Loved it! I watched Aries Spears deliver a wrath of laughter. Great venue! Lower and upper balcony seating. Cocktail waitresses take orders for drink and bar food. 1 cocktail and 1 order of jalapeño poppers cost $39. Next time I'll eat and drink before I attend.

Had a great time. The comedy was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. The place was super nice. The drinks 🍷 were a little pricey for not being higher end liquor. And for me ordering 2 cocktails in that short amount of time was a little much. My 2nd drink was ginger ale and I couldn't finish it. Had a Great time.

Went to see a non comedy act. We came into SF from Northern California to see this show. The line, while long, moved at a pretty decent clip. It was odd that security separates you from who you are with to check bags. So since I didn’t have a bag, they ushered us in (mostly the men) while the women were held up having to get bags checked. Per the norm - a 2 drink minimum was enforced. But the drinks we had seemed flat. They really crammed a LOT of people in a very tiny space. I felt like I was practically in the lap of the person sitting at the table next to me. Lines and bad drinks aside - I asked the talent if they wanted a shot before their next segment. They said they would love one! I got up and had to find a bar bc no wait staff were in proximity. I told them I wanted to buy the talent a shot bc they needed one. You’d have thought I was speaking in tongues the way the bartender and the wait staff looked at me. “You don’t have to buy one, we can just get em one” was the response I got. I was like “cool!” And went to my seat. The shot NEVER CAME. SO good thing the show was top notch but pretty much everything else about this place was below expectations

Two drink minimum, but you can always get two non-alcoholic drinks, or two cheap (@ $15/each) beers. For G.A. shows, they'll sit you where THEY feel like it. Seats are somewhat hard, but survivable for a few hours. Good bathrooms. People line up outside early for security-screening and seating. Food menu limited, but better than most bars.

Visited this fine establishment for a last minute show to see Hannibal Buress. This was a top notch show that had the crowd reeling in laughter, and we also got a sneak peak to Hannibals new single, "Mexican Party", this bop drops. All to say, thanks Cobb's comedy for inviting great comedians who made the evening a blast.

Such a great comedy club! We absolutely loved Kelsey Cook! Line wraps up around the corner, they provide wristbands and require a 2 beverage minimum for all shows! Espresso martini is awesome, great beer selection, plenty of food options and wine is offered as well. Admission tickets are priced based on how close you sit to the stage!

We came to see Rocky Dale Davis at Cobb's Comedy Club! We had an amazing time at this comedy club! The comedians were outstanding—I couldn’t stop laughing the entire night. The seating was perfect, with a great view of the stage, and the crowd’s energy made the experience even better. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

Attended Zarna Garg book tour, which included standup from her. Club has a large seating area. Nice drink and food choices. We ordered garlic fries which was very tasty and few drinks. Service was excellent. We also enjoyed the show.

A few things to consider before going there: 1) Hidden costs: you purchase the ticket online and you learn at the place that you have to pay for 2 mandatory drinks. Surprise! I guess it's their birthday :) 2) The acoustic of the place is not good and you will miss some of the jokes because of this. 3) Drinks are bad. Seriously bad. 4) Food is worse than drinks. 5) You will eat in the dark. 6) You get your own table... but then you share with random people since they pack the space behind and in front of you with additional chairs, so their orders go to your table. Advices if you can't avoid or if you purchased tickets for your favorite comedian before reading this page: 1) Ask to be seated in the middle section to avoid the issues with the bad acoustics. 2) Have dinner in a different place before the show. Seriously, there is a sandwich shop next door, and I bet it has more/better options. McDonal has better options. 3) Have drinks in a different place and simply order 2 sodas to pay their birthday tax. 4) If you decide to eat here, have a flashlight. A smartwatch flashlight would do the job.

