I had an amazing experience with Dani and the entire team at Nedlands! I preordered my dress and was cutting it a bit close to my event, but they went above and beyond to ensure I had it in time. They kept me updated and were always happy to assist with any follow-ups. The dress is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Their customer service is exceptional and so is the quality of their products! I look forward to shopping with them again in the near future ❤️

I never write reviews but I am absolutely appalled by the god awful customer service. I ordered a dress online, and when it arrived I just wasn’t happy with it. The quality was pretty average for almost 500 dollars. I created my return and mailed it back the next day. Once I had seen it was delivered, I tried to contact them to find out how long a refund would take to be issued. First off, I used their live chat service, and didn’t get a response for a few days. After I finally got a response, I was told 14-21 days to process a refund? Never in my life have I had to wait this long for a refund. I’ve shopped many places, including overseas and no one has had such a ridiculous wait. If they had actually stated it on their website, I would’ve just sold the dress myself. I’d expect that refunds are processed in a timely and efficient manner, just as payments are taken instantly at the time of purchase. I was thankful for one of the workers for expediting the process for me, but the fact I was told 2 business days, then after contacting when I hadn’t heard it kept getting pushed forward again and again. So I was clearly just being fed misleading information just to shut me up and keep me off their back. I followed up again, waited over 4 hours on their “live chat” service and got no response. FINALLY got my refund. From the Google reviews I’m already seeing, I was hesitant about them even giving me my money back at that point. The fact they are going through a “restructure” or re staffing is not a customers problem. As a business, you plan ahead so your business changes don’t affect your customers. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will absolutely never be shopping again and not recommending to friends and family.

I don't normally write reviews, but the lack of customer service & care from Coco & Lola was appalling. I ordered a linen set online & only received the pants. I contacted them on the online site, because accidents do happen! I received a response a few days later saying they had contacted the other staff to sort the issue out ASAP & then received no further correspondence. From there, I called several times & have sent various follow-up emails to no avail. Having spent a decent amount of money & previously liking the items I have received, this is downright disappointing from a well-known & respected company. After reading other reviews, this seems a relatively common occurrence. Do better.

Ordered online 2 dresses (international shipping). The package was lost in mail and obviously didn’t arrive on time to my sister’s wedding (😭) after a week I contact them again asking for a refund which they said they will do and I am now over a month has passed and still did not get the refund. I didn’t have the best experience with this store although I really had high hopes since their dresses are really nice

A lovely boutique nestled in the heart of Dalkeith and with a great range. I called up Thursday to enquire about the range of bridesmaids dresses that were available and received some great assistance over the phone. However the experience I had in store was really disappointing. Myself and my 4 bridesmaids came to the store (willing to spend in excess of $1500 if we found the right dress!) and were barely spoken to. Not once after the initial hello, did a shop attendant check on us to see how we were going or offer us any advice. One of my friends is a fuller figured girl (and stunning!) and the treatment she received when she asked whether one of the dresses was available in a larger size was quite upsetting. This was disappointing and distressing to me and my friends. I won’t be considering this store on the next occasion- which is a shame as it’s really a lovely shop with a great range! I would suggest conversations are had with staff members to ensure that everyone who walks through the door feels seen and valued. This would up the star rating significantly in my eyes.

I shop online and at the Nedlands boutique frequently. The staff are always friendly and helpful in store, and the online deliveries always arrive quickly. The returns policy is fair and reflective of a small business. The clothes are always on trend and display a great range of Australian designers and I love how they recommend styling options to maximise the wear of your purchase.

I came in a few weeks ago on a Sunday. There was a Shona joy dress I wanted in a colour that coco and Lola do not stock, but I wasn’t sure on what size to get when ordering online from Shona joy. I explained this to the girls and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Even knowing they weren’t getting a sale from me they got me the dress (in the colour they had) to try on. They advised this dress was too big and got me a smaller size to try which fit perfectly. Just wanted to say thank you to those lovely girls for helping me (while also dealing with a massive bridal party that was in). Excellent customer service !

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thanks to the team at Coco and Lola. I ordered my 6 bridesmaid dresses online and the team made the process so seamless. The girls were so fantastic and reassuring over the phone. I was particularly worried because I needed to order dresses for 6 girls who lived in 3 different cities around Australia. I have to say Georgie was an amazing help and reassured me that they would do their best to respond quickly, post quickly and hold sizes if needed. The customer service was phenomenal. I was a bit hesitant to buy my bridesmaid dresses online initially but the team has made this such an easy process and all the girls absolutely loved their dresses. They look absolutely gorgeous. The material is high quality and beautiful in colour and I am super fussy. I have already recommended the store to other brides to be.
