rather return to growing my own cannabis knowing that their is love and intention put into it. Cannabis is a sacred plant medicine that should be given the proper reverence it deserves, it is unfortunate to see it so heavily commoditized. If you do not have the means to grow your own medicine I highly recommend making the trek to the Sespe Creek Collective in Ojai. The staff their are such an incredible group of warm genuine human beings. They always go above and beyond, and always do their best to answer questions to the fullest extent. If you care about customer service and knowing who and and where your cannabis is grown, please support these wonderful people who genuinely care about the customer and sustainable, regeneratively grown cannabis.

A lot of the employees at this dispensary are lazy clowns who would rather pretend to be working than actually doing their job in a polite and professional manner. Also, some of the male cashiers are pathetic simps who won't serve you even if you're at the front of the line if there's a female behind you. I've been going to this location for around a year and I can honestly say that this place gives off bad vibes a majority of the time. Not sure how much longer I can stand this place. The lines that form are ridiculous and a lot of the time the employees will try to ignore you and would rather wander around aimlessy than do their job.

I was just in here waiting to be helped and my partner and I were essentially ignored. We were the only people of color in the shop and it made us really uncomfortable. We were there before others, yet no one would acknowledged or help us. One budtender said she'd be right with us and then proceeded to overlook us and help a customer that just came in. In the end we decided to just leave and go to a dispensary on Mission st. It's a beautiful shop with great prices, but this was very uncomfortable/

Ordering pickup is mostly a waste of time. Have tried five times over the past couple months. Every time I get the confirmation email and then complete radio silence. Sometimes I go into the store and no one even realizes an online order was made. Other times a few days pass and the order changes to "delivered" on the site, despite it never being filled. No idea what is going on, but their system for handling pickups and online orders seems like a mess. Going in person would be an option were it not for how long it takes. Have never gotten in and out in less than half an hour, despite it rarely being busy when I go. Only a couple people on register, and each transaction is agonizingly slow. Seems to be a general mismatch between store inventory and what's listed online as well. The few times I did manage to get an order fulfilled required substitutions. On top of that, the prices are not competitive with other nearby dispensaries like Farmacy. Overall, not a great experience and seems to be getting worse over time. This place used to be my go to because they had a couple things I couldn't get elsewhere. But now the whole experience is far too inconsistent to be worth bothering.

Always have good service here and in LA They bud tenders are cool and have opinions. The store is nice too and not a lot of seedy people out front like in San Francisco. My one issue is they don't carry team elite genetics. Only reason it wasn't five star

So many registers and yet only one person working it on a Saturday night? The Bay Area would never... yall are wasting everyone's time out here... can't even look at merchandise for fear of losing place in line of 8+ people...

I went in for the first time at coastal and I really appreciated Danas help with getting the right item. It's a cool atmosphere and I would say the customer service was great would definitely recommend going in.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE My twin and I (we are both 22) are visiting from nor cal and and went in to buy maybe some pre rolls and an eighth. And after 15 min of waiting at the door the proceeded to tell us our DIVER LICENSES WERE FAKE both of them and then will not allow us entry. Employees need to be better trained on what's fake or not so their not turning down of age customers.

Over the months that this has been open it jist keeps getting worse. They have nine cash registers and there will be one person working with ten people waiting . You get to the front of the line and that person will just take off for break. Also no one watching the door, so you have to wait and wait for whoever is playing around with their friends can get back to work and watch the door and let customers in. Go to the Farmacy, much nicer, better products and best of all the service is ALWAYS good.

Untrustworthy. Be sure you carefully check your bill. Not sure if I was cheated or not but I got a different story from everyone I talked to there. The people who work there are very pleasant but the accounting system is a mess.

I came in 4-22 and I was greeted by some girl and she helped me for 2 minutes and then walked away without saying anything to fix a mistake she made beforehand. I waited 5 minutes while all the product she showed me was just left out on the counter (3-4 ounces) . Luckily Tom came to my rescue and helped me with my order and informed me about the BOGO deal that the previous bud tender forgot to mention while helping me. I have worked in the cannabis industry for 19 years and ran multiple dispensaries in Los Angeles and what I experienced from the first bud tender was totally unprofessional and caused me to tell my friend who came with me not to spend money here because of her... Tom on the other hand was totally professional and is the only reason I'll still come back....

They send me unsolicited emails and texts, but don't deliver to my area. I dislike it when companies buy my text and email address and clog up my life with ads, especially indiscriminately.

This is, by far, the best dispensary I've ever been to. Yeah the product is great, and the selection is unmatched. But more than that, the staff is so friendly and so helpful. From management to security and everyone in between. It's like one big family. Thank you for always making us feel welcome.

