My favorite place to grab a healthy juice or smoothie in the morning. I set myself up with my laptop and work for an hour or two while enjoying the beautiful view from their patio. The Vacation smoothie is awesome as well as Green Power but my favorite by far is Maca Daddy. Their fresh juices are also amazing. They have friendly staff and fast WiFi for you to work.

I had read the reviews about the staff being rude, but I thought maybe since there were so many comments about this, they had changed and trained the workers. But no, it's far from that. The lady who takes the orders is extremely rude, which makes the experience really bad. It's a shame because the place is very cute. But the food to eat at the coffee shop comes in a takeaway box—no plate, no fork, and no knife. It's really bad.

Lovely and one of the only places with coffees and smoothies ☕️🫖🍌🫐🥭🥝🥥love that everything is so fresh and healthy here ☀️🇧🇸 We were visiting in September when most places are closed and they were open 🫶🏼🇧🇸☀️🇧🇸

Half of the staff is nice, half not so much. Half the time they will get your order wrong- and wrong again when they fix it… so you get what you get. But when they make it right- it’s really good! And it’s the only coffee shop open at 8 am. Nice patio seating.

This place is amazing! The staff is super fun and there’s good wifi for you remote workers, like me. They have more egg options than you see on the written wall menu, too. Delicious coffee, great juices & smoothies, yummy breakfast. Can’t rave enough!

In efforts to support local Bahamian business , and enjoy coffee beverages . I took the initiative to experience this establishment on a vacation trip as I visited from New Providence. I was ecstatic to visit the COCOA Coffee House . Unfortunately, I was disappointed, and dissatisfied with the way I was treated. The customer service I encountered was dreadful. Here is why. Upon walking in, I said good afternoon and greeted everyone in a friendly manner and there was no reply . To follow this, I asked the staff for a recommendation on the menu (coffee wise ) she shrugged her shoulders and said to just get a frappe with an attitude . Immediately, I was turned off . But , what happened next took me aback . Tourists came to the store and without hesitation her body language , and tone changed . She greeted them , smiled , and even made jokes with them . In an instant she became a completely different CSR and cashier. It is unfortunate that we treat our own as lesser . Are we not using our hard earned money to purchase at the establishment just like visitors? When there are no tourist in our country we rely on our own . Tourist or no tourist , customer services makes or breaks a business. Please treat your Bahamian customers better and make them feel valued . The coffee itself was decent , however due to the awful attitude of the staff. I would not recommend.

I also had a croissant sandwich and it was made very tastefully if your in the area definitely stop by enjoy there delicious menue made by local chefs. Their hospitality is also great I sat in to eat and I was well taken care of.
