Coco Tam’s

Definitely go here for the fire show! Show up approx around 5:30pm to get a seat on the sand in comfortable bean bag chairs with a table. It’s amazing! There is other seating for 3+ on elevated “beds” as well. We loved the bean bag chairs, we chose to sit close to the back away from the water only so we could see everything all around us. You can walk into the water no matter where your seat is but if you don’t like the smell of kerosene then the first row might not be what you want. Just a tip! I don’t believe you can go wrong choosing a seat though. The fire show is absolutely amazing and goes for 45 minutes at 7:15pm. We’ve seen fire shows before in Asia but this one was just awesome. Family, kids, couples, groups of friends of any ages can all enjoy this place. The service was great especially for how many people were along the beach. Pricing is about $7/beer bottle and $15 for a pizza (Canadian). Not bad when you see where you are and get the show that you do! The menu has pizzas, appetizers, pad Thai and a HUGE cocktail list. This place plays fun music and offers hookah as well. They have another fire show at 9pm which I didn’t see but the line up was approx 10 people long which isn’t bad. They take credit cards but don’t have a hand held machine on the beach so you just have to go pay at the bar. They charge 3% for credit card transactions which was fine. They don’t take reservations on weekends. I would like to give a shout out to Mark! He was the person I was emailing asking some questions before coming here and he was very thorough, offering a ton of information for me as well as a super speedy reply every time. Awesome customer service. The beach is also very clean and feels great on the feet when sitting and enjoying drinks, food, beautiful views and a fire show!

We had a really lovely dinner at this beachfront restaurant. Our table was close to the beach, giving us a beautiful view of the ocean along with an impressive fire show that made the evening feel extra special. For food, we ordered the tuna salad, pizza, pasta, and a cocktail. Everything was great and very tasty—especially the pizza, which honestly felt like one of the best in Samui. The service was also very good: friendly, attentive, and proactive. The only downside was that the dishes didn’t arrive at the same time. We received the salad first, then one pizza quite a bit later, and finally the rest of the food. After we finished and paid, we asked if we could move down to sit on the beach. “ Khun Rud Peerapat” was extremely helpful and found us a perfect spot right by the water. It really made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a very nice evening with great food, a beautiful view, and excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

Such a fun experience! We showed up about 30 min before the earliest fire show and had no problem getting a seat! The pizza was an unexpected surprise!! It’s delicious! And the fire show just really made the whole night that much better!!

My wife and I were regular visitors to Samui Bophut Beach since 20 years ago. We were back from 29 December 2025 to 3 January 2026 to celebrate our 40th Anniversary cum Countdown 2026. We were so happy to see Coco Tam’s Khun Tee, Santi, Sea and team again. 2025 countdown we enjoyed so much with them. The Managers and team were super friendly, warmth and service excellent. On top of superb services, the food created by Chef was delicious and amazing. For our past 6 days, we just dine here everyday. Highly recommended a few dishes we will ‘love’ it so much… *Lobster ‘Angel Hair’ with bacons (our number 1, eaten 4 times) *Herb fried chicken *Seafood Spicy soup *Mango Sticky Rice Thank you so much for the reservations, and also our requests arrangements. So fun to celebrate our Countdown with you guys…Amazing and Memorable : ) We will be back to Countdown 2027!!!

The service was okay — but definitely could’ve been better. It felt quite unorganized, with staff running around as if they weren’t sure what was going on. Disappointingly, they had no coffee or tea available and we were told to order from their sister branch, which meant getting up and going to a different counter. Slightly inconvenient. We ordered a coconut and a hookah (shisha) — the hookah was extremely overpriced and honestly terrible. The pipe was poor quality and I would never order it again. That said, the fire show was absolutely amazing! Great energy, a fantastic vibe, and surprisingly long — which made it worth it. I highly recommend coming early and booking your spot for the show. Unfortunately, the waiter who took our order seemed disinterested, which added to the disappointment. Overall, the place felt overpriced for the average food and service — and I wish the area itself was cleaner and more controlled. Still, if you're at Fisherman's Village, it's worth checking out for the fire show alone.

Always have a great time here. I come to Samui once a year amd every time we visit Coco Tams for dinner and a nice evening out. The food, service, atmosphere and fire show are always perfect. Full fun dinner outing for everyone. They now have hookah service down on the beach, i dont remember seeing that last year so that's an extra benefit if you are looking for that. After dinner and dessert you can always walk the beach or down Fisherman Market.

We had delicious spaghetti. One dish with pesto sauce. Another seafood marinara. The views were delightful. The staff very helpful. In the evening we watch the fire show with cocktails. I wonderfully entertaining place to spend time in Fishermans wharf area.

I had an amazing time at Coco Tam’s! The food was delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was unbeatable with the beach views and fire shows. Sitting under the palm trees with a drink in hand made for a perfect evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing spot by the water!
