This places staff is awesome and they have some great burgers! I love the tiki hut roof and seating right by the boats and water is a great environment I also love that they partnered with @sunlight community church to have services there on Sunday @ 4 & 6pms too! Not my home church but awesome to see an establishment partner with a local church to make the word available in a non traditional church environment

This place was amazing. Food tasted great, drinks were so good, and the view from the docks were incredible. Only thing is I wish I got more shrimp in my sweet chili shrimp bowl for what I paid for but it was still delicious. Waitress was so attentive as well. I think her name was Courtney. Will definitely be back!

This is a nice little spot to listen to live music right on the water. Food came out very fast and was very good. The waitress didnt come to our table very often but wasn't like she was MIA either. The bathrooms could definitely be maintained more often. Watch out in the men's room if wearing sandals. Might have a back full of piss if you fall.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. I’ve tried a lot on their menu and have never had anything that wasn’t delicious. The outdoor seating is covered which is nice and they often have live music by good local artists. It can get quite loud at times so it’s the perfect place to bring your family as you won’t be able to hear them talk. The service can be a hit or miss. I’ve had orders forgotten and I’ve had to wait a long time to order period and other times it has been quick and prompt. Such is life. The prices are good for its proximity to a large body of water. Definitely one of my favorite places in downtown Fort Pierce.

An Unforgettable Experience at Cobbs Landing This place is simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was captivating—cozy, vibrant, and with a beautiful view. The food… wow! Every dish was a delight, with fresh flavors and great presentation. The service also deserves five stars: the staff was friendly, attentive, and very professional. I was lucky to visit while there was live music, which made the experience even more special. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Fort Pierce! If you’re in the area, this place is a must.

Moved up here from jupiter about a year ago and this place won me over right away. Had the out door tropical vibe. Laid back. Amazing staff and management. Food is great. I get the Cuban everytime. Just a cool place to relax and get a good bite to eat. If you're lucky they'll be some live music as well! If you like nice cool places then this is your place!

We spent a couple great hours at Cobb's Landing. Our bartender, Jordan, was absolutely lovely. I'm vegan, and although there isn't anything specifically vegan on the menu, the chef made me a delicious vegetable pasta dish that was excellent. I really appreciated the extra effort to accommodate me, and Jordan's efforts to identify items that were vegan friendly. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Happy Birthday, Jordan!

My friends and I have been here twice, the food is very good. The service is excellent. The ambiance is fun and there's a water view what could be better.

Sat at the outside bar i ordered a Chicken Caesar salad wrap I asked if the onion rings were made in house male bartender assured me they were Sad to say that Burger King quality at best definitely a frozen product As for the wrap very little chicken the only thing that you could taste was the Dijon mustard No anchovies garlic Parmesan cheese flavor what so ever very dry and tasteless Both bartenders never asked if I wanted a refill on my ice tea neither ask if m good was good what I saw was very little guest interaction I suppose when you have such a beautiful waterfront location quality of food and poor service dosent change the business Could have been a good experience however it wasn't

Went with friends that hadn't been. We shared the tuna nachos, all enjoyed, they use crispy fried wontons. I had the fried calamari salad, it was good , sadly server said legs too , but just sliced, guess she doesn't know what the legs are, salad included seaweed salad too! Another had the potato crusted fish sandwich wow!! Poke bowl was also enjoyed. Had nice cold beers, love sitting outside. Overall good experience.

We were driving around Vero and we found this bar in the marina. Atmosphere was very comfortable. The bar was very busy with 3 bartenders. Drinks were good n strong. Service was awesome. Be back someday.

Came here after dinner just for drinks because it looked like a nice spot. Lots of people already there and nice views by the dock. We got various drinks and my god this cocktail was amazing. Highly recommend lol my MIL ordered one after she tried mine

The restaurant is right by the water. Weekends they have live bands sometimes. The food is pretty good traditional American style food. The Figgy burger and the brussels sprout appetizer are great. The service gets backed up a bit but it's a busy place so it's understandable.