First off , great show from Rex Navarrette and his opener Artie Valenzuela. Now for venue itself. Nice intimate setting, perfect for a comedy show. Lighting was spot on to the stage and performer. We were in the second tier of seating and felt right in the mix of things. Looks like all seats would be good. Staff checking in, hosting, and serving were all great. Food was eh. Drinks were a little above eh (and you have to buy at least 2 for the club minimum. A few in our party just opted to buy the overpriced non-alcoholic drinks like soda and bottled water. The only major drawbacks is parking in the area is tough. And let's not forget that there were flies on stage (kinda nasty). But Rex made sure to address his guest performers at the end of his show, which actually made the show more authentic. But for real though, please get some fly zappers or something, because it's not cute watch flies dancing around the stage for the whole show.

Went to Cobb's for the first time last night to see Andrew Santino and I had a great time! The space was smaller than I expected, but the experience felt more personal and intimidate. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and was laughing throughout the whole night. The place requires a 2 drink minimum per person and we also ordered garlic fries. Everything came out quickly and our server was friendly and attentive. Would love to come back!

Great place, the staff is super cool, one of the guys told me my fly was down, fly meaning my zipper and i was so thankful because I have no idea how long is was down until he finally told me so that means so many others passed before he told me and didn't tell me. Thanks guy who i shoulda remembered name so I'll just chalk it up to the entire place because i feel like that was amazing but i had a good time in general. I mean the wait staff was awesome. The lineup of comedians were great to and of course i loved every minute of Sarper from 90 day.

Was there last night for the Maz Jabroni. Had not been there for years, like how they have changed the inside to make it more of like a comedy club instead of row seating. Drinks were great and our server suzi was wonderful and friendly. Great place to ho for and event.

Watching Rex Navarete one of our favorite Filipino comedians. Don't really like the 2 drink minimums here, especially when you pay over $40 to get in the place. Food is mostly the air fryer kind so they definitely need to scale up the food quality here. Comedy acts are really good here so if you're looking for a night of comedy, you came to right place.

Took my two nieces (19 and 22) to Cobb's Comedy Club for a night out, and we had such a great time! The atmosphere was upbeat and fun from the moment we walked in--smooth check-in, friendly staff, and a layout where every seat has a great view of the stage. The lineup was hilarious--a perfect mix of rising stars and seasoned comics who had us laughing from start to finish. My nieces were quoting jokes all the way home. Cobb's really knows how to deliver a quality comedy experience. We ordered the pretzel to share--it was soft, warm, and hit the spot. Great pairing with our drinks, and the service was friendly and efficient without rushing us. This was my nieces' first time at a comedy club, and Cobb's made it a night to remember. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends or family.

Love coming to Cobb's, was there last night to see Janeane Garafalo! She was so amazing. The venue is great, we had preferred general admission and sat in the second row of tables. We ordered the chicken tenders and nachos, both of which are our regular items we order, but the pretzel is also good if memory serves correctly. There's a self serve water station at the rear near the bar and the stairs up to the balcony seating and men's bathroom. There's also a second smaller bar up there! Tip your staff, they are great and provide excellent service without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

*Arrive when doors open at 6:30pm if you want a chance to eat with a table in front of you. Otherwise, you'll need to just have your food and drinks on your lap/floor *Minimum 2 beverage/alcoholic drinks per person, as other comedy show policies are but the prices here are a litter expensive than at other shows (over $50 for 2 drinks alone) *Full house, but very organized! Food and cocktails actually tastes pretty great (mozzarella fries + grilled cheese, yum!) *The comedian Jason Cheny stayed behind and took photos with every single person/group who lined up which was on the way out of the show; Line was long, but moving quickly. Thank you! We were not allowed to take videos or photos while inside so I just took a photo of a plastic cocktail cup I took home. I made the trip into SF to see the comedian Jason Cheny yesterday. The doors open at 6:30pm while the show starts at 7:30pm. If you're going to eat there, I suggest you arrive at 6:30pm to see if you can snatch a table (there aren't many). We arrived closer to 8pm and it was already a full house. The show was pretty great and I got a chance to speak with him during the show. It was pretty interactive and incredibly organized despite it being soooo full of people. Cobb's Comedy Club certainly is experienced and well taken care of. I'll be on watch out for their comedians list.

Came here to see headliner Jenn Sterger. She is truly hilarious and a must watch. I'm glad Cobbs brought her back. Any comedy club would benefit from having her. Cobbs looks small from the outside, but it large. The workers there are nice and helpful. Service was quick and easy. I didn't eat there but my friend did and he enjoyed his Cobb salad and mixed drink. Said it was good.

