We had an amazing stay at Coco Palm in Rodney Bay. The convenience of the location was Amazing. The mall, just a 2 minute walk. The Friday night Party, just a 5 minute car ride. Just perfect! The best part was the hospitality we recieved while here. It was 5 Star! They made us feel like family. Newly renovated and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in the middle of Rodney!

I had a brilliant stay at Coco Palm. I was welcomed with a rum punch and my room was ready early which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfy bed. The air conditioning was perfect and the room was quiet. The pool area was very relaxing, and the sunbeds were the comfiest I’ve ever used! Very thick padding with long towels provided which cover the entire bed - a nice touch which I’ve not seen before. The food was of a high quality with generous portions, and the cocktail menu was extensive, with happy hour 4-6. Finally, and most importantly, the team were very friendly and helpful. Simone, the manager, was lovely and the rest of her team were brilliant. I’ll definitely be choosing Coco Palm next time I’m in Saint Lucia.

Really lovely boutique style local hotel with great staff - nothing was too much trouble; yum food and a great Caribbean vibe. A mum and (teenage) daughter holiday over 14 days. Pool was great for my daughter and plenty of areas to give her space to do her own thing. My morning walk along Reduit beach was a joy. Location of hotel is fantastic- everything is close by, restaurants, coffee and local shopping. Highly recommend the hotel. And 10/10 for its warm heart delivered by all the staff from the lovely lady at the egg station, the restaurant and bar staff, the receptionists, the security on the gate and housekeeping. Thx you all.

For the second year in a row, The Misfits Rugby Team had the pleasure of staying at Coco Palm, and once again, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The pool was always clean and inviting, and even though there were small renovations happening, they never interfered with our stay. The bar kept the drinks flowing, and the atmosphere was always lively. One of the highlights for us has always been the breakfast menu , fresh fruits and hearty meals that kept our team energized for tournament play. Coco Palm truly took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to go on the Carnival Sunset Cruise, which was absolutely unforgettable. The staff onboard were incredibly accommodating, the views were stunning, and the dancing was nonstop fun. Our tip: do the sunset cruise before dinner — it’s the perfect way to spend an evening. Thanks to the warmth and care from the Coco Palm staff, we were able to focus on our games and bring home the title once again — now 4x champions! We’re grateful for the hospitality and look forward to our next visit. — The Misfits Rugby Team

Coco Palm is a charming boutique hotel with about 100 rooms. It provided a nice one-night stop before heading to the Sandals Grande and again before heading home.||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles. The staff truly deserves the highest praise. Lesa Placide was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure our transportation was coordinated for our stays. A special thank you to Lesa for all the emails and phone calls to pre coordinate our arrival and departure. ||We enjoyed the hotel's onsite restaurant for its delicious Caribbean-inspired cuisine and bar after a long day of traveling.||Our rooms were spacious, immaculate and much nicer than our club level room at the Sandals Grande. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the rooms were large and well appointed.||We would recommend Coco Palm for a night before or after your Sandals stay. It was very convenient with outstanding customer service. The location is a short walk from Rodney Bay and the Friday night street party. Bring your ear plugs because it is extremely loud with base pumping music till 2 am from the Rodney Bay bars and clubs located next to the hotel!

This is my 4th visit to Coco Palm and my family's 2nd visit. We loved the experience at Coco Palm. Clean environment, delicious food, friendly faces and excellent service. Coco Palm staff will provide excellent service from reservations to departure. I must mention staff with whom we interacted. Reservations: Shernia and Taffoya, always ready to assist and provide any information you need. Front desk: Martin, very helpful as always. Restaurant: Chef Nigel and his team: food was awesome and tasty. Servers: special special thanks to Garnett, very efficient server, she made everything easy for our group of 20. Nardysa, Slyvanus, Danecia, Jan, Elsa, and Mya were always willing to assist with our needs with a smile. Bartenders: Brian and Megal, you handled our group with efficiency and a warm smile. Ms. Claudine Gilbert has been the rock at Coco Palm and she understands the needs of her guests. Thank you Claudine! Thank you Coco Palm for the awesome experience as usual, you will see me soon. Anyone seeking an intimate hotel, excellent service and delicious food that is a 5 minute walk from an awesome beach, head straight to Coco Palm.

My sister and i recently stayed at this hotel. Our room was bright, airy and very peaceful, which contributed to a restful break. The location of the hotel makes it easy to visit shopping. However, the aspect that truly elevated our experience was the incredible restaurant staff. They were warm, genuinely interested in our comfort and absolutely professional at all times. A special shout out goes to Darren who greeted us with a genuine smile each morning, to LaShawn and Danecia who were so very attentive, and to Natasha who showed interest in how were were enjoying our stay and our plans for the day, we were made to feel like we were the only ones that she had to attend to! This review would not be complete without a mention of Chef Nigel. Each dish created by and his team was authentic and bursting with flavour; he told us that each dish was made with love and I can testify to that ! |If your after a memorable stay with soul I would highly recommend Coco Palm

The staff at the Coco Palm could not have done more to make our trip St Lucia a memorable one. Even if this hotel isn’t 5*, the service and hospitality was! The welcome and check-in was excellent and our room was exactly like the photos on the website. Throughout the stay the room was cleaned daily to an excellent standard. The hotel is ideal for travellers wanting to stay in Rodney Bay, with lots of good bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel. During our stay we met a fantastic travel rep called ‘The One’ who arranged an excellent trip to the Gros Islet Jump Up and a Catamaran Tour to Soufiere. If you meet him, he is one of the good ones! The reason for an overall 4* review was the limited choice of foods for breakfast and at busier times, some of these choices were not available. When staying Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast is a key part of the experience and I would have expected a wider choice and for option to be restocked more frequently.