When we first moved down here a relative took us to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it. We have been back at least 3 more times and sadly my husband and I agree it's not as good. The service is fine but the food while not terrible was not great. I had shrimp and grits which was pretty bland, my mother in law and I have ordered the coconut shrimp. My husband and I had the rib eye. He's also had the mushroom Swiss burger, and I have had BLT. So a variety of foods, ok but not great. I don't think we will be going back.

As someone with severe dietary restrictions, I was greatly impressed with the chef at Cobbs Landing, Eric, who was incredibly patient, accommodating, diligent, and supportive, while taking time out of the kitchen to discuss options with me. He went out of his way multiple times to communicate, ask questions, and carefully checked the ingredients to make sure I was safe. He offered to customize and create something special for me, to make sure not only I received what I needed but that I would enjoy it too. And he even delivered my meal to me personally himself. Getting this treatment was such a treat when I often have to sacrifice ingredients, and restaurants are often not able to accommodate. I highly recommend this restaurant not only for the good food, but for the considering and caring staff!

I was hoping for a better experience. I met some friends for lunch after the market downtown. Upon arrival we heard some staff by the kitchen stating how they never saw the place so busy. That sounded promising as busy usually means good food, drinks, and service. That ended up not being the case. Waitstaff was busy so we patiently waited. Our waitstaff finally made it to our table and we ordered drinks. The other two drinks came out prior to mine and they were done with there's before mine had arrived. I waited a while but was anticipating a delicious drink of the key lime martini I had there once before. The key lime martini was not the same. It tasted like sour heavy cream that was watered down and had ice cubes in it, maybe from a rushed pour. Disappointed in the $13 drink... yuck. We ordered our food and some extra sides while letting our waitstaff know it's fine if it is an upcharge. A bit more of a wait and the food finally came out but without the extras and sides requested. Not sure if the kitchen just didn't read the ticket or if items were forgotten. It was sloppy and thrown together on the plate. My friends plate of food looked like it was wilted from sitting under a heat lamp or something. I understand when a restaurant is busy it is stressful, however quality and service should not be overlooked for any customer.

I was pleasantly surprised! Good food selection and overall good food. Went with friends on a whim and enjoyed the ambiance of live music and just sitting outdoors. But remember your bug repellent. Service was good. The only thing worth noting about the service is ensure the waitstaff gives you back the correct change. The ahi tuna poke bowl was tasty and filling. The Brussel sprouts were a bit charred for my liking, but had good flavor on pieces that weren't as crispy. My friends ordered the shrimp tacos and a pasta dish which they seemed to enjoy also. We ordered dessert to go. I learned my selection of dessert was already out after already paying. I was refunded for my dessert, but not for the top portion that covered dessert. My friend also ordered dessert and enjoyed hers very much. I would come back again.

Service was good. Singer was good. Food sucked. Very small portions for a very high price. Shrimp bowl had 3 very small shrimp. Fried shrimp had 6 shrimp with 1/2 cup of coleslaw. Too many nicer places to visit.

Cobb's is a great tiki bar restaurant in downtown fort pierce! Great area to walk around and enjoy the marina and listen to live music while you enjoy affordable drinks and delicious food with open air seating. I had my first alligator here, and it was surprisingly delicious! I also enjoyed the tuna poke bowl. Although busy, the service was good the first night, and our second visit it was a bit slow but we were seated in the back so I won't fault them. The food always comes out quick though! I wish there were more than 2 stalls in the bathroom because there is always a few people waiting during peak hours.

Stopped by for lunch today. Thought I would try the gumbo. Well. What I had did not even remotely resemble gumbo. It was more like a canned soup. Bland. No flavor and a tiny portion. Service was fast and the waitress was polite. It's been a while since I visited. But will not be going back anytime soon. Overpriced soup passed off as gumbo is not for me

LOVED the atmosphere, the vibe, the food, everything! On the marina, open restaurant. Great variety of food and it was all amazing! Visiting from out of town...would love one close to home!

Definitely a popular destination and was busy with a wait on a Wednesday evening in mid-March. The menu is fairly broad with selections for most anyone. The food was enjoyed across the board by our party of six. Appetizers came out quickly and our server was attentive initially but seemed to lose interest... which seemed to make sense as the wait for food was longer than what I'd consider typical. Definitely a great location on the marina, open air with live entertainment. Two things that lowered my rating but I'll be back to give them another shot at upping the stars. 1. Quite a few trips back and forth to correct minor items that were noted while ordering but not correct when arriving at the table - which lent to the slower than expected service. 2. A 20% gratuity added to our check without the server noting it was added. This isn't normal for a party of six and seems to be indicative, again, of a systemic issue of subpar service. This could have been a five star review. The ambiance, menu choices, and food were really great.