It is our first time here for a SF get away from the Sacramento heat. Had a great time here, it was quite cold so I wish they didn't make us get in line outside but other than that, we had a fun time

Went here a few months ago to watch a comedy show with my boyfriend. He got free tickets through a site, so we decided to make a day in the city out of it. They check your bags at the door, and no large purses or backpacks are allowed. They also have a two-drink minimum (does not have to be alcoholic). The night we went there were several comedians. There were a few funny moments but overall they were just ok.

Cane here for a show on Friday after a long time - we got in pretty late but were still able to get a good table. Generally the service is fast and the servers do their best given the crammed space + live performers on stage. You'd ideally want to get the back portion of the table and not the front as to not be in the position where you have to hold your food in your lap while eating. Prices are fair considering the location and the fact that this is a well oiled machine. We had the burger and nachos with chicken - fries were crispy and overall the food was quite good. Again, it's a comedy club not a Michelin star restaurant :) Parking can be difficult and expensive if you need to use a nearby parking lot - honestly if you live in the city I'd recommend ride share since you'll end up paying the same $$$ if you need to park + less stress. Also you can enjoy actual real drinks for your minimum :) This area is BUSY. Staff is friendly and everyone knows what they're doing - I've always had a welcoming experience. Give yourself enough time to arrive to the show, ideally don't drive and enjoy all that this SF institution has to offer!

This is an awesome club. They have an amazing line up set up deep into summer. My visit was Thursday 3/27/25. That night Cactus Tate headlined and there were three comics on before her. Some were funny, some were not. Nevertheless, the drinks are strong and it's the place to be if you're visiting or live in the Bay Area! Check it out!!

Imm giving 5 because of the staff. The performer they had tonight was a big hit and his voice had no place here in SF. I had to leave. I was with a group of people and we left individually, in a cascade as we got more and more offended. I'm all for a dirty joke. This was just dumb racist and awful: Jimmy Sore is a jerk. We should have done our research but never thought SF or Cobbs would have someone headline who was not only stupid but not even remotely funny. Staff was great.

Came here for the very first time to see Irene Tu on Oct 5, 2024. We came early because we wanted good seats. While in line, the staff checks IDs if you're drinking and you'll get a wristband. They check bags and they confiscated my snacks (nuts & trail mix) They left them at coat check for me to grab after the show. I explained to them that I'm on a strict diet and I need to have my snacks. They told me to look at the menu and if there wasn't anything I can eat, they'd give it back to me. Fortunately, I could eat the Cobb salad and I highly recommend it by the way. The chicken was very tasty. The dressing was just ok. There's a 2 drink minimum (non-alcoholic ok) and they have drinks not on the menu like hot tea and iced tea. Ask your server about it. The tip is 20% but as far as I know, it's not added onto the total/receipt. You'd have to add it in yourself. Come very early to look for street parking. I recommend getting an Uber/Lyft though. I'm looking forward to watching another show here someday.

Ambiance is great, shows are good, service is good too. But the two drinks minimum should be illegal, I think it should be illegal to force people to buy things. Did not want more than one drink, with two I had to use 3 times the bathrooms, that must cost near to 2 bucks each time. Btw, I run a car business, and you can only buy two cars, not one. Would not be surprised if they get sued, if someone gets a DUI make sure to go after them to over selling , over charging, force selling. I think a lawyer should take care of that.

I'm not a huge fan of this venue, it tends to be cold and not inviting. I came here a couple of times for different comedians and both times it was just okay. Neither the comedians nor the club itself left a pleasant impression on me.

