Coclee Suite Palace

We stayed at the Coclee for 7 nights and it could not have been a better experience. What made the visit so great were the people, the service and the hotel itself. ||The People||The staff at the hotel were fabulous. It is a family business, so there are numerous family members working at the hotel. All of the employees treated it like it was their family and we were members of the family too. Every accommodation we asked for was met with a smile. You will not find nicer people. ||The Service||Wow, the service! Every morning we were served a breakfast which was out of this world, even by how delicious European breakfasts usually are. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Salve. Though we had a car it was just easier most days to hop in the shuttle and let them drive us to the lido or to an excursion. The hotel provided us with a detailed list of local restaurants and made all of our reservations for dinner, lidos,and excursions. The service was the last word!||The Hotel||The hotel opened in 2019, so it looks brand new. The building was an old olive oil factory, so much of the decor features nods to its former life. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large by European standards, and it had sleek design. ||The town of Salve is a little sleepy but it’s a great place for a southern Pulgian home base. You can get a driver at night to take you to dinner in other towns and on the sea but you’ll be thrilled to come back to the Coclee.

Lovely clean hotel with great service which started from the time of our booking and last through our stay at Coclee. The team are always available either at the desk or by WhatsApp to help. A good breakfast every morning. generous minibar, plus help to book local restaurants made this the perfect base to stay from which to explore the towns and beautiful beaches in the area.

Incredible hotel!!! The staff was always super helpful and nice! Outstanding service. It is a gorgeous property perfectly located to explore the near by beaches. The room was very nice and super clean. Excellent breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to return someday in the near future. Ciao!

We spent one week at Coclee and enjoyed it to the fullest. Salve is such a nice village with the friendliest people who were always open for a talk (although our italian was only very basic) and welcomed us warmly at a small concert in the centre. The staff of the Hotel seemed like they where a big family which made it easy for us to feel like home. There is also a pool which is not that common in this area and great for a quick dive after a hot day. The beaches around are breathtaking - we rented a car for the week which I would recommend (but there are also Beach shuttles). We want to thank all people of Coclee for this wonderful week and are already looking forward to the next trip to puglia!

We stayed here for six nights and had a really good time! It is a small and boutiqish hotel with about six rooms. This makes a very quiet and relaxed place to stay. The service is absolutely amazing, they have an outstanding roomservice and they really have an eye for detail. Apart from that we really liked the convenient service via whatsapp, you can contact them anytime if you need further information and they even booked a boat trip for us, so we didn't need to to take care of anything. Another plus is the breakfast, because it is a small hotel you are almost always alone at the breakfast hall. If we ever come back to Apulia, we definitely will come back to this incredible place. Worth every penny!

Very nice hotel and nice hosts

struttura ricettiva curata e pensata in ogni minimo dettaglio . La nostra camera sempre impeccabile era arredata con gusto e dettagli studiati nei minimi particolari, bagno con ampia doccia walk in pulito giornalmente e con scrupola attenzione all'igiene . Le colazioni erano servite in una sala ampia ma allo stesso tempo confortevole . siamo stati coccolati dal personale in ogni momento della giornata a partire dal mattino con ottimo cibo e bevande espresse, sempre disponibili a darci indicazioni riguardo alle mete da visitare e a prenotare ristoranti ed esperienze esterne sempre all'altezza della struttura e del soggiorno che stavamo vivendo . Ci torneremo sicuramente, è stato splendido affidarci a loro per vivere al meglio le nostre vacanze

Très bel hôtel situé dans une ruelle calme, nous avons eu une grande chambre avec balcon. Le petit déjeuner typique du Salento est copieux et délicieux. A proximité, les belles plages de sable fin, et côté campagne ne manquez pas le village de Specchia et ses délices culinaires.