Sat outside and enjoyed the boats and passersby. Drinks and food were mediocre. Wait staff was pleasant. All in all a nice place in a quaint town.

We came in right after a bad rainstorm but everything was fairly fine here. There was a skewer and a bunch of fries under our table on the floor so I kindly asked for it to be sweeped, but the lady didn't take too kindly to that and gave us attitude for the rest of the service. We ordered a bunch of food and drinks. Their keg ran out of the beer my husband and dad wanted, so they only got 1 and half beers while they were replacing it... and then brought another new one once it was replaced. Food came and everything was delicious. No complaints at all there. We asked for the 1 bill but I guess the waitress heard "one more beer" and brought us another beer with the bill... and had to take off and gave us attitude again for that. Otherwise, it was like party loud in there but the food is great.

I feel compelled to write this revue because this restaurant is one we always recommend to out of towners as a must to visit. Last night my husband & I had possibly the worst dinners of our lives. I know they were the worst dinners we've ever had at Cobb's Landing! I have never seen shrimp and grits look like the contents of my plate. One side was soupy; the other looked as though it was covered in cheese. Using my utensils and my fingers I was able to determine that it wasn't cheese but the fried egg which was described in the menu. It was overdone and unappealing. The soupy side was actually red and green bell pepper and onion slices. They tasted as though they were meant to be in an Italian dish. The sausage slices looked more like Italian sausage than andouille. The shrimp were a nice size and not overcooked. The grits were not at all creamy or cheesy. My husband's dish of fried shrimp and French fries looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The shrimp were so overcooked that there was no difference in texture between the breading and the shrimp. All were difficult to chew. The shrimp were small and hard. The service was good. The atmosphere was the usual beach casual. So very disappointed.

I hadn't been in about six years, but the food was delicious--just as I remember. I got crab cakes and oysters both tasted incredibly fresh. It was all reasonably priced. The service was friendly and well-paced. Nice ambiance as well. I will certainly return when I'm back in Florida.

Seriously some of the best gator you're ever gonna find!! The sauce is amazing and the gator is fried PERFECTLY! The right amount of seasoning and batter to make it crispy! It's so good! The restaurant is has live music and sits next to the marina so you get a beautiful view of the boats and the water. The service was kind of terrible but the food made up for it. I also ordered a side of their rice and beans which was AMAZING! Sooo good I ate the whole thing. I also ordered their grouper tacos which was very fishy and not my favorite. Overall 4/5

We had a lovely visit with friends at Cobb's. Our waitress, Destiny, who told us that she was fairly new was great. She was efficient, answered our questions and always had a smile!

I am always interested in checking out a good tourist trap. This location has a tiki theme, live music and a large bar. How could you go wrong? While, we did have an OK time. There were a lot of issues. The live music was uncomfortably loud, the bar ranked of spilled beer, the service wasn't great and drinks were subpar. It was difficult to get a drink (even with a seat at the bar and more than enough staff) and I found most of the bartenders to be standoffish and unprofessional. There were a few that were nice, but definitely a few bad apples. I tried a painkiller cocktail and it was terrible. Also tried a mimosa and it was just orange juice. You should plan to stick with a beer. I will say the food was pretty good. I got the mahi tacos. The portion was a little small but it was tasty! My friend tried the chicken and waffles and said they were a little disappointing. I also think the food presentation could be improved.

Husband and I ate linch at Conn's Landing. Our waiter was Dalton and he was great. We opted to ear outside as it was a beautiful. I had the Mahi fish tacos which day.ll were Delicious. My . Husband had a Cuban sandwich, which he said was delicious. Both orders cane with fabulous black beans and rice. Washed it down with Yuengling on tap. Lived this place and the friendly staff.