Cobb's is hands down one of the best spots in the city! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how well-organized and welcoming this place is. The staff here are amazing--friendly, efficient, and super knowledgeable. They keep things moving smoothly, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. The seating arrangement is perfect--no matter where you're sitting, you've got a great view of the stage, even in the back. But if you're feeling bold and ready to engage with the incredible talent on stage, sitting up front is a whole different level of fun. Just be prepared--you might end up part of the act (in the best way)! The artists who perform here are phenomenal--brave, funny, and absolutely worth seeing live. The cozy, intimate vibe of the club, right in the heart of the city, makes it feel so special. A huge shoutout to the staff and performers for creating such a fantastic atmosphere. Cobbs always hosts some amazing performers and is an SF staple. Tickets are general admission, so first come first serve for seating. You get a little cozy with your neighbor, which is expected with tables and servers that come throughout the show. 2 drink minimum and basic food to munch on. If you don't feel like an alcoholic beverage, I go for hot tea. I was stoked to see Troy Hawke while he was in town from the UK! Such a great show!

This place is a blast if you're looking for laughs with a side of bar bites. We came for the Sunday free show with local comedians. Two hours of pretty funny acts. The food won't blow your mind--it's your classic pub grub like sliders, fries, and nachos--but it totally does the job if hungry. The vibe inside is super fun and laid-back, with a cozy setup that makes you feel close to the stage, perhaps except the seats on the side near the wall. Drinks are tasty but watch out for the two-drink minimum. At the end, this is how they make their money though if the show is free. Nonalcoholic drinks are included in the minimum. Overall, it's a great spot for a fun night out with friends, good vibes, and a lot of laughs.

Avoid Cobb's Comedy Club at all costs. I've never felt so compelled to write a warning review--not just out of frustration, but to spare others the same awful experience. The venue was severely overcrowded with uncomfortable seating and not enough tables forcing people to sit facing forward with no table, despite a mandatory 2-drink minimum (each costing $16+ for watered-down, sugary hangover-inducing "cocktails" or dirt cheap wine). Service was shockingly rude. Our brought out $12 canned water after I asked for regular water, and still tried to charge me after I declined it. And then proceeded to ignore us the rest of the time. To top it off, she tried to hide the bill breakdown, shoving an electronic payment screen in my face without explanation. When I asked why it was nearly $100, she got even more hostile--super sketchy and incredibly uncomfortable. As for the show? Outdated, offensive, and just plain unfunny. Combine that with $80 tickets per person, and you're paying top dollar for bottom-tier everything. Do yourself a favor: skip Cobb's and support literally any other venue in North Beach.

The food is absolutely horrible. Got the chicken sandwich and it was two frozen small chicken tenders heated up and put in stale toasted sandwich bread. The garlic fries were extremely oily. So much that the oil was almost dripping off the fries. Hate the two drink minimum price gouging. Just raise the ticket prices so people at least know how much they're paying and have the freedom to order what they want or not. Sammy Obeid show was really good though.

I keep forgetting that each time I go here it sucks. We went because my daughter wanted to see michael blaustein. We waited in a line for about 35 minutes only to be seated in what we pad for preferred seating with a side view and a table behind us that a couple had spread out their stuff on. The opening comedian came on and we finally ordered the first of our two drink minimum. I had a ginger ale and my daughter had a vodka soda. We also shared a pretzel and churros. When the drinks and food arrived, there was no place to put them since the table was covered. We asked three people for napkins. I don't think they exist. Bring your own fyi. When we finished, we put the trays under our seats because otherwise they would've stayed on our laps. Totally lame for San Francisco and paying so much just for tickets. Server takes our order for the required second drink. Mind you, the show started at 9:40 even though it was supposed to be 9:15. By that time, it was 11:15 and almost over. She suggested we get boxed water. So fine another $20...she brought the bill and it was $75 for the two of us. She added her 20% for her lack of service. Next time, I'll totally pass even if it's an awesome comedian. Not worth the price at all.

They pack you into this place!!! Yet, I have a good time... every time! We saw a funny comedian... Chris Distefano. One of the better comedians we have seen. Good times!

