Coco Tulum

Coco Tulum for a week at the end of May was FANTASTIC! We loved our beachfront hut. The morning beach breakfast was so peaceful and nice. Absolutely perfect location walking to all of the nearby spots. 20 minute bike ride / 10 min scooter ride into town. ||The best part of the entire stay? THE STAFF. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. They were all SO kind, SO helpful, and made our stay perfect. Any questions we had, they answered almost immediately via WhatsApp. They were also so helpful with handling our bike/ scooter rentals. Plus, the manager is AMAZING! ||The AC in the room was so nice after a long day exploring! (Pro tip, close the curtains around the bed and basically trap the bed area with AC at night). The price was amazing for the view that you get! Their 24/hour security guards are great and made me feel very safe as well!

Very good beachfront hotel in Tulum, Mexico. It's exceptionally clean and peaceful with friendly staff. The breakfast is the same every day but delicious. Great location. I really enjoyed the seaside cabin. Beautiful swings on the property and music on Sundays. Highly recommended!

After a long flight we were received by Leslie and Felix such a wonderful staff both did the utmost during our stay!. The check-in was smooth and easy. Recommend to have your passport if you’re not a citizen of Mexico. Clean rooms and over all place. Breakfast and parking are complementary. Shops/Grocery store/clubs/bars are just steps away!. Definitely coming back!.

We didn’t stay at the hotel and only visited for the beach. Because it wasn’t that crowded, they offered free parking and no cost for the beds! Amazing move and worthy of respect! If you want to have something to eat, both food and drinks are great and my wife and I enjoyed a few intense on the menu. We went there 2 times and was great.

For some reason my other review has been taken down. The hotel was average. Quite pricey for a hotel which has poor bathrooms, no bath robes, towels are hard, no tv in the bedrooms and the breakfast offering was poor. Drinks are hughely overpriced. How can they justify a charge of £35 for two smoothies and a diet cola? A sparkling wine was £16. The service was ok, hotel quite rustic but very basic. All they seem to be concerned with is tipping. Would I stay again? Tulum is amazing - but that hotel is way overpriced.

Coco Unlimited's beach bar is an absolute gem. The vibes are super chill, with great music setting the perfect atmosphere. The food? Fantastic – every dish was a treat for the taste buds. But what truly sets this place apart is the impeccable service. Camilo and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for our anniversary holiday in February and it was honestly amazing. The location is exactly what we wanted walking distance to everything we needed along the beach. We did bed and breakfast as we like to venture out for most of our meals and try different places but it was ideal to have breakfast watching the sunrise of a morning. The hotel staff were full of knowledge and amazing helping us decide where to go to eat or what to visit, high recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Coco Tulum. Staff was very friendly, attentive and responsive. Breakfasts and the beach bar were both excellent. Mitzi was so kind to help us arrange a Cenote tour and went above and beyond to help us book. Could not recommend more highly. Will definitely be back!