My wife's iPhone 11 wasn't working right. Instead of going to SLO we decided to make the appointment in SB. (We live in Orcutt) Wife surprised me after the appointment to Coastal. I'm cheap so I asked about the cheap eighth for 25 and the guy knew exactly what I was talking about (without judgement) then my wife asked about the prerolls (she doesn't smoke) he listed a plethora of joints and, being a cheap ass, I'm just "lemme get 2 of the 8$ ones" It was a great day. Quick service No judgement on me just wanting cheap stuff And lastly it's 3 days later and I still have some left. I will be back next SB trip.

I was pretty impressed with this dispensary! This place is very classy and chic, and must I add that the staff was very friendly! I came here for a gift and I was really indecisive and uncertain of what to buy. I am very appreciative on how patient and extremely helpful everyone was. I definitely will return and recommend this dispensary!

WoW! What a gem. Perfectly thought out, clean and inviting space. Great location for locals, and visitors hoping for a unique experience. So many options of brands, products, and a wonderful staff equipped with experience to tailor to your specific needs. Really excited about this spot, cannot wait to return.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Manager had horrible customer service and very uneducated. Came in on Friday 5/10 at 4:30 to purchase some vapes as usual. But with the recent recalls from the DCC, I have been extra cautious about what I have been purchasing. I usually go for Coldfire and was told by their customer service that I will be able to get the Certificate of Analysis at the dispensary I purchase it at, as they get all of them. I asked the budtender for this, who went to get their Manager. Who proceeded to tell me they don't get any of those lab results and the brand doesn't know what they are talking about and that all lab results were on the packaging. I told her I was looking deeper and wanted more information that comes on COA, and she said nope, we don't get that, it's on the packaging. Like she didn't even know what I was taking about. Extremely concerning as she is the manager and should know what this is. She was extremely rude, unhelpful and looked at me like I was crazy asking for this. Will not be returning here and should just go to Farmacy who got me the COA/ lab results I was looking for right after. I believe her name was Liz, black hair, black zip-up hoodie. Coastal do better and get better employees that are more educated or at least have better attitude. I couldn't believe this girl was a manager acting like this.

The wait at the door is quite long but the bud tender was wonderful. He listened, recommended, and adv a special. Excellent. I've enjoyed everything I've tried so far.

Hi my bf and I shopped here for the first time April 08 2020. I got a cookie and he got an eighth. I'm small (90 lbs) so I ate 1/4 of the cookie but I couldn't feel it's affect until consuming half of it. A half seemed to be just right. The eighth smelled good and was not poor quality. See pictures for pricing and content. Shopping experience was fun.

Went to this store today. Our initial experience in the store was pleasant and we received 20% off our order without asking for any discount. We purchased the Surplus pink cookies and a raw garden product. When we used the Surplus cartridge both my husband and I had a horrible reaction. To start the taste was bland as if the product was extracted I effectively and our throat and nose burned very bad. We went to return the cartridge and were told they would not take it back but would offer us a 10% discount on another product. We are both client centric individuals. We threw away the $65.00 product in the trash outside the store to demonstrate that it was in fact a very bad product. It sounds like they are willing to let a loyal customer throw away 65.00 than to extend customer service with care for a quality experience and concern for customer health and quality of product. We will not be returning to this store.

Never order pick up, they apparently say that the online inventory and physical inventory do not match. Went in for pick up and they do not know how to figure out a pick up problem. Just go in. The replacement solution they gave us was not good, but we were too annoyed and irritated with the whole long situation that we just took it. I hope next time is better and we get someone like the last few times who knows the inventory

False advertisement. I placed 2 orders online and went to store to pick it up but they said the website had an error so they didn't have my product. They asked me if I wanted to go inside store to buy something more expensive, I guess. Update your website! I drove from far to get my order.

In fact.... just go to Organic Greens Collective in Goleta. I bought an ounce of The same Autumn Brands herb for literally $100.00 cheaper at Organic Greens Collective. Go look up how much upper staffing/ regular staffing they have at this place. No wonder the prices are so high. It's a great place to go if your getting off of the grey hound bud across the street and can't wait another second for some product. Coastal isn't the place for you if you are a local.

Coastal is among the three or four dispensaries I have used. However, Coastal has been notorious in listing product on its website but not having them in fact when I show up at the store. This has happened multiple times. It's a bad business practice to not have the products listed on the posted menu. From the customers point of view, it's deceptive. So Coastal, clean it up.

I was downtown for other reasons and decided to go to Coastal for some goods. I was in a bit of a hurry and decided to order online for pickup. I got there two hours later, gave them my ID and took a seat. I am handicapped and standing is painful. No one told me that my order was ready, but when an attractive young man came in, he was waited on immediately. There were, by the way, 3 people in the reception booth. I should mention that someone was being waited on when I arrived. After they were helping the guy that just arrived, I asked when my order would be ready. One of the women in the reception booth looked, and it had been waiting there the whole time. It had a bunch of substitute items, and I ended up with a greatly reduced order. So, if you're disabled and don't go to the window, or if you're older and not attractive, don't count on being helped there. My last time to shop there.
