Coco Grande Hotel

First and foremost, we arrived to the hotel too early but then the staff specially the guard helped us quickly. Their energy early in the morning was the best to point they made my day, unforgettable day. The rooms are very nice I could sleep comfortably and very peacefully. The cute mini furnitures, painting and the mirror was very nice. And also the comfort room it's COMFORTable literal. Thank you kuya guard, thank you miss ann, and miss mary ann super duper accommodating ❤️

I had stayed at Coco Grande many years ago on my first trip to Dumaguete. I was very happy with the hotel back then so I booked a deluxe room again for a week. Very good decision. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are as kind and helpful as anyone could ask. The rooms are quite large with excellent facilities and a queen size canopied bed. Enough hanging space for a regiment, a refrigerator, Kettle and coffee making fixings. The hotel is located a short and pleasant stroll past Silliman university to the city centre.

we had a great stay at the Coco Grande Hotel with my family. Booked 2 rooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. the hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we'd happily stay here again.

Our first experience at coco grande hotel was in 2009. We been going back every year. The overall of the hotel was clean with ammeneties. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was excellent and service was outstanding. Close to shopping stores and restaurants. Also, they provided transportation to the airport and pier. I highly recommend coco grande hotel to everyone who goes to Dumaguete

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They arrange transfers and tours. The restaurant was surprisingly good. I will return there on my next trip. It is central to the boulevard and shopping areas. It is nice to visit a business that is so friendly.

We had spent a couple of nights at Coco Grove on Siquijor before going to Dumaguete and checking in to Coco Grande and we were totally shocked at the very stark difference. We can't understand how an owner can run the two places so completely differently. Coco Grove is lovely, Coco Grande is rubbish. It's old, run down and overall very shabby looking. And the staff are not helpful at all. We wanted to organise a day trip by private car with driver, but the receptionist could only recommend the inhouse van at quite a high cost. There was only the two of us, so we didn't need a van. She offered no further help or suggestions, so we had to set out trying to find a tour company by ourselves. Luckily we found a very kind and helpful lady at a different hotel (Coast Wise Hotel) who helped us organise exactly what we wanted. That hotel is brand new - we wished we'd found it earlier and stayed there instead.

They have the friendliest staff ever! The hotel is super close to the city center so you'll have no problem with the commute. We had a great time with no problem at all. The rooms are clean and smell nice. We will surely choose Coco Grande every time.

We spent several days at Coco. We were so pleased with our stay. spacious room. cold Aircon. Very nice breakfast , cook to order with friendly wait staff. Hotel number 1 asset is Crystal at front desk. She helped on our excursions. and planed a trip for us to sister hotel on Siquijor. thanks Crystal you made our trip flawless.