I came here last night to see Maz Jobrani with my mother. His acts were hilarious and Tehran was very funny too but the service wasn't the best. The waitress was the only one in our area and she rudely told us to move seats. I understand she wanted to do it incase more people showed up but she could've politely said "if you guys don't mind moving a few seats down incase other people show up that would be great." But she didn't she said it very harshly. Now with the drinks I wanted a non alcoholic frozen slushee and so when I told her she misunderstood me and since I have autism which is a social and developmental disorder and neurological disorder I was overstimulated by the crowd and when I get overstimulated I forget to say what I mean or even speak so I take full accountability for not clarifying with her that I want the non-alcoholic frozen slushee and my mom had to step in and clarify for me that I want the non-alcoholic frozen slushee. She was the tall slender girl with the nose piercing and tattoos and she didn't come to us until the end and said very harshly to scoot down from our seats and was very rude from the get go. Then as she takes our orders and I order the non-alcoholic frozen slushee and when she tells me the alcoholic flavors she asks me if I has a wristband which I understand wristbands are required if one wants to purchase alcoholic beverages but that is when my mom stepped in and said I meant the non alcoholic beverage as that was on the menu. Then she says "oh okay" in a harsh tone. So I was upset that she misheard me and didn't understand me even though I got the right drink. My mom ordered wine for her second drink and she had no wristband. So I was upset that she misheard me when I told her I wanted the non-alcoholic frozen slushee when I wasn't wearing a wristband and knew that the policy was to wear a wristband if you are going to order alcoholic beverages. However, I'm mainly upset that she said "oh okay" in a harsh tone like she didn't want to serve me. So if you would be willing to talk to her about being more mindful of her tone and approach I would really appreciate it. Also when she approached us to take our order for the second drink she laughed at me. I wasn't trying to be funny I was just literally trying to enjoy the show and when she approached me I was caught off guard so that's why I was nervous when she approached me. So if you would be willing to let her know to be more mindful of the laughter that would be great. Also when I looked into the crowd the older Asian guy sitting next to me was I'm not sure laughing at me or laughing at the jokes that the comedian Maz Jobrani said but if he came off as if he were laughing at me when I looked over after the waitress took the order which I understand staff can't control the crowds behavior but my feelings are valid and my feelings are valid about the waitress too. Lastly, overall she didn't have a great attitude and when she told us to scoot down I understand if it was if more people were going to show up but she yelled at me about it and made me feel like an idiot about that. I understand that working in clubs and restaurants are overwhelming and not an easy job but people come to these shows once in a while to relax and have some good laughs so it was upsetting that she yelled to switch chairs when she could've asked or politely said "is it okay if you move a few chairs down, we want to leave space incase more people come." But she didn't say that instead she yelled at me to switch chairs.

I've been to Cobbs many times over the years and I've always had a great time. It's a medium sized comedy club in North Beach with floor and balcony seating. There are even bar stools against a small bar top against the wall on the floor level, I assume for some singles that attend a show. We arrived about 30 minutes before the show and I'm so glad we did. There is some reserved seating on the floor, but it's primarily first come first serve. And most tables are four tops, so if you're a pair you are going to share a table. And they are small tables. But because we arrived early, and our usher was amazing enough to offer it, we got a two top on the balcony. BIG shout out to Front Office (that was our usher). Along with hooking us up with a table all our own, and with a great view, he also passed by several times and chatted a bit and dropped a couple jokes for us. Just a good energy. It's a two drink minimum (food doesn't count). We did order food, chicken strip basket and a hamburger. They were edible. Not bad, but nothing amazing. The ranch was actually my favorite part. My lemon drop was really good though, and I ordered two. My boyfriend got a beer and a soda. Our waitress was also a sweetheart. She even complimented my purple eyeshadow. The theatre has good sound, good lighting, and is big enough to fit a lot of people, but small enough to still feel intimate. On a couple of occasions in the past the comedian stayed after and did a meet and greet. For this show I went to box office in person and bought the tickets ahead of time. Saved me around $24. The box office is open a short window of time (like 1 - 3 PM few times a week or something like that) so I had to go at my lunch. I just enjoy having a physical ticket in my hand, and if Jordan Klepper had stayed after for autographs I would have had something for him to sign. We attended the first of two shows that night so no meet and greet. I highly recommend seeing a show at Cobbs.

