Coco Palm Resort

My husband Allan and I spent 15 nights at Coco Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself might not have a 5 star rating, but the people working here should. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Vincent (Duty Manager) who was quick to make us feel welcome. Check in was effortless, with no surprises. The front desk employees were sweet, greeting us every morning and throughout the day. Special mention to Carleen, who was always so busy, but took time out to help you with whatever you needed. The hotel, grounds, pool and rooms were spotless thanks to the caretakers. Our chamber maid Yasmin was very accommodating and efficient. The buffet breakfast surprised us with its quality and diversity. We had several meals in the open air dining, which we very much enjoyed. The dining room and bar staff were spot on! We will definitely return for future stays in St Lucia and especially at Coco Palm. Thanks, Allan & Michelle, room 310

Wonderful relaxing holiday. The pool is perfect. All food is delicious and prepared fresh when ordered. So don’t moan about slow service your on holiday and drinks a plenty are available. Our room faced the pool really comfortable but a close nightclub plays locally so light sleepers need garden rooms. Staff are great local taxi trips a lot cheaper so we shared with other guests & had great fun. So much to see. The roads are very lively and fast so I would skip any idea of a hire car.

Great stay! Our pool-side room was large, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. ||Access to the restaurant, Ti Banane was easy whether through the lobby or room door. Food was very good. The lamb shank is recommendable. Breakfast was included in our booking and was buffet style.||Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.||This was the second time that my wife and I stayed at Coco Palm and we have no hesitation in recommending it.

Rooms: spacious and clean with a mini fridge and comfortable bed. Hotel: clean a bit in need of an upgrade but lovely grounds and pool area. Situated close to restaurants and shopping Service: all wait staff was delightful and friendly. The taller bartender was rude and made horrible drinks. He was more interested in socializing with his buddies than making a good drink. Gave it two tries, then just went into town. Overall, I would give it a 3:star rating and accentuate the friendly staff with warm St Lucian smile. Pool area was clean and cozy. They work hard to keep it clean.

We had two couples for one night and this hotel was great. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is friendly and the attached restaurant was terrific. |The only caution I would offer is for families on an extended stay the hallway noise could be loud at night due to the beautiful but echoing tiles. |Highly recommended place for adults to stay here.

I stayed at Coco Palm, St. Lucia last November to celebrate my birthday. My stay there was more than I expected. I booked a standard room which was surprisingly quite large with comfortable amenities. The staff was very attentive from my arrival to departure. On the day of my birthday, they made me feel so special, surprising me with song, cheese cake and a special drink. I went out in the morning and upon my return I was amazed to find flower petals on my bed. There was also a swan which was made from about 4 or 5 towels. And the surprises didn't stop there. I heard a knock on my door and when I opened it, I was greeted by the reservation clerk who had come to the room to gift me with a bottle of chardonnay and a birthday card. I wish to make mention also of Daria, Dion, and Gannet. Hats off to the Trini chef. The chef's favorite lamb dish was so delicious. All in all I had an unforgettable fabulous birthday weekend.

I booked bed and breakfast through destination2 and on arrival was given complimentary lunch and drinks for duration of my stay which was such a nice surprise. The hotel was clean, I was lucky enough to have a room right by the pool. The bar staff were knowledgeable and made variety of drinks. Chef Nigel was very skilled and had the best most flavourful dishes. The beach was a few mins walk and was incredible. There is a little bar on the left hand side of the beach towards the end called Marie's, the food and drinks here were also very nice. The Friday night jump up on a Friday night is a great fun street party and is only a short taxi ride away from the hotel and well worth the trip. Had a fab stay and would happily return here for another holiday

Another great stay at Coco Palm and again as usual did not disappoint. Arrived on the 17th December for 13 nights.|Hotel looking great after the restaurant and bar refurbishment which was 99% complete.|Great food again, thanks to Jeanette, chef Nigel and all their staff plus Miguel, Kristian and Brian behind the bar for keeping the Heineken flowing lol .|The large pool vigorously cleaned at 6.30am every morning and throughout the day if needed . |Rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean and well maintained. We stayed in a garden room for the 1st time as I like sleeping with the patio doors open, as you can sometimes get bit of noise from the clubs in the village in the poolside rooms.|Thanks to the room service and reception staff who are always around to help.|Finally thanks to Claudine and Jean Ross and all there team especially for my last request as usual on the last day lol. |Coco Palm will always be our go to place for Xmas |Don’t normally do reviews but though I should after 7 visits lol ||Thanks |Malcolm and Tracy
