We are currently staying here and can’t say enough good things about it! Initially, we were booked in the older section of the hotel, but we were so graciously upgraded to the brand-new area of the hotel, which is nearly complete with renovations. Let me just say — wow! The staff here are incredible: incredibly responsive, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even have picked/dropped us off at our location and given the best advice here on the island! The rooms are stunning, beautifully designed, and brand new, offering a luxurious experience. The view from our room is breathtaking, and the best part — you're right on the beach! We’re thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, this place is a perfect choice! Also shout out to the best reception team who went over and above to make sure we had the most amazing stay!💕

Perfect Romantic Getaway! We had an amazing stay at Cocohut Beach Resort as a couple! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. I mentioned that I have knee pain, and they kindly upgraded our room to ensure we were comfortable—such a thoughtful touch! The resort itself is beautiful, with breathtaking beachfront views, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent amenities. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the relaxing vibe by the pool and beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more memorable. If you're looking for a tranquil, romantic retreat in Koh Phangan with top-notch service, Cocohut Beach Resort is the place to be! We’ll definitely be back.

We did not stay at this hotel, but stopped in at the beach bar for sunset one evening. The hotel bar has great sunset views. We enjoyed our drinks, but prices are higher here. The service was very slow, and the bartenders just seemed over tasked and inattentive, sometimes appearing to be confused. It took so long to get one drink that we didn’t stay for another one. The hotel and pools, as well as their facilities overall, look amazing and I’m sure that this would be a great place to stay. It seems a bit isolated, though, but Haad Rin and the beach there are only about a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel reopened this week after renovation, the new rooms are perfect and the pool, located on a stunning and fun stretch of beach. Beyond the beautiful and luxurious hotel, the hotel staff and manager are pleasant, courteous and make the experience even more perfect. We are sad to have to leave here… we will definitely be back!

I really dont get it why this hotel has such good reviews. It is definitely misleading. But lets start from the beginning. We arrived and everything seemed fine at First. But the welcome speech of the receptionist did not let us feel welcome at all. The breakfast is only from 8 to 10 (its not great btw) but this the First Hotel that has only a 2hr breakfast window. She also made clear that the breakfast closes at 10 and not 10:05 in a kinda unfriendly manner. We then walked to out Appartement where we came across piles of trash. Then the Next surprise appeared. The rooms look not like the rooms you have booked. They Are old, ergonomically disastrous (the plugs are in the middle of nowhere, you cannot hang your towels to dry etc etc. etc.). Its just old and if These rooms are really renovated then They got scammed in a big manner. Not Even the balcony door is closing properly and it looks straight out of the 20th Century. And of course the rooms were not cleaned properly. We were okay with the other stuff but we mentioned to the reception that there is Dirty, Sand and more across the room and we asked if they could re-clean it. After asking 3 (!!!) times it finally got cleaned in a way that you could feel well in them. On a positive side: the Beach is very nice but this is also well known by other Island guests. From noon on the Beach is insanely crowded by non Hotel guests and it appears like that they occupy also sunbeds and space reserved for hotel guests. If you then ask for a sunbed or beanbag the receptionist is saying that you have to get up earlier then to reserve a seat. Additionally the gym is far away from being ready. This is of course not mentioned anywhere. All in All its a complete mess. The rating is very much influenced by the ratings before renovation its not anyhwhere close to that. If you then think about the Price Range of Where This Hotel is in, it is a disaster. I dont know where These good reviews are Coming from but you should not blind yourself by it. It is insanely misleading and for the Price we would Not Even Think about going here again. There are defintely better options with clean rooms that look like the ones you and booked and hotel staff that cares about your well being.

Beautiful interior, very clean and stunning views from their ocean suite in the newly renovated building. The hotel is directly at one of the nicest beaches on Koh Phangan. When taking the speed boat from Koh Samui to the closely located Haad Rin pier a pick up to the hotel is included. Whenever we wanted to do a quick trip to the town center (e.g. for laundry, travel booking or going for dinner) the complementary shuttle from the hotel drove us. Renting a scooter directly from the reception was also extremely simple. Very friendly service everywhere. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay here again, when visiting Koh phangan in the future.

The best hotel in all of koh Pha-ngan!!! beautiful rooms great stuff the beach bar is just perfect. The food is so good. I enjoyed myself and my trip so much and the hotel I felt like I didn’t need to get out. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 7 nights and had a bungalow. The room was clean, modern, and the staff were very friendly and patient. We would come back again.