Saw Jiaying Summers 2 nights ago & place was packed. There was 3 of us & there is a 2 drink minimum but if ordering a bottle of wine, it counts as 4 among 2. I had a single 19 oz Modelo. 2 openning acts before the main draw, tables & chairs are packed pretty tightly, bathrooms were clean. Show was about 1.5 hrs. We ate before but the bar food looked good as they're serving the other tables. Some of the jokes went pass me due to her Shanghai accent. Nearby parking may be challenging especially around the North Beach area, but bus & cable car passes by.

It's a comedy club where funny joke-tellers come and go! The venue is pretty big so it's not an intimate setting (good or bad depending on how you look at it). They have a 2 drink minimum. The cheapest non-alcohol drink is $7 so expect to pay at least $14 plus tip. I think I like The Punch Line San Francisco better, but Cobb's is a solid comedy club and somewhere fun to go in North Beach!

Went to see Aries Spears on 7/20, needless to say he killed his set. Getting in and seated wasn't an issue. Security was nice and welcoming. Our server was very friendly. We were initially seated middle row where it was a little crowed but asked to move to the balcony and was re seated with no issues. Drinks were decent and the garlic fries were awesome. The churros were hard as a brick and non edible but that's really the only negative thing about our entire experience. Great experience.

A great venue for comedy. The security line is quick and efficient. The wait staff is prompt and friendly. The burgers, fries and snacks I have had here are actually quite good. I've been here on more than one occasion but only ever had beer and wine so I can't speak about their mixed drinks. The bathrooms are clean. The location is fun with lots of other great dinner choices nearby. My only gripe is the exorbitant cost of food and drink. I don't mind the two drink minimum- that's expected. But the costs are steep in my opinion even for SF. But the shows have been great and the seating is excellent.

Came here for my second comedy night. Impromptu. The place was not packed and we locked out that we were the only ones at our table. Service was unfortunately slow and we watched as everyone around us was served despite us being one of the first ones to be seated. I'd never heard of the comedian but she kept me laughing. Overall enjoy this spot and glad we were able to come back

Enjoy the Cobbs to see some of the funniest Comedians, the venue is intimate not too intimate like some of the other places that pack you in shoulder to shoulder. The staff were friendly and attentive, the drinks were very much watered down for the price . The phone locking system was pretty smooth checking in and out . Fun place to enjoy a show .

Got there early enough to find nearby street parking within 2 blocks. There were only about 20 people in front of us, so the line moved quickly, and I was actually happy to see security with a metal detector walk through. She did look in my small purse, which is fine with me. We were seated near the front on the left side, pretty good seats. No one sat in front of us. Our waiter was prompt, but I now know not to order a martini as it tasted horrible. So, in my second drink, I got one of those specialty drinks, the one with the vodka. It was delicious. My friend doesn't drink, so he ordered the sparkling water, but it is called "Death." I'm not sure why they patronize a brand with such a horrible sounding name! We scouled with fear, looking at the black skulled can as if we would be drinking liquid death? Anyways, the comics were pretty good. We had a good laugh, didn't drink the water, and most certainly will come back again. Just be prepared for the expensive 2 drink minimum and don't order a martini.... or order Cheap Death for $5

Saw Paul Reiser. Great show. He did a fun show. Sold his book. Lots of laughs. But after you pay there is a 2 drink minimum per person.thats a bit too much. Busy, pleasant met nice people.

Been here a bunch of times for shows. Was here for Michelle wolf. Here are some of my thoughts. - drinks are reasonable here. There is a two drink per person minimum here. But I don't mind. Some laughters with alcohol is a great combo - I have had many fond memories here. Shows are consistently better than other comedy clubs in SF. - service has always been great here. I have seen many familiar faces here. It shows that they are doing something right to keep their people happy and returning here - location is not very parking friendly. We have always been Ubering in. There are a lot of good restaurants around within walking distance. Food is not a problem Crowd here is also super fun. I do enjoy each visit here. Hoping to be back for many more shows!

We came here to see a Sketchfest show. The show itself was great! The venue is just ok. As others noted, there is a two (very expensive) drink minimum on top of paying for your show tickets. No exceptions. The tables were set up practically on top of one another. The good about that is you can easily meet other people but the bad is there is hardly any personal space. Our server was great. But we had a chance to come here for another act while in town and declined because it just wasn't worth it.

