We have not been gone a week and already missing our family at CoCo Grande. We stayed 12 days which is our 2nd time staying there. You will not find a better staff. The room are always clean and the room are always comfortable. Yes the hotel is a little dated but it gives it character. It is located just down from Silliman University and close to just about everything. We love riding the trikes as it brings back old memories.

Place is super dated and the rooms are far from ideal. Loud noises at night can be heard from neighboring bars and residential areas. The water smelled bad for days. The staff are nice and it’s located near strategic places like terminals and the airport but that’s about it. I’ve had better experiences at hostels. I do not recommend.

I had stayed at Coco Grande many years ago on my first trip to Dumaguete. I was very happy with the hotel back then so I booked a deluxe room again for a week. Very good decision. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are as kind and helpful as anyone could ask. The rooms are quite large with excellent facilities and a queen size canopied bed. Enough hanging space for a regiment, a refrigerator, Kettle and coffee making fixings. The hotel is located a short and pleasant stroll past Silliman university to the city centre.

We booked this hotel primarily because it is a partner hotel of Coco Grove in Siquijor. That place was excellent in all regards so we figured a hotel under the same company will have the same above average standards. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn throughout our stay that this was not the case. There were so many things in this hotel that made our overall stay here quite unpleasant. First, their rooms had inadequate soundproofing. Their neighbor kept blasting music and karaoke throughout the day (until late at night) and we could hear it loudly in our rooms. Another one is that the water coming out of their faucet and shower have this awful smell (like sewage). The shower head also has visible rust in it and is of poor quality. The blankets are also quite thin and old. There were mosquitos in the room and they didn't provide an insect repellant tool like they did in Coco Grove. Upon entering the hotel, it has this moldy smell that makes this place uninvinting from the get go. Near the stairwell, there was also a foul smell similar to the water coming out of the faucet. The only bright spot in our stay here was the staff. They were all very nice and accommodating -- always ready to lend a helping hand. The location in Hibbard Ave. was also excellent because it's a stone's throw away to most establishments and the port. This hotel could use a major makeover because it has seen better days. It's not looking very "grande" anymore in its current state.

The place is somewhat dated, but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a mini bar at the lounge where our bartender made delicious drinks. The location is walking distance to the Port of Siquijor and other establishments, restaurants included. I reserved three rooms for our group and everyone had a blast here.

I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

we had a great stay at the Coco Grande Hotel with my family. Booked 2 rooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. the breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. the hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we'd happily stay here again.

First and foremost, we arrived to the hotel too early but then the staff specially the guard helped us quickly. Their energy early in the morning was the best to point they made my day, unforgettable day. The rooms are very nice I could sleep comfortably and very peacefully. The cute mini furnitures, painting and the mirror was very nice. And also the comfort room it's COMFORTable literal. Thank you kuya guard, thank you miss ann, and miss mary ann super duper accommodating ❤️
