Coastal Escape Koh Yao Noi

We stayed at Coastal Villas this weekend and honestly had the most amazing stay. It is such a special place and something our whole family will remember forever.||From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. We truly can’t thank Film and his team enough. All of the staff were incredible, and Film, the General Manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. Just a few hours after making the booking, he reached out to me on WhatsApp and personally helped arrange every detail of our stay — private airport transfer, private speedboat, and pick-up at the pier. The whole experience was seamless and effortless.||We arrived late in the evening, and pre-ordered food was waiting for us on the table when we arrived — delicious, thoughtful, and so appreciated after travelling.||The villas themselves are unbelievable. We regularly stay at places like Six Senses and Four Seasons, but this felt far more personal and, honestly, even better. The rooms were beautiful, immaculately clean, and the pool was pristine. Every detail had clearly been considered.||It was the best weekend, total heaven, and we hope with all our hearts to return one day. A huge thank you to Film and his wonderful team for creating such a memorable experience. Truly exceptional.

Pros| - very peaceful resort, great place to relax and unwind. The views over the sea are beautiful, with spectacular sunsets shining on the nearby islands (note the resort faces east)| - the villas are very large. We had 2 spacious rooms, both had ensuites, living and dining room, kitchenette, outdoor area and private pool| - excellent service by the staff. Call out to Film who did a great job looking after us, along with the rest of the staff| - we had a milestone birthday which was organised in advance with Film, which was fantastic! Big thanks for Film for making it very special.| - they organised activities for us such as visiting nearby islands| - food as the resort was very good quality and very tasty. They serve both Thai and western meals.| - they have bicycles free of charge to explore the island. This was terrific as this is a very relaxed island. There is a currency exchange place and local shops within 10mins cycle along the beach.||Cons:| - the toilet paper needs to be put in a bin not flushed down. We made the mistake of flushing paper down our toilet and it got clogged. This is fine once we got used to it.| - bring mosquito repellent. They also provide this at the resort, as the mozzies are around and they do provide electric swatters which was strangely satisfying to use! Having said that, we applied lots of repellant and did not get bitten.||Overall, this was a wonderful experience, Highly recommended!

Staying at Coastal Escape Koh Yao Noi was one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning setting — a peaceful bay framed by turquoise waters and spectacular views. The villa itself was pure luxury: spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a perfect balance of modern comfort and tropical charm. My private pool overlooked the ocean, and waking up to that view in the morning felt awesum. Situated on a relatively quiet part of Koh Yao Noi, with great sea views and less crowd compared to more mainstream resorts. Even the resort has only four villas, and the treatment is very personalised. Mr. Film, the Villa manager, is an outstanding, affable person and an epitome of hospitality. He took care of every small need and made our stay very comfortable, He also took care of our pick from Phuket & drop to Krabi. If you want to explore other nearby islands, he would arrange the tour & the speedboat wud pick you up right from the resort. Or if you want to explore the island--wish it & Mr. Film would arrange transportation. For self exploration, the resort has bicycles.||The staff, including Bar, Faais, Tan, Wun & Kong, were incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They took care of any request we had. Breakfast & food were fresh & flavor full.||What I loved most was the tranquility — no crowds, no noise, just the sound of waves and nature. It’s the perfect escape if you want to slow down, recharge, and experience the beauty of Thailand in a more authentic, serene way. Coastal Escape really lives up to its name — it’s a hidden gem where luxury meets peace and genuine hospitality. We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of coming back.

Staying here was THE best decision I could've made for my mom and I. It was the most beautiful experience from beginning to end. We were greeted at the entrance by the entire team, a gesture that made my mom and I emotional and served as a gateway for what was to come. The views, the room, the spa, our massages; the food was ALL exceptional as was every staff member we came across. We were checked on daily to ensure we were comfortable and weren't short of anything. The setup of the four villas allows for a personalized experience and I couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and relax. The rooms were in immaculate condition as was the beach which was a few steps away. We are so grateful for the entire team. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the beautiful memories!!!

Outstanding experience!!! The place is an absolut dream, staff is very friendly and motivated, villas are super clean and we felt so welcome!! Breakfast is very delicious and all our wishes got fulfilled. No regrets and highly recommended to book there :)

Beautiful views, stellar staff, and amazing food! We vacationed here during the low season so our family was able to have the entire villa to ourselves. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and will arrange everything for you when needed (boat rides, spa treatments, taxis, etc). Even when not in low season I think the fact that there is only a couple of villas makes the place feel more private and catered for you. The food here is actually SO good, the fruit is fresh and the meals are perfectly seasoned and delicious! We stayed at a larger resort after we stayed here and the food was so much better at coastal escape - we missed it a ton! Rooms are clean and spacious and all rooms have a beautiful view and AC! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent Our stay was wonderful, everything was excellent – from the service to the comfort. The only small suggestion would be to add a little more variety for pure vegetarians. Overall, a great experience! Mr. Sun's behaviour was also good.
