I never write reviews but I am absolutely appalled by the god awful customer service.
I ordered a dress online, and when it arrived I just wasn’t happy with it. The quality was pretty average for almost 500 dollars. I created my return and mailed it back the next day.
Once I had seen it was delivered, I tried to contact them to find out how long a refund would take to be issued.
First off, I used their live chat service, and didn’t get a response for a few days. After I finally got a response, I was told 14-21 days to process a refund? Never in my life have I had to wait this long for a refund. I’ve shopped many places, including overseas and no one has had such a ridiculous wait.
If they had actually stated it on their website, I would’ve just sold the dress myself. I’d expect that refunds are processed in a timely and efficient manner, just as payments are taken instantly at the time of purchase.
I was thankful for one of the workers for expediting the process for me, but the fact I was told 2 business days, then after contacting when I hadn’t heard it kept getting pushed forward again and again. So I was clearly just being fed misleading information just to shut me up and keep me off their back. I followed up again, waited over 4 hours on their “live chat” service and got no response. FINALLY got my refund. From the Google reviews I’m already seeing, I was hesitant about them even giving me my money back at that point.
The fact they are going through a “restructure” or re staffing is not a customers problem. As a business, you plan ahead so your business changes don’t affect your customers.
This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will absolutely never be shopping again and not recommending to friends and family.