Met some friends in Ft Pierce and they suggested Cobb's Landing. The perfect ambiance for a casual and relaxed meal. Great service and terrific meals all around the table. From salads to sandwiches, everything was great. You're right on the marina, we even watched some Manatees paddle when we arrived. No wait for an afternoon lunch and the building & dining area have a nice casual beach vibe. Big parking lot right across the street. Wait staff was excellent and personable! Loved this location, I'll be back.

Very cool spot! The outside seating overlooks a marina, and is next to a park where they do the synchronized Christmas palm tree lightshow. I had the black and blue burger, she had the buffalo chicken wrap, along with a couple of beers. The place was busy as patrons co ti used to come in yet our service was immediate, and efficient by a charming with it server! Checking out the boats and people watching all while having the yummy burger, fries and a couple beers in December was glorious! Recommend this spot for a casual dinner! Be aware parking might pose an issue, just be patient... the place is worth it!

Very good rock shrimp tacos. The smoked salmon is very smoked. They serve local cider, Pierced Cider -yum.

Had a meeting at Cobbs Landing out in the patio area. It was super cold and the lamp for heat wasn't working, but it was an exceptionally cold day. We had gator tail and it was very good. Definitely a place to stop into if you're

It's unfortunate because the environment is great and when we were here, they had a farmers market going on. Sitting right by the waters, it was such a nice breeze. Service was so slow but very friendly. It was busy so we expected that. Food was soooo sooo sooo expensive for what you get. Portions were extremely small for mediocre food. Food came out lukewarm. I ordered the fig burger $18 and came with soggy fries. It was not fresh and the goat cheese was overwhelming. I barely tasted the fig and the caramel use onions. The gumbo was not warm. Came out so cold. It was overall a very underwhelming experience. Bathrooms.. for such a big restaurant, there was only two stalls. And one doesn't flush haha Well that is all. I didn't love it

Stopped here for lunch and it was very good. I had the Gumbo and it had just enough spice to be tasty but not overwhelming. My companions were very pleased with their selections so overall it was a very good experience. The location is right on the water so that was very nice. Service was OK and the server was very nice. It was a Monday so it was not crowded or noisy. If I'm in the area I would dine here again.

Love the outdoor atmosphere and the location being right in downtown was a huge plus! Happy hour and drinks were also super reasonable we will be back.

On the waterfront in Fort Pierce, Cobb's landing offers beautiful views of the water and boats from their outdoor bar and dining patio. Cobb's offers a full menu from "bar food" type starters to seafood, sandwiches, salads and full dinners. I immediately gravitated to the blackened mahi tacos. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion relative to the price. Lot's of well prepared, tasty mahi in the tacos. Beans and rice were very good as well. After a full day boating, this was the perfect stop to relax and have a good meal.

Visited this restaurant today, as it's about halfway between me and my mother, and it was AMAZING. Our server, Anthony F., was awesome. Extremely friendly and very attentive. The food... Was phenomenal. I had the shrimp scampi, which was excellent, my nephew had the grouper platter which he said was amazing, and my mother had the blackened Salmon Caesar salad, but with grilled salmon substituted, and she loved that too. The atmosphere is laid back and the view and sea air was great. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant

Randomly happened upon this spot while staying in town one Saturday. Great food, vibes. We loved the atmosphere & low-key music. We will be back if ever in Fort Pierce again!

In a short time that I have lived in Port St. Lucie, I have visited here twice. The first time was on a beautiful weekend and decided to stop for an appetizer and drinks. The restaurant itself is mostly outside with a smaller inside area. The bar area is a decent size and good amount of people . They do have live music, but uncertain what days they do. On our first time it was not busy, which is perfectly fine with us. I was excited to see that they make their own infused liquor. I was even more excited when they had a pineapple jalapeño tequila infused. Seriously, I need to have one of these in my house. I love this drink so much that I even got one to go. We ordered mahi Ruben, which was fantastic. I honestly never have any interest in ordering anything Ruben but my husband's decided on this. This was amazing and I highly recommend ordering. We also ordered coconut shrimp. Another appetizer that you can't go wrong, my only suggestion is to ask for a full cup of the dipping sauce. This review has been on the back burner for me to complete and I've been back six times since first starting this review. We live 20 minutes away, and my husband will gladly drive out of the way to come here for one hell of a meal. We have yet to have a bad meal here and that's pretty rare when we go out. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is great. Honestly, this has become one of our favorite, go to restaurants for any time a week.