I recently came here for a showcase of comedians. It's been about 10 years since my last visit and I have to say it was a killer night. The comedians were great of course. But what made this night so memorable was the service. We were promptly seated and our order was taken immediately. But then the food and drinks came out right away. Piping hot and I have to say the food was delicious. My expectations were low and they overly exceeded. Definitely recommend and look forward to my next visit!

I took my father to Connor Kings show last week. We had a great time, the environment was nice and everyone was funny as hell! Ari the lady working the front desk was amazing and very helpful, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good comedy club in SF!!

It gets crowded. Service was efficient and friendly. Two drink minimum. The food was ok.

What a joke. If you are selling a service include it in the original price. STOP price gouging people for already paying so much for the tickets. 2 drink minimum per person. And minimum price for any drink is $12. Didn't realize my $60+ ticket came with additional hidden fees. Won't be coming back. Makes the show un enjoyable. In addition. The guy behind me with the chair setup wouldn't stop laughing obnoxiously at the most racist jokes.

Enjoyed the evening at Cobbs for for the 21st annual San Francisco SketchFest 2024. Comedy panel, sketch videos displayed, Q&A. Intimate venue. Arrived an hour before doors opened. Doors opened half hour later than posted on the tickets. Lots of waiting in line outside. Service is friendly, but slow. Ordered the Double Tropical Punch twice for the two drink minimum during the show. Partner asked for the Piot Nior, but they were out. He ordered the cabernet instead and said it was not very good. He switched to the Heineken Non-alcoholic for the second drink. I liked you do not have to wait in line for a drink, they have servers which come by - slightly blocking the view of the stage. Cashless, they scan you card to start the tab right away. Last call about 30 mins before the show ends, quick & easy to close out the tab. The club was nicely lit during the performances. Women's bathrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, clean, well maintained. Personal - I got tickets for SketchFest because a comedy hero of mine, Bob Odenkirk, was performing at Cobbs with his also hilarious buddies. I got a chance to ask him a question at the end of show Q&A and shake his hand!!! I never would have gotten that experience anywhere else! Thank you for such a memorable experience Cobbs!

I love this venue, the atmosphere is so great and I absolutely love seating arrangement. The food was great and the staff were super friendly. I will definitely be back here. I would definitely recommend coming here for an event!

Jiaoying Summers rocked the House at Cobb's Comedy Club! Want to know about the Chinese, Korean,, and Asian Hate Crimes? Watch her act. She was sold out to over 400 capacity in this famous SF comedy club in North Beach. 2 drinks minimum. Service was efficient. Vibe was vibrating.

This place was really fun! We came here to celebrate a very special occasion and this place didn't disappoint! Comedy, drinks and eats.. what's not to love?! Well organized and efficient staff. Everyone was having a great time. We will definately be back here again someday!

The venue is great. We got there right on time and the staff was able to seat us where we could see the stage. I'm pretty upset that we ordered two alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for it to come out to $54 and to find out that the staff added their own tip to the bill. Contacted the club and no response regarding this issue.

Came here for a comedy show, 2 drink minimum, totally understand it. My wife and I ordered 4 drinks and some chicken nachos. Drinks came, nacho fries came, I advised our server that we wanted the nachos and not fries but it's fine since it's already made but I didn't want to be charged extra (since the fries cost more), she said it was fine and they would bring us the nachos instead, cool. 15 min goes by, no new nachos, I go up to her again and told her it's really fine and we can just eat the fries as long as we don't get charged extra, she said the nachos should be done soon and took our fries away, 20 min goes by, nothing. I ask her if the nachos are coming anytime soon, she apologized and said there was a mix up in the kitchen and our nachos would come soon and she also said they would comp the nachos as an apology. cool. finally the nachos come, no chicken. I let her know that no need to remake, just give us some chicken on the side, they gave us a plate of chicken. Bill came, nachos with chicken were still charged LOL, i don't mind paying of course but come on...

Great spot to see a show. And they bring in the heavy hitters. If you eat food here, knowing you are in North Beach (one of the greatest food destinations in the Bay Area), you have serious mental problems.