We were visiting our family down South and decided to have lunch by the waterfront in beautiful Historic Downtown Ft. Pierce. This restaurant is a must! Henry, our server, was truly accommodating and attentive. We ordered a mimosa and Bloody Mary. Both were great! Every item ordered was delicious (see pictures with detailed descriptions). My FAVORITE appetizer by far: TUNA NACHOS! Live music is also a plus!

The ambiance was great! The entire place is under a Tiki hut, which is really nice. Beer selection is adequate, but the food is mediocre at best. We had crab cakes, which tasted mostly like the filler. We had 6 coconut shrimp, which were average to small and burnt. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. I will probably NOT be back.

Great views and consistently good service and food. We've been coming here ever since moving to Ft. Pierce in 2017. They have always adapted and changed their menu as need. Great views, food and service.

Decided to try this place out today it is always packed so thought it would be good ... had the worst dining experience here. Having to ask for refills, server didn't even introduce her self or say thanks guys have a good day ??, waiting for the check, never asked if we were good when we got our food, food runner dropped off food didn't say a single word to us. seems like everyone working there could really care less and was just sitting in the back room on their phone and talking to each other. Fish dip was good.

Casual waterside spot. Good service but the food could've been better. My pesto salmon was extremely salty and the fries were cold, thankfully the cheesy grits were a 10. I don't think I'd come back.

Food and Ambiance were excellent! Waitress was the worst EVER!! If you get Jordan G, be sure to ask her to bring your drinks with straws out first, before anything comes out. Remind her that plates are needed with appetizer and she should bring out the salt and pepper too. Oh, almost forgot, she should carry her handheld device to take orders and process payment like everyone else. Manager - thanks for hearing us out. Here is something to watch for. If she does not know the beer menu, make her carry the menu on her person. Every deficiency mentioned above, she sighed and rolled her eyes when we ask for straw and salt. I did retrieve these items myself. I would also check her appearance. Her short zipper was down. If you are thinking about going here. Please call ahead and check to see if Jordan G. is working that day. If not have fun. PS the gentleman that was singer there was freaking awesome!!! I gave Jordan 10 dollars tip to him.

Here's the deal about Cobbs. They have great food, yes. They have a wonderful atmosphere, yes. Down by the marina, the whole tiki theme, the soft lighting at night, live bands. It's all great, right? But getting a drink is usually a problem, even if you're sitting at the bar. Bartenders are swamped, trying to serve drinks and food to patrons sitting at the bar, but also making drinks for the wait staff to bring to patrons at the tables. We've stopped going. We grew tired of trying to get the bartenders attention, most often having to wait on average 15 minutes. Yes, 15 long minutes sitting there waving them down, trying to make eye contact, etc. it just depreciates the entire experience. It's a better time going when Friday Fest is happening and you can still enjoy the live band, but won't need to wait on the wait staff and bartenders.

Good location, good service, mediocre food. I stopped here for a work trip, and realized I had been here before. Tried it again - food was ok, but not great. Got the special - grilled mango wahoo (fresh caught this morning), with broccoli and fingerling potatoes. Wahoo was overcooked and dry, broccoli was undercooked (although I asked for it to be cooked extra). Bartender Chris was great and asked about the meal... he noticed my reaction while I ate. He was very apologetic and said it was unusual. I doubt my next work trip in March includes another shot... too many good places around to settle.

Good food ..good view ,nice choices on the menu ..several choices of beer.. service our gal wasn't very good wait about ten minutes at least for water beer lemons. We'd come back but steer clear of this chick! She's a bit scattered and it's not busy! First time we could even get a table forget Saturdays.

I love everything about this place. The view, spectacular. The food, amazing. The staff friendly. I haven't been inside so I cannot attest to the decor. I only wish they had bottomless mimosas for lunch!!

Omg the wings here are sooo good! The ambiance is like an island tiki hut and the staff do a great job. They also have a good selection of oysters but I highly recommend the Blue Points above all else. Go here for the perfect local dive.
